Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji secara komprehensif strategi optimalisasi kinerja Sales Promotion Girl (SPG) dalam meningkatkan performa penjualan. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan literature review sistematis dengan menganalisis beberapa jurnal nasional. Fokus kajian meliputi empat dimensi utama: pengembangan kompetensi, motivasi, teknologi, dan manajemen kinerja. Hasil literatur review menunjukkan bahwa optimalisasi kinerja tim SPG memerlukan strategi multidimensional. Hasil literature review menunjukkan bahwa optimalisasi kinerja tim SPG memerlukan strategi multidimensional. Pertama, pengembangan kompetensi melalui pelatihan berkelanjutan terbukti meningkatkan kemampuan komunikasi dan pengetahuan produk. Kedua, sistem motivasi dan insentif yang terstruktur dapat meningkatkan produktivitas SPG. Ketiga, adopsi teknologi digital mampu meningkatkan efisiensi. Keempat, manajemen kinerja profesional berkontribusi signifikan terhadap pencapaian target penjualan. Penelitian mengidentifikasi bahwa integrasi keempat strategi tersebut dapat menciptakan ekosistem kinerja SPG yang optimal. Pendekatan holistik ini tidak hanya meningkatkan performa individual, tetapi juga mendorong produktivitas tim secara keseluruhan.

Abstract

In facing the Era of Society 5.0, companies must prepare human resources with qualified performance, by managing talent management. Talent management is a series of very important stages when managing human resources (HR) in a company. Talent management can be the right strategy and can be used by companies to develop every human resource in the company. The purpose of this study is to provide an understanding of the importance of talent management strategies in order to realize the improvement of the quality of human resources in achieving the goals of the company. Talent management requires the right strategies to improve the competence of employees in the company. The strategies in question include: identifying talent needs, using technology in the recruitment process, training programs and competency development. This study also explains examples of case studies of companies that have implemented talent management in the company.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of organizational commitment in influencing employee performance at PT. PELINDO Regional 1 in relation to knowledge sharing and achievement motivation. This study uses an associative method with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used in this study is stratified random sampling. The data of this study were collected by distributing research questionnaires with a differential semantic scale to 120 permanent employees. The data were processed using SPSS.25 and SmartPLS 3.29. The findings of this study are that knowledge sharing and achievement motivation partially have a significant effect on organizational commitment. Furthermore, knowledge sharing and achievement motivation partially have a significant effect on performance. In addition, organizational commitment as a mediator variable is able to mediate the effect of knowledge sharing and achievement motivation on performance. The implications of this study indicate that the application of knowledge sharing and achievement motivation can increase organizational commitment, thereby improving employee performance. This study is expected to provide practical contributions to management strategies in companies to improve employee performance by implementing good knowledge sharing, achievement motivation, and organizational commitment in the work environment.
