Abstract

Dalam sebuah bisnis atau usaha kepuasan konsumen terhadap kualitas produk sangat berpengaruh akan dinamika pasar dan harapan konsumen dalam menghadapi perubahan lingkungan bisnis yang cepat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis tingkat kepuasan konsumen terhadap kualitas produk pada PT Ganep Tradisi Solo cabang Banjarsari. Dalam konteks persaingan yang semakin ketat di industri roti dan kue, pemahaman yang baik tentang kepuasan konsumen terhadap kualitas produk dapat menjadi keunggulan kompetitif bagi toko roti Ganep. Populasi dalam penelitian ini merupakan seluruh konsumen yang membeli produk dari PT Ganep Tradisi Solo. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 100 responden dengan teknik Accidental sampling. Teknik pengambilan data dilakukan dengan membagikan kuesioner menggunakan skala likert. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan model metode Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) dan diolah dengan software SPSS 25 (Statistical Program and Service Solution). Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dimensi  performance, reliability, conformance, durability dan perceived quality berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen secara parsial. Namun pada dimensi feature dan serviceability terdapat hasil rendah sehingga disarankan untuk meningkatkan variasi produk roti Ganep dengan menambah jenis roti yang baru agar konsumen tidak merasa bosan dengan produk roti Ganep.

Abstract

Dunia usaha di Indonesia sedang berkembang dengan pesat dilihat dari semakin terbukanya peluang bagi masyarakat untuk memulai usaha. Untuk meningkatkan kualitas perusahaan diperlukan kebijakan untuk mencapai tujuan perusahaan Sebagai upaya mencapai tujuan tersebut membutuhkan sebuah manajemen yang mampu meningkatkan dan mempertahankan kondisi perusahaan yang baik yaitu dengan menerapkan Total Quality Management (TQM). Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh motivasi kerja, kinerja karyawan, dan disiplin kerja terhadap Total Quality Management (TQM) di PT Semesta Indah Sentosa. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan korelasional, di mana data diperoleh melalui kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada 50 karyawan perusahaan. Data diuji dengan uji parsial, uji simultan dan ujikoefisiensi determinasi Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa disiplin kerja berkontribusi sebesar 27,8%, motivasi kerja sebesar 27%, dan kinerja karyawan sebesar 38,1% terhadap peningkatan TQM. Selain itu, ketiga variabel independen tersebut berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap TQM, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 0,765 mengindikasikan bahwa 76,5% variasi dalam TQM dapat dijelaskan oleh disiplin kerja, motivasi kerja, dan kinerja karyawan, sementara sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti.

Abstract

Pertumbuhan perekonomian di Indonesia mengalami peningkatan didukung dengan perkembangan industri yang berkembang pesat. Salah satu jenis industri yang mengalami perkembangan adalah industri percetakan. CV. Indonesa Jaya merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang percetakan yang memproduksi LKS. Perusahaan ini terdapat area produksi untuk menjalankan kegiatan produksi yang membutuhkan lingkungan fisik yang baik dan ergonomi untuk menunjang operasi produksi dan kinerja karyawannya. Mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja fisik terhadap beban kerja karyawan menggunakan metode NASA-TLX yang terdapat 6 indikator. Dari hasil penelitian Beban kerja karyawan di area produksi CV. Indonesia Jaya berkategori tinggi.

Abstract

Meulcraft Trangsan ialah UMKM yang bergerak di bidang handycraft seperti enceng gondok, pelepah pisang dan rotan yang dibuat menjadi furniture menarik yang bernilai jual tinggi. Pada identifikasi masalah di Meulcraft Tragsan ditemukan bahwa sistem kerja yang kurang baik sehingga membuat produktivitas harian pada Meulcraft Trangsan menjadi kurang optimal. Output harian pada Meulcraft Trangsan yang ditetapkan oleh perusahaan adalah 25 pcs sedangkan dalam sehari Meulcraft Trangsan hanya dapat menghasilkan kurang lebih 18 pcs.  Berdasarkan identifikasi yang telah dilakukan maka dilakukan pemilihan metode Macro Ergonomic Analysis and Design (MEAD) untuk mencari tahu faktor apa yang menjadi penyebab sistem kerja kurang baik. Adapun faktor sistem kerja yang dirumuskan diantaranya Faktor Lingkungan Kerja FIsik, Faktor Peralatan dan Mesin, Faktor Beban Kerja dan Faktor Organisasi. Pemilihan metode MEAD dilakukan untuk mengetahui faktor yang mempengaruhi sistem kerja dan kemudian dilakukan perbaikan dan implementasi terkait rancangan yang telah didapatkan. Hasil pengolahan menggunakan pendekatan MEAD didapati bahwa Faktor organisasi yang menjadi salah satu permasalahan sistem kerja pada Meulcraft Trangsan, dikarenakan manajemen kerja kurang baik,  tidak adanya pengawasan kerja dan tidak adanya waktu baku yang ditetapkan dalam proses produksi. Sehingga membuat produktivitas harian di Meulcraft Trangsan tidak optimal dan mengalami overtime. Implementasi yang dilakukan ialah menerapkan waktu baku produksi untuk Meulcraft Trangsan guna mengoptimalkan produktivitas dan usulan perbaikan manajemen kerja dengan malakukan pengawasan yang lebih baik. Berdasarkan hasil implementasi dari penerapan waktu baku diketahui bahwa output harian yang didapat meningkat menjadi 25 pcs hal itu ditunjang dengan adanya penerapan waktu baku baru serta adanya pengawasan dari pihak Meulcraft Trangsan.

Abstract

This study evaluates the effectiveness of the Rapid Upper Limb Assessment (RULA) method in improving work posture in industrial settings. Poor posture can lead to musculoskeletal disorders and reduced productivity. Using a quantitative approach, RULA was applied across several production departments, with data collected through direct field observation. The analysis shows that RULA significantly improved work posture, reduced discomfort, and lowered the risk of musculoskeletal injuries. The study supports RULA as an effective tool for posture improvement and recommends integrating regular ergonomic evaluations into work design.

Abstract

This research was conducted to design a facility layout using the SLP method, accompanied by a comparison of the efficient time between the initial layout and the proposal, as well as the results of direct observations of the production flow and activities in the CV production area. The Vyo factory has problems with irregular production flows, back-and-forth material movement (backtracking). This problem can have an impact on the enormous distances that material is moved irregularly due to relationships between departments that are far apart. Additionally, there is the issue of placing facilities that are not connected, as some facilities must be located near the production process. To overcome layout management problems, a method that can be employed is Systematic Layout Planning, which can be implemented using SketchUp software by redesigning the facility layout using this method. Based on the proposed alternative layout design using the SLP method, it can be seen that the best layout for shirt production on line 1 is starting with the storage warehouse, leading to the cutting for pattern cutting, after completion, it continues with a sewing process combining the front and back chest patterns, and sleeve sewing. The results of the design carried out using the SLP method, with SketchUp software, obtained a proposed layout to eliminate backtracking. The results of the analysis of effectiveness and efficiency during the production process can optimize the production process to be more orderly and utilize space more efficiently, allowing for a more streamlined workflow from incoming raw materials to finished products. Implementing this proposed layout can resolve layout issues in the production area, thereby eliminating backtracking.

Abstract

Farmers, as parties who have an important role in meeting people's food needs in agriculture, should have high selling prices and their welfare should be taken into account by the government. Agricultural development is a means of effort to improve the standard of living of farmers, increase income, expand employment and business opportunities, and expand markets both domestically and abroad. This can be achieved through advanced, efficient and resilient agriculture so that it can increase yields, improve quality and support regional development. This study aims to analyze income, efficiency and costs of irrigated lowland rice farming in Wonosari district, Klaten. The method used in this research is to determine the sample by means of purposive sampling. Data analysis uses farming analysis such as analysis of income, efficiency and costs. The results of this research are the average income earned on irrigated rice fields in Wonosari District Rp. 10,542,703.72/Ha. Farming costs obtained by irrigation rice farmers amounted to IDR 11,009,059.63/Ha. Revenue for irrigated lowland rice farming is IDR 21,551,763.35/Ha and the efficiency of irrigated lowland rice farming in Wonosari District is IDR 2.0.
