Abstract

Scientific ethics is widely used in the field of information technology to solve problems. This arises because there is no firmness in the ethical laws of the use of information technology. This article aims to explore the current application of scientific ethics in scientific writing. The method used is library research method. The results of the study show that researchers have used the application of scientific ethics in the field of information technology to find trends in the types of scientific publications. The most popular scientific ethics in the field of information technology is computer ethics. Computer ethics is the analysis of the nature and societal impact of computer technology, and the development and justification of relevant policies regarding the ethical use of information technology. Computer ethics has great potential to be developed because of the problems of: (a) privacy, (b) accuracy, (c) property, and (d) access which are very complex. For further research, researchers can have a broader perspective on the application of computer ethics in the field of information technology. Computer scientists can use this research to find applications of scholarly writing that deepen ethical issues in computer science, whether in conferences, journals, or book publications. Etika keilmuan banyak digunakan dalam bidang teknologi informasi untuk memecahkan masalah. Hal ini muncul karena belum adanya ketegasan dalam hukum etik penggunaan teknologi informasi. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi penerapan etika ilmiah terkini dalam penulisan ilmiah. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kepustakaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peneliti telah menggunakan penerapan etika ilmiah di bidang teknologi informasi untuk menemukan tren jenis publikasi karya ilmiah. Etika ilmiah yang paling populer di bidang teknologi informasi adalah etika komputer. Etika komputer adalah analisis sifat dan dampak sosial dari teknologi komputer, serta pengembangan dan pembenaran kebijakan yang relevan mengenai penggunaan teknologi informasi secara etis. Etika komputer memiliki potensi besar untuk dikembangkan karena masalah: (a) privacy, (b) accuracy, (c) property, dan (d) access yang sangat kompleks. Untuk penelitian selanjutnya, peneliti dapat memiliki perspektif yang lebih luas tentang penerapan etika komputer di bidang teknologi informasi. Ilmuwan komputer dapat menggunakan penelitian ini untuk menemukan aplikasi penulisan ilmiah yang memperdalam masalah etika ilmu komputer, baik dalam konferensi, jurnal, atau publikasi buku.

Abstract

Culture is the result of human taste, initiative and creativity that grows and develops in a certain environment and region. The current digital era makes it easy to spread information to various countries in the world. Information that is spread does not escape from cultural content. This causes cultural acculturation, one of which is in the arts area. This research aims to find people's interest in Korean music through the two groups based on Google trends data. Understanding the interests of internet users through Google Trends will increase insight into the popularity and influence of Korean culture in Indonesia to provide insight for people interested in cultural acculturation and the development of K-pop music. This study uses a qualitative research method with a netnographic approach with data sources from Google Trends. The data is presented in the form of a description of the results of observations and interviews after being reduced first. The results showed that Korean bands were one of the factors that brought cultural acculturation to Indonesia. The Korean wave trend has both positive and negative impacts which can be a challenge for Indonesia in the future. Budaya merupakan hasil dari rasa, karsa, dan cipta manusia yang tumbuh dan berkembang dalam lingkungan dan wilayah tertentu. Era digital saat ini memudahkan penyebaran informasi ke berbagai negara di belahan dunia. Informasi yang tersebar tak luput dari muatan budaya. Hal ini menyebabkan adanya akulturasi budaya, salah satunya pada wilayah kesenian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui minat masyarakat terhadap musik Korea melalui kedua grup tersebut berdasarkan data tren Google. Pemahaman terhadap minat pengguna internet melalui Google Trends ini akan meningkatkan wawasan tentang popularitas dan pengaruh budaya Korea di Indonesia sehingga dapat memberikan wawasan bagi masyarakat yang tertarik dengan akulturasi budaya dan perkembangan musik Kpop. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan netnografi dengan sumber data dari Google Trendss. Data disajikan dalam bentuk deskripsi dari hasil pengamatan dan wawancara setelah direduksi terlebih dahulu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Band Korea merupakan salah satu faktor pembawa akulturasi budaya ke Indonesia. Tren gelombang Korea ini memiliki dampak positif dan negatif yang dapat menjadi tantangan bagi Indonesia kedepannya.

Abstract

This research presents a systematic review of trends and innovations in the library sector during the era of digitalization. As technology has advanced, libraries have transformed from traditional print-based service providers to dynamic digital platforms. This article explores several key aspects, including the nature of innovation in libraries, the challenges faced in implementing these innovations, their impacts, and recommendations for future practices. The study is based on a comprehensive analysis of literature sourced from Google Scholar, encompassing a review of 1,000 articles. The findings underscore the necessity of ongoing government support and the active involvement of community members in fostering successful innovation in libraries. Furthermore, this study offers valuable insights and recommendations for future research, emphasizing the critical role libraries play in promoting access to information and enhancing community engagement in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
