Abstract

Problems such as the fundamental shift in Islamic education make it necessary for several experts to carry out the latest formulations related to how Islamic education can compete with the times. This research aims to unravel the dynamics of the development of the Islamic religious education curriculum in Indonesia, by analyzing in terms of concepts, contexts and trying to provide solutions as steps for improvement in its development. This study uses literature research with descriptive-descriptive techniques in analyzing the findings. The results show that the Islamic Religious Education Curriculum in Indonesia does have a fairly dynamic process or development. This is related to political factors in the State of Indonesia. It should be a solution effort that may be considered, such as the use of the right strategy, the use of relevant science and technology content, IMTAQ material that is oriented to the teachings of the Prophet, and has a clear typology.

Abstract

As an identity of the Islamic community, the mosque holds a very important role and function. The mosque does not only focus on activities related to the afterlife but integrates both spiritual (ukhrawi) and worldly (duniawi) activities. Regarding the function of the mosque, the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) prohibited the announcement of lost items in the mosque because it was not built for such a purpose. However, this prohibition contrasts with the mosque’s function not only as a place of worship but also as a medium to address social issues within the community. Therefore, this study aims to understand the hadith related to this prohibition by examining its contextualization in the study of Ma’anil Hadith. This research is a library study using qualitative methods, conducted by collecting and analyzing data relevant to the issue being investigated. The results of this study are: First, the hadith prohibiting the announcement of lost items in the mosque signifies that the mosque is a sacred place, with a peaceful and calm atmosphere, where worship activities such as prayer are performed. Second, when contextualized in the present day, there are many ways to search for lost items in the mosque, such as reporting the loss to the mosque administrators, asking the congregation at the mosque doors, looking in the lost and found area outside the mosque, and posting announcements about lost items on the information board outside the mosque[Sebagai identitas komunitas Islam, masjid memegang peran dan fungsi yang sangat penting. Masjid tidak hanya fokus pada kegiatan yang berkaitan dengan kehidupan akhirat tetapi juga mengintegrasikan kegiatan spiritual (ukhrawi) dan duniawi (duniawi). Mengenai fungsi masjid, Nabi Muhammad melarang pengumuman barang yang hilang di masjid karena masjid tidak dibangun untuk tujuan tersebut. Namun, larangan ini bertentangan dengan fungsi masjid yang tidak hanya sebagai tempat ibadah tetapi juga sebagai media untuk menangani masalah sosial dalam komunitas. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami hadis yang terkait dengan larangan ini dengan menelaah kontekstualisasinya dalam studi Ma’anil Hadith. Penelitian ini adalah studi pustaka yang menggunakan metode kualitatif, dilakukan dengan mengumpulkan dan menganalisis data yang relevan dengan isu yang sedang diselidiki. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah: Pertama, hadis yang melarang pengumuman barang hilang di masjid menandakan bahwa masjid adalah tempat yang suci, dengan suasana yang damai dan tenang, tempat di mana kegiatan ibadah seperti salat dilakukan. Kedua, ketika dikontekstualisasikan pada masa sekarang, ada banyak cara untuk mencari barang yang hilang di masjid, seperti melaporkan kehilangan kepada pengelola masjid, bertanya kepada jamaah di pintu masjid, mencari di area barang hilang di luar masjid, dan memposting pengumuman tentang barang hilang di papan informasi di luar masjid].

Abstract

A learning model is a collection of methods, strategies, and the integration of methods used by teachers from start to finish. Choosing the right learning model can enhance the effectiveness and accuracy of the learning process. Additionally, learners can learn better due to the selection of the appropriate methods in the learning process, making the learning experience more engaging and ultimately impacting the quality of learning. This research aims to compare the PBL (Problem-Based Learning) and PjBL (Project-Based Learning) models and to determine the proper placement of these models in education. This study employs a qualitative-descriptive method with a semantic literature review. PBL is driven by problems faced by students and focuses on research and investigation, whereas the PjBL approach is driven by the final product they aim to produce, with the primary focus on the entire production process. PBL begins with a problem, and that problem becomes the main focus in PBL, where every progress, plan, and effort made by students is directed towards solving the problem. On the other hand, PjBL starts with the assignment to carry out one or more tasks leading to the production of a final product.

Abstract

The moral degradation that occurs today often stems from several problems. Among other things, we can see many phenomena that occur today or based on data obtained from several survey agencies about the rampant behavior that leads to moral degradation, the cause of which is due to internal education and external influences. So this research was born which aims to provide theoretical and practical knowledge to scholars and the younger generation who will continue a relay of life. Through the understanding that exists in the book of 'Izhatun Nâsyi'în. This research uses a type of literature research, with a philosophical and historical approach. Data collection techniques use literature review and documentation. Then the data analysis technique uses Content Analysis. Based on the findings, it shows that the pattern of thought of Sheikh Musthafa al-Ghalayain is towards rationalism and fundamentalism. The values of character education in the book of 'Izhatun Nâsyi'în include: simplicity, glory of the soul, sociality, modernity, love of the homeland, change (reform), leadership and finally responsibility, all of which values are very relevant to the conditions that exist today, welcoming the era of society 5.0.

Abstract

To measure whether test participants have successfully completed the test given by the examiner or not, an assessment technique or approach is required. In this case, an examiner can use two types of assessments, namely norm-referenced assessment and criterion-referenced assessment. Most of the teachers who teach Islamic Religious Education at SDN 5 Syamsudin Noor Banjarbaru only use criterion-referenced assessment. Therefore, this research is conducted to help explain both approaches while providing practical analysis using Microsoft Excel or manual calculations. This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive-quantitative approach, where the data is obtained from the field, using documentation as the data collection technique. The results of this study show that the achievement of Class 1 A students at SDN 5 Syamsudin Noor in the Midterm Assessment (PTS) revealed that when using the Norm-Referenced Assessment with manual calculations in the subject of Islamic Religious Education, 13 out of 25 students were declared not to have passed. Meanwhile, when using the criterion-referenced approach model, in manual calculations for the Islamic Religious Education grades, with the passing grade set at 75, it was found that 8 students were declared not to have passed.

Abstract

Currently, the need for preserving the tradition of memorizing the Qur’an is increasingly urgent amidst the rapid flow of globalization. The tahfidz Al-Qur’an program is one of the important efforts to maintain and preserve the tradition of memorizing the Qur’an in the Muslim community. This study aims to analyze the tahfidz Al-Qur’an program at the Al-Haramain Tahfidz House, Banjarmasin. This study uses a qualitative approach with a field research method, which involves observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the Al-Haramain Tahfidz House has a vision of becoming a leading institution based on the spirit of the Qur’an with a mission to organize quality tahsin and tahfidz Al-Qur’an programs. The tahfidz program at this institution uses the Talaqqi and Ummi methods, which have proven effective in helping students memorize the Qur’an. The Talaqqi method is used to facilitate memorization, while the Ummi method is applied for tahsin, or reading improvement. This study also revealed that the quality of teaching, the structured learning system, and the support teachers provide to students significantly influence the success of the tahfidz program. Supporting and inhibiting factors in the implementation of the Tahfidz program were also identified. The contribution of this study is to provide in-depth insight into the implementation of an effective tahfidz program and can be a reference for similar institutions in developing Al-Qur’an education programs in the future.
