This study aims to analyze the influence of marketing mix strategies (product, price, place, and promotion) on the enhancement of sales productivity at CV. Ganep Tradisi Solo. The research method employed is quantitative with a statistical approach. Data were collected from 52 respondents who are consumers of CV. Ganep Tradisi Solo through Likert-scale questionnaires. Validity, reliability, and classical assumptions tests were conducted to ensure data validity and reliability. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression. The results of the analysis indicate that product, price, place, and promotion significantly influence the enhancement of sales productivity. In conclusion, marketing mix strategies have a positive impact on enhancing the sales productivity of CV. Ganep Tradisi Solo's bakery products.

Sentra industri kerajinan rotan merupakan suatu unit usaha yang sedang berkembang dan terus berkembang pada era sekarang ini. Sentra indutri kerajinan rotan trangsan merupakan salah satu sentra kerajinan rotan yang ada, dan didalamnya terdapat meulcraft trangsan dan sumber hidup rotan. Salah satu faktor pendukung berkembangnya sautu unit usaha adalah pentingnya memenejemen sumber daya manusia terkhusu dalam beban kerja karyawannya. Salah satu faktor yang berpengaruh ialah lingkungan kerja fisik meliputi suhu, kebisingan dan juga pencahayaan. Metode cardiovascular Load adalah metode pengukuran beban kerja, dengan menghitung menggunakan metode 10 denyut nadi dengan bantuan stopwatch. Hasil yang diperoleh dari meulcraft dan sumber hidup rotan adalah nilai CVL yang tinggi yaitu >30% sehingga masuk dalam kategori “diperlukan perbaikan” sehingga diberikan perbaikan lkingkungan kerja fisik untuk menurunkan beban kerja karyawann dan didapati hasil ; meulcraft trangsan tingkat presentase CVL turun dari 32% menjadi 28% dan sumberhidup rotan turun dari 31% menjadi 27%. Sehingga didapati bahawa lingkungan kerja fisik memiliki pengaruh dalam beban kerja keryawan.

CV. Indonesia Jaya termasuk percetakan yang berkembang karena setiap hari mesin terus beroperasi dan produksi semakin meningkat. Tentunya pihak Perusahaan harus memperhatikan setiap proses produksi yang berjalan. Proses produksi merupakan faktor utama yang dapat meningkatkan perkembangan sebuah perusahaan. Apabila kapasitas produksi perusahaan meningkat, maka perusahaan akan semakin besar dan berkembang. Semakin seringnya mesin digunakan bekerja untuk mencapai target produksi yang kadang melebihi kapasitas dapat menurunkan kemampuan suatu mesin, umur mesin dan mengakibatkan pergantian komponen mesin yang rusak. Downtime merupakan jumlah waktu dimana suatu komponen tidak dapat berfungsi karena disebabkan adanya kerusakan (failure). Observasi yang dilakukan di CV. Indonesia Jaya yaitu terdapat banyak downtime atau waktu menggangur. Metode Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) dipilih karena menerapkan analisis secara menyeluruh mulai dari analisa fungsi sistem, dampak kegagalan hingga pemilihan tindakan perawatan untuk komponen yang mengalami breakdown. Tingkat kekritisan sebuah komponen terhadap kerusakan dapat dianalisis juga dengan menggunakan metode Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) sehingga pihak produksi mengetahui komponen mana yang memiliki peluang untuk lebih sering terjadi breakdown. Salah satu metode pengukuran di dalam Reliability Centetered Maintenance (RCM) adalah OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness). OEE dapat mengukur produktivitas peralatan secara keseluruhan untuk mengevaluasi beberapa capaian performansi dan reliability. Berdasarkan permasalahan downtime pada mesin web, penulis bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor yang mempengaruhi produktivitas mesin cetak dengan metode OEE.

Ikon Legiun Kavaleri Pura Mangkunegara, yang didirikan tahun 1808 atas perintah penguasa Prancis Napoleon Bonaparte, merupakan ingatan sejarah Surakarta yang penting. Mangkunegara II memiliki visi untuk masa depan dan mampu menerapkan konsep modern pada zamannya: militer ala Eropa sekaligus terkuat di dunia. Legiun Mangkunegaran berasal dari perjuangan Raden Mas Said dan pengikutnya yang kecewa dengan pemerintahan dan ketidakadilan Paku Buwono II. Generasi muda semakin tidak tahu sejarah Legiun Kavaleri Mangkunegaran. Semua orang harus tahu tentang sejarah ini, terutama siswa sekolah dasar. Mereka akan menjadi pedoman bagi mereka untuk memahami sejarah negara mereka sekarang dan di masa depan. Agar informasi yang disampaikan dapat diterima dan menarik, diperlukan media dan kondisi yang sesuai. Melalui kombinasi tembang dolanan dan ilustrasi, media alternatif mengandung informasi dan pesan yang dapat digunakan dalam upaya pelestarian sejarah. Tujuan penelitian dalam merancang karya tembang dolanan dan ilustrasi anak yang berisi materi seputar Legiun Kavaleri Mangkunegaran. Metode penciptaan karya, yaitu : Discovery, Interpretation, Ideation, Experimentation, Evolution, dan Implementation. Melalui media ini diharapkan meningkatkan pemahaman dan pengetahuan kepada generasi muda mengenai Legiun Kavaleri Mangkunegaran untuk mengenalkan dan melestarikan sejarah.

Batik Solo Trans (BST) is completed with shelter to increase passenger mobility, but it hasn’t able to attract people of Surakarta for using public transportation. BST shelter was obtained that the ramp was steep, narrow space for wheelchair users and there were no loudspeakers. It can be seen that the BST shelter is not disabled-friendly and must be analyzed for continuous improvement to become a disabled-friendly shelter. This study aims to analyze the Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats (SWOT) of disabled-friendly BST shelter. Inclusive BST shelters are a vital component of a public transportation system that supports mobility for all levels of society including people with disabilities. Competitive strategies that can be implemented to make a disabled-friendly BST shelter are grouped into innovation strategies, socialization strategies and development strategies. By implementing these strategies, the designed BST shelter will be sustainable and disabled-friendly. It can be concluded that public transportation with comfortable, safe, affordable and disabled-friendly is a must for all user needs.

A firm called CV. Sulis Keramik makes parts for mosquito mats; these parts come in the shape of PTC heating elements. A kind of positive temperature coefficient thermistor used in heating applications is the ptc heating element. There are still many different waste indicators throughout the production process, which lowers the process's efficacy and efficiency. Defects with a 10% defect rate are among the main issues. Furthermore, there exist other indicators of waste associated with waiting times, transportation, and other wastes. With the use of lean manufacturing techniques, this project seeks to eradicate waste from CV Sulis Keramik ptc heating element production process. Value stream mapping in its current state, waste assessment models, value stream analysis tools, production system improvement, and designing future value stream mapping were all shown in the research's first stage.

This research was conducted to design a facility layout using the SLP method, accompanied by a comparison of the efficient time between the initial layout and the proposal, as well as the results of direct observations of the production flow and activities in the CV production area. The Vyo factory has problems with irregular production flows, back-and-forth material movement (backtracking). This problem can have an impact on the enormous distances that material is moved irregularly due to relationships between departments that are far apart. Additionally, there is the issue of placing facilities that are not connected, as some facilities must be located near the production process. To overcome layout management problems, a method that can be employed is Systematic Layout Planning, which can be implemented using SketchUp software by redesigning the facility layout using this method. Based on the proposed alternative layout design using the SLP method, it can be seen that the best layout for shirt production on line 1 is starting with the storage warehouse, leading to the cutting for pattern cutting, after completion, it continues with a sewing process combining the front and back chest patterns, and sleeve sewing. The results of the design carried out using the SLP method, with SketchUp software, obtained a proposed layout to eliminate backtracking. The results of the analysis of effectiveness and efficiency during the production process can optimize the production process to be more orderly and utilize space more efficiently, allowing for a more streamlined workflow from incoming raw materials to finished products. Implementing this proposed layout can resolve layout issues in the production area, thereby eliminating backtracking.

Kegiatan transportasi adalah pendisitribusian suatu produk dari suatu tempat ke tempat lain. Dalam mendistribusikan suatu produk, faktor jarak tempuh dan waktu tempuh menjadi hal yang cukup penting untuk diperhatikan karena melibatkan banyak hal dalam pengoperasianya. Desa Petirsari merupakan usaha yang berlokasi di Kabupaten Wonogiri. Desa Petirsari memiliki beberapa UMKM seperti kerajinan kayu, kerajinan rambut palsu/ wig, dan makanan. Berdasarkan permasalahan di Desa Petirsari, UMKM sangat sulit untuk mengembangkan usaha di desa pada era modern dikarenakan sulitnya menjangkau pasar dan akses yang jauh. Oleh karena itu perlunya akses distibusi yang efektif dan efisien agar masyarakat dapat mendistribusikan hasil usaha atau produknya lebih optimal. Lebih lanjut, upaya lain untuk mempermudah pemasaran produk yaitu dengan pembuatan website. Adapun hasil dari pengabdian yaitu pembuatan rute distribusi produk dan website untuk memasarkan produk.
