Abstract

This paper reviews the hermeneutic Khaled M. Abou El-Fadl, in his work entitled Speaking God?s Name: Authority and Women. This figure is interesting to study because his theory stems from the fact that they experienced. At first he was an admirer salafi, then criticize ideologies. This paper focuses on the thoughts on the meaning and religious texts. To unload thinking Khaled used descriptive-analytical method. Apparently, hermeneutics offered Khaled influenced by several prominent Western hermeneutics, especially Gadamer and Gracia. From there, he formulated the five preconditions which adopted in interpreting the sacred text of someone?s religion.

Abstract

Post Rasulallah died, Islam continues to evolve from scientific and territorial aspects. Tradition as handed down by his teachings was widespread along with it. However, it should be unfortunate, as a result of many factors, the traditions that developed in the Islamic community also infected by a handful of people. At that time already occurred forgery traditions anchored in the Rasulallah. Therefore, to maintain the authenticity of the hadith of the Prophet, the scholars formulate certain criteria in determining the authenticity of a hadith. al-Jâmi? al-Saghîr is one of the books of hadith are considered in the study of hadith. This book is one that is referred to in the hadith search (takhrîj hadîth). al-Suyûtî collect a wide range of hadith from various sources in the book, so that it does not only exist but also the hadîth sahîh but also there is the hadîth hasan. That is the reason this article examines hadîth hasan in al-Jâmi? al-Saghîr. Based on the research of al-Suyûtî in al-Jâmi? al-Saghîr not provide new criteria in the hadîth hasan, but he became a mediator between scholars have different opinions in determining the status of the hadith.

Abstract

Gerakan radikal agama di Indonesia telah menyusup ke kalangan pelajar. Penyusupan paham itu melalui organisasi-organisasi siswa intra-sekolah dan organisasi kerohanian. Maka tidak heran, saat ini banyak kasus terorisme yang melibatkan anak sekolah SMA. Kota Tangerang sebagai salah satu daerah penyangga Ibu Kota memiliki posisi strategis, secara ekonomi, social maupun politik. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian LP3M STISNU terdapat 115 dari 155 responden yang diteliti sudah masuk terindikasi radikal. Artinya, ada 115 sekolah yang siswanya berorientasi pada radikalisme. Bentuk pengabdian kepada masyarakat terintegrasi ini diberi nama Ngaji Pancasila. Ada lima lembaga pendidikan yang menjadi lokasi pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Sebab itu dalam pelaksanaan pengabdian kepada masyarakat terintegrasi 2018 ini ditujukan pada pelajar. Metode pengabdian yang dilakukan adalah dengan wawancara, observasi dan ceramah. Adapun bentuk kegiatan dinamakan Ngaji Pancasila. Ngaji Pancasila ini Tim Pengabdian melakukan roadshow ke beberapa sekolah di Tangerang Raya. Di dalamnya, Tim Pengabdian memberikan rekonstruksi pemahaman tentang Pancasila, Keislaman dan Kebangsaan. Ada delapan sekolah yang dijadikan dampingan Ngaji Pancasila, yakni 1) SMK An-Nisiniyyah; 2) SMA Babussalam; 3) MA Al-Hikmah; 4) SMAN 20; 5) SMAN 21; 6) SMK Al-Gina; 7) MA Darussa?adah; dan 8) SMA IT Al-Husaini. Berdasarkan pengamatan di lapangan maka diperlukan adanya penguatan materi tentang Pancasila dan Keislaman Kata Kunci: Radikalisme, Ngaji Pancasila, Pancasila, Islam, Pelajar   Abstract: The radical religious movement in Indonesia has infiltrated among the younger generation, especially students. Infiltration understand that student organizations through intra-organization and spiritual schools. It is no wonder, many current cases of terrorism involving school children high school. Tangerang city as one of the city's capital buffer has a strategic position, in the economic, social or political. Based on the results of the research there were 115 from STISNU LP3M 155 respondents researched already entered they radical. That is, there are 115 schools that their students are oriented on radicalism. The form of the integrated community named Budheg Pancasila. There are five institutions which became the location of the community. Therefore in the implementation of the community's integrated 2018 is aimed at students. The method of devotion that is done with the interview, observation and speaking engagements. As for the form of the activity is called Budheg Pancasila. Budheg Pancasila this Team Devotion do roadshow to some school in Tangerang. In it, the team's understanding of the reconstruction gave the Devotion of Pancasila, the national and Islamic. Abstract

Setiap peradaban memiliki pandangan yang berbeda terhadap sosok perempuan. begitu juga dengan setiap  agama berbeda memposisikan perempuan dalam ajarannya. Sebab itu artikel ini akan mengulas respon Islam, terutama hadis, dalam merespon kearifan lokal yang terdapat dalam budaya Arab. Tema itu difokuskan pada masalah respon hadis (Islam) tentang perempuan menstruasi. Perempuan menstruasi mendapatkan stigma melalui mitos-mitos yang sudah menlekat dalam setiap tradisi. Penelitian ini menghasilkan bahwa Islam merespon dan memfilter budaya yang bias gender dengan pendekatan kultural. Hadis yang menjelaskan perempuan menstruasi menciptakan tatanan wacana baru dalam setiap  matannya.

Abstract

Khilafah Islamiyah merupakan konsep pemerintahan yang pada akhirakhir ini kembali mengemuka dan menjadi tuntutan sebagian umat Islam. Pasca reformasi, tepatnya tahun 2000-an, Hizbut Tahrir di Indonesia mengadakan seminar khilafah pertama kali. Setelah itu, mereka sangat gencar menggaungkan khilafah sebagai sistem negara ideal. Mereka sering melakukan kritik terhadap sistem demokrasi yang dianggapnya sebagai produk Barat. Isu khilafah kembali mencuat setelah gerakan yang menamakan dirinya Islamic State of Iraq and Syam(ISIS) yang mendeklarasikan Umar AlBaghdadi sebagai khalifah.Model yang disebutkan terakhir ini bahkan melayangkan aksi-aksi kekerasan. Jauh sebelum keduanya menggelorakan khilafah di tengah negara modern, Jemaat Ahmadiyah Indonesia (JAI) sudah menerapkannya. JAI menerapkan khilafah jauh sebelum Ikhwanul Muslimun mewacanakan sistem pemerintahan Islam tersebut.Sebab itu konsep dan sisten khilafah yang diterapkan Ahmadiyah menjadi menarik untuk diteliti. Masalah yang akan dijawab dalam artikel ini adalah bagaimana JAI di Kampung Gondrong menafsirkan dan mengimplementasikan Khilafah ala Minhaji anNubuwwah dalam konteks keindonesiaan? Dan mengapa khilafah ala Ahmadiyah dapat berjalan beriringan dengan sistem politik negara-negara, khususnya dengan sistem negara di Indonesia? Untuk menjawab pertanyaan itu maka dilakukan observasi partisipatif dan wawancara

Abstract

This paper examines Khaled M. Abou El-Fadl’s hermeneutics in his work entitled Speaking God’s Name: Authority and Women. This figure is interesting to study because his theory stems from his own experience. At first he was an admirer salafi, but later criticizes it. This paper focuses on his thoughts about religious meaning texts and applies descriptive-analytical method. This study shows that El-Fadl’s hermeneutics is influenced by western philosopher, such as Gadamer and Gracia. He formulated a set of condition upon which one has to ground his/her interpretation of religious texts.

Abstract

Dalam Undang-undang Wakaf di Indonesia pada dasarnya harta yang telah diwakafkan dilarang untuk diwariskan, dihibahkan, disita, dijadikan jaminan, dijual, kecuali ditukar. Namun dalam pengecualian ini diatur dalam pasal 41. Sejauhmana tingkat relevansi pendapat Ibn Qudamah dengan Undang-undang Wakaf di Indonesia, dengan berbagai perbedaan yang menyertai kedua bentuk hukum tersebut. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian yang berbasis pada library research. Masalah yang difokuskan dalam tulisan ini ada dua pertanyaan bagaimana konsep Wakaf dalam pandangan Ibnu Qudama? dan bagaimana relevansi pendapat Ibnu Qudama tentang Wakaf dengan perkembangan Wakaf di Indonesia ? Untuk menjawab pertanyaan dengan pendekatan konten analisis dan historis untuk mencoba menganalisa wakaf dan sejarah hidup Ibnu Qudamah, maka hasil dari penelitian paper ini adalah pertama, mengetahui konsep wakaf ala Ibnu Qudamah, dan kedua mengetahui biografi Ibnu Qudamah, dan relevansi pemikiran wakaf Ibnu Qudamah dengan perkembangan Wakaf di Indonesia. Abstract

This paper will review the development of the shari'ah of the Prophet time until the codification in Islam. Lately, the word syari'ah became favourite among the Muslims. Therefor, this library research explores the shari'ah developmental problems. The approach used is the historical approach. At least there are some shifts that can be found in the meaning of shari'ah since Rasulullah period until the codification of Islamic law.Keywordssyari'ah, history, development, Islamic Makalah ini akan meninjau perkembangan syari'ah pada masa Nabi sampai kodifikasi dalam Islam. Akhir-akhir ini, kata syari'ah menjadi favorit bagi sebagian kalangan umat Islam. Oleh karena itu, penelitian kepustakaan ini mengeksplorasi masalah perkembangan syari'ah. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan historis. Setidaknya ada beberapa pergeseran yang dapat ditemukan mengenai makna syari'ah dari masa Rasulullah periode sampai kodifikasi hukum Islam.

Abstract

The use of cadar becomes a controversial discussion in Indonesia. However, the majority of scholars consider the cadar is not an obligation in religion. Bearing in mind, there are differences in the limits of women's genitalia or awrat. It shows in the Quranic interpretation of literature in Indonesia that cadar's views lie in the different scholars in interpreting and determining the limits of women's genitalia. This paper uses a comparative method to compare the interpretations of Hasbi Ash-Shiddieqy and Quraish Shihab in understanding verses about the cadar and the limits of women's Awrat (genitalia) in both interpretations. This research method is qualitative and library research. Hasbi Asy-Syiddieqy, in his interpretation of An-Nur, explains that women are obliged to cover their jewelry, while Quraish Shihab considers the cadar is not an obligation in religion because, for him, the face is not part of the awrat (genitalia) that must be covered. The difference can be seen from their educational and scientific backgrounds. Hasbi Asy-Syiddieqy has a background in Islamic law (Fiqh), so the style of interpretation in the book of An-Nur is more nuanced in fiqh. However, Quraish Shihab highlights the nuances of interpretation in the book of Al-Misbah, which tends to imitate the model or style of interpretation of Muhammad Abduh and Rashid Rida. This cadar is part of the need for tahsiniyat (Luxuries). The need for tahsiniyat is a need which if not fulfilled, does not threaten the existence of one of the maqashid ash-shariah (objectives of sharia) and does not cause difficulties.
