Abstract

Linear programming is one of the most widely used operations research techniques in practice and is known for being easy to understand. The method in solving linear progamming on “Shafa Snack” is the graph method. The purpose of solving this linear progamming is to optimize the amount of production in obtaining maximum profit with data collection techniques through literature, observation and interviews. The optimal solution is obtained, namely the maximum profit of Rp1,875,000, with the number of duosus to be purchased from agents of 70kg and the number of basreng of 80kg. The results showed that duosus “chocolate filling” to achieve maximum profit of Rp1,875,000, with the number of snacks to be purchased at a price of Rp30,000 and a selling price of Rp40,000 per kg, resulted in a profit of Rp10,000 per kg. While basreng “spicy orange leaf” is purchased at Rp50,000 and sold for Rp65,000 per kg, with a profit of Rp15,000 per kg.

Abstract

In facing the Era of Society 5.0, companies must prepare human resources with qualified performance, by managing talent management. Talent management is a series of very important stages when managing human resources (HR) in a company. Talent management can be the right strategy and can be used by companies to develop every human resource in the company. The purpose of this study is to provide an understanding of the importance of talent management strategies in order to realize the improvement of the quality of human resources in achieving the goals of the company. Talent management requires the right strategies to improve the competence of employees in the company. The strategies in question include: identifying talent needs, using technology in the recruitment process, training programs and competency development. This study also explains examples of case studies of companies that have implemented talent management in the company.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis pengaruh kecerdasan emosional serta pelatihan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Dinas Pemadam Kebakaran dan Penyelamatan Kota Medan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan dengan mengumpulkan data melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 60 karyawan sebagai responden yang dipilih menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Data yang diperoleh kemudian dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi berganda melalui program SPSS versi 30 untuk mengevaluasi hubungan antar variabel. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kecerdasan emosional dan pelatihan secara simultan memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan kinerja karyawan. Secara parsial, baik kecerdasan emosional maupun pelatihan masing- masing memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja. Temuan ini memberikan implikasi bagi upaya pengembangan kualitas kinerja karyawan di bidang pelayanan publik melalui peningkatan kecerdasan emosional dan pelatihan yang relevan. Adapun saran yang diberikan berupa agar Dinas Pemadam Kebakaran dan Penyelamatan melakukan evaluasi kinerja secara berkala dan memberikan umpan balik yang konstruktif.

Abstract

In today’s digital age, social media has become one of the most effective tools for marketing a variety of, including the food and beverage industry. Platforms like Instagram and TikTok provide a great opportunity for to interact directly with their customers like Bube Boba Cafe. As a result, BubeBoba Cafe must maximize both of these platforms in its marketing strategy. The type of research used is qualitative descriptive method. This method is used to provide a more detailed description of the impact of Instagram and TikTok's social media promotion innovations on the recruitment of new customers at Bube Boba Cafe. The sample used in this study is a BubeBoba Cafe customer who uses social media Instagram and tikTok to learn information about products and promo cafes. The data collection technique used in this study is with interviews and study of libraries or written sources such as books, previous research, papers, data collected and then analyzed to find out the impact of Instagram and TikTok social media promotion innovations on the recruitment of new customers at Bube Boba Cafe. Data analysis is carried out using descriptive qualitative analysis techniques to obtain a more detailed description and detail of the results of the research. To run a strategy using social media touch. Bube Cafe uses promotional tools in carrying out its promotional activities, as follows: 1. Advertising The advertising media on the social media of TikTok is the tikTok ads, from which there are several types of ads such as pre-roll asd is the video ad that is started when the user opens tiktok, in-feed ads is the advertising video that appears when the users of tiktok menscroll feed, promoted hastag challenges is video that encourages the users to use special tags, and last branded effects is the filter of special effects to be used by the creators of content in video, these effects are similar to the filters that exist in snapchat and instagram but which is the differentiator is this filter displays special information. 2. Direct marketing is like making interactive videos.
