Abstract

Regulation of the Minister of Religious Affairs Number 52 of 2014 is the current regulation in Indonesia as a reference for zakat calculation procedures, one of which is the agricultural zakat nisab of 653 kilograms of grain. This article aims to examine the agricultural zakat nisab unit. This study uses a normative method with a qualitative juridical approach through a literature study that aims to analyze the suitability between theory and practice and evaluate the policies' relevance. The results of the study show that, first, rice units are more appropriate for use as agricultural zakat nisab units. Second, determining the nisab of grain is potentially burdensome for sharecroppers or farm laborers who, in some cases, are eligible to be zakat recipients. With the changes through the Regulation of the Minister of Religious Affairs Number 69 of 2014 and Number 31 of 2019, the results of this study are increasingly relevant as a reference for academic papers for policymakers, especially in compiling regulations related to agricultural zakat. This article provides an academic contribution to the development of zakat studies and becomes practical input to increase the effectiveness of zakat management in Indonesia.

Abstract

: إن الجهوذ المبذولة لإدارة الأراضي الوقفية للزراعية هي الخطوة الصحيحة لإنتاجية الأراضي الوقفية. تهدف هذه الدراسة لمعرفة تحديد إدارة الوقف الزراعي لمعهد دار السلام كونتور بعقد الإجارة والمزارعة. هذا البحث هو بحث ميداني بالأسلوب النوعي من خلال إجراء البحث في معهد دار السلام كونتور. في جمع البيانات، استخدم الباحث طريقة الملاحظة، والمقابلة، والوثائق ثم تحليلها بمنهج سواوت (SWOT). نتائج هذه الدراسة بإن إدارة الوقف الزراعي بعقد الإجارة لمعهد دار السلام كونتور وقعت في منطقة فونوروكو، ماديون، كديري، نجانجوك، جمبر، وأما إدارته بعقد المزارعة توجد في منطقة مانتينجان. إن إدارة الوقف الزراعي بعقد الإجارة وعقد المزارعة لمعهد دار السلام كونتور تساعد اقتصاد المجتمع ورفاهيتهم لأن سعر إيجار الوقف الزراعي أقل من أسعار الزراعية الأخرى

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat dengan pendampingan di Taman Pendidikan Al-Quran (TPA) di Kecamatan Siman Ponorogo yang bertujuan menanamkan nilai-nilai Islam kepada anak usia dini. Program ini mencakup pelatihan guru, penerapan metode pembelajaran interaktif, dan kegiatan praktis yang mengajarkan ibadah sehari-hari. Kurikulum disusun untuk mencakup nilai-nilai Islam, dan kelas tematik serta media pembelajaran interaktif digunakan untuk meningkatkan minat anak-anak. Evaluasi berkala dan sosialisasi dengan orang tua turut dilakukan untuk memastikan efektivitas program. Hasilnya, terdapat peningkatan pemahaman agama, kualitas pengajaran, dan partisipasi orang tua, serta terbentuknya karakter anak-anak yang lebih baik. Rekomendasi meliputi pengembangan program berkelanjutan, peningkatan kerjasama dengan pihak terkait, dan penyediaan sarana serta prasarana yang memadai

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to review the compliance performance in reporting on zakat institutions in Indonesia in 2023. Based on Laporan Pengelolaan Zakat Nasional 2023, the annual report of national zakat management published by BAZNAS RI, this paper constructs and analyses the implementation of compliance in reporting of zakat institutions in Indonesia. The study uses the content analysis method in developing the compliance performance frameworks and indicators in reporting referring to the zakat regulations in Indonesia. The result of review of this article formulated two main indicators of compliance in report: completing the reports and fulfilling the provisions in reporting. These findings are applicable to implement in evaluating the compliance performance in reporting on zakat institutions in Indonesia.
