Abstract

Era digital membawa tantangan baru dalam pendidikan, terutama di institusi pendidikan tinggi Islam, yang dituntut untuk tidak hanya memberikan pengetahuan akademis tetapi juga membentuk karakter mahasiswa melalui pendidikan akhlak. Artikel ini mengkaji integrasi pendidikan akhlak dalam kurikulum pendidikan tinggi Islam di era digital, dengan fokus pada tantangan dan strategi implementasi. Studi ini menunjukkan bahwa integrasi nilai-nilai akhlak dapat membantu mahasiswa menghadapi pengaruh negatif teknologi, seperti penyebaran hoaks dan ujaran kebencian di media sosial. Melalui strategi seperti revisi kurikulum, pengembangan modul pendidikan akhlak, pelatihan dosen, dan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler, integrasi pendidikan akhlak dapat dilakukan secara holistik. Dengan pendekatan ini, mahasiswa diharapkan tidak hanya unggul secara akademis tetapi juga memiliki moralitas yang tinggi untuk berkontribusi positif di masyarakat.

Abstract

Tujuan penulisan ini adalah untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan supervisi kepala sekolah dalam mewujudkan profesionalisme guru, untuk mengetahui kendala yang muncul dan untuk mengetahui upaya kepala sekolah dalam mengatasi kendala dalam melaksanakan supervisi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah guru SD Negeri 59 Banda Aceh yang berjumlah 9 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan wawancara dan angket. Teknik analisa data dengan menggunakan Deskriptif Kualitatif. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh adalah kepala sekolah melakukan supervisi yang dimulai dengan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, evaluasi dan tindak lanjut. Supervisi dilakukan dengan cara membagi tugas dengan wakil kepala sekolah, guru senior dan guru. Teknik supervisi yang digunakan adalah teknik individual dan teknik kelompok. Kendala yang dihadapi kepala sekolah dalam pelaksanaan supervisi adalah kompleksitas tugas manajerial kepala sekolah, kurangnya persiapan dari guru yang disupervisi dan subjektifitas guru supervisor, sarana dan prasarana terbatas, kedisiplinan guru rendah, pengetahuan guru tentang PBM yang kurang dan perbedaan kemampuan diantara guru. Semua kendala diatasi dengan pendelegasian wewenang, melaksanakan  supervisi berkelanjutan, pembinaan dan memberikan motivasi, melakukan koordinasi secara intens kepada seluruh elemen sekolah, melengkapi sarana dan prasarana, menerapkan disiplin, melakukan evaluasi ketenagaan, meningkatkan hubungan baik antara kepala sekolah dengan guru, memberikan kesempatan kepada guru untuk mengembangkan dan meningkatkan kemampuannya.

Abstract

Scientific publication is one of the main indicators in assessing the academic quality of a lecturer and higher education institution. However, many lecturers still face obstacles in improving the quality and quantity of their publications. One solution to overcome this problem is to apply bibliometric methods in scientific research and publications. Bibliometrics is a data analysis technique that allows researchers to identify research trends, scientific collaboration, and the impact of publications. This community service activity aims to increase the capacity of STAI Nusantara Banda Aceh lecturers in scientific publications through bibliometric training. This training includes an introduction to the basic concepts of bibliometrics, the use of software such as VOSviewer and Publish or Perish, and publication strategies in reputable journals. The evaluation results showed that after attending the training, there was an increase in lecturers' understanding of bibliometric concepts as well as increased motivation in writing and publishing scientific articles. This activity is expected to contribute to improving the quality of scientific publications of lecturers and the academic reputation of STAI Nusantara Banda Aceh.

Abstract

Moral education has an important role in building the nation's morals, especially in the perspective of Islamic education. Hasan Al-Banna's thoughts on moral education emphasize the importance of character building based on Islamic values to create quality human resources. This article aims to examine the concept of moral education according to Hasan Al-Banna and how it is implemented in building the nation's morals. The research method used is a literature study with a descriptive-analytical approach. The results of the study show that moral education must be an integral part of the education system in order to produce individuals with character and noble character. The conclusion of this study confirms that moral education based on Islam can be a solution in facing moral challenges in the era of globalization.

Abstract

The low level of public awareness regarding household waste management is a major concern in this community service activity. The impact of poor waste management includes a decline in environmental quality, increased risk of disease, and soil and water pollution. This community service activity aims to improve the knowledge and skills of the community in managing organic and inorganic waste through training and mentoring. The target community is Gampong Meunasah Blang, Ingin Jaya Sub-district, Aceh Besar District. The activity was implemented using a participatory approach, including education, demonstrations on processing organic waste into compost, and the formation of an independent waste management group. The results of the activity showed an increase in community understanding of waste management and the formation of an active waste management group. This activity has had a positive impact, improving the quality of the surrounding environment and fostering collective awareness among the community to maintain village cleanliness.
