Abstract

This study aims to determine whether digital marketing and product quality have an influence on purchasing decisions on Mixue ice cream products at the Bekasi branch. This study uses a data collection method, namely field research using statementor questionnaire data. By using the sample method, namely the slovin method, which amounted to 133 respondents at consumers of Mixue ice cream products at the Bekasi branch. Results of the multiple regression coefficient analysis Y = 8.3690 + 0.1721 (X1) + 0.6142 (X2). Based on the calculation of the coefficient of determination analysis R2 is 0.7157, which means that the contribution of digital marketing and product quality can explain purchasing decisions by 71.57%. Based on the partial test results of digital marketing, it is obtained t count > t table of 2.708 > 1.978. Based on the partial test results of product quality, it is obtained t count > t table of 11.556 > 1.978. Based on the f hypothesis test is 167.218 > 3.07, then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that there is a significant influence between digital marketing (X1) and product quality (X2) on the purchasing decision variable (Y) at PT Zhisheng Pacific Trading.

Abstract

This study aims to see the effect of debt to equity ratio and return on equity on price to book value. The population of this study was 92 companies in the property and real estate sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2020-2022 period, which were selected using the purposive sampling method. Then, 14 companies were selected as research samples. The data processed is secondary data in the form of annual financial reports with a quantitative approach. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression using the Eviews 12 application, with several tests, namely descriptive statistical analysis, estimation model determination test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of the study show that first, partially the debt to equity ratio has a positive and significant effect on price to book value. The debt to equity ratio produces a regression coefficient of 1.860377. Tcount is 6.354173 is greater than Ttable (6.354173 > 1.974271) with a probability of 0.0000 < 0.05. Second, partially return on equity has a positive and significant effect on price to book value. Return on equity produces a regression coefficient of 3.813042. Tcount is 3.228050 is greater than Ttable (3.228050 > 1.974271) with a probability of 0.0015 < 0.05. Third, simultaneously debt to equity ratio and return on equity have a significant effect on price to book value. Fcount is 5.627726 is greater than Ftable (5.627726 > 3.05012) with a probability of 0.0000 < 0.05. Furthermore, the R2 value is 0.357065, meaning that the debt to equity ratio and return on equity are able to explain the price to book value by 35.70%, while the remaining 64.30% is influenced by other factors outside this research model.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether the variables of promotion strategy and brand equity have a significant effect on purchasing decisions on MS Glow skincare. This type of research uses quantitative methods, the sample in this study amounted to 171 respondents. From the results of the study, it shows that partially the promotion strategy and brand equity have a positive effect on purchasing decisions, it can be seen from the results of the multiple regression coefficient analysis Y = 3.549 + 0.7407 (X1) + 0.1828 (X2), which means that if the promotion strategy and brand equity (X1 and X2 = 0) then the purchase decision is 3.549 and if the promotion strategy and brand equity (X1 and X2 = 1) the purchase decision is 0.7407 for X1 and 0.1828 for X2. Based on the calculation of the coefficient of determination analysis R^2 of the eviews program is 0.8446, the correlation analysis of determination R^2 is obtained with a value of Kd = 0.8446, which means that the contribution of promotional strategies and brand equity can explain purchasing decisions by 84.46%. And the remaining 15.54% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of partial work performance assessment on job promotion at PT. XYZ., to determine the partial influence of employee competency on job promotion at PT. XYZ, and to determine the effect of simultaneous assessment of work performance and employee competency on job promotion at PT. XYZ. The method used in this research is using probability techniques by random sampling from the population to be studied from employees at PT. XYZ. The data collection technique is carried out through primary data, namely by conducting a survey at PT. XYZ, and supported by related literature, journals and books as supporting data in conducting research. And the measurement tool used in data collection is the Likert scale. The results of analysis using multiple linear regression of the variables studied on the variable assessing employee work performance and competency regarding job promotion are Y=6.644 + 0.327 X1 + 0.471 X2. From this equation it can be seen that a: the constant number has a positive value, namely 6,644, this shows that if the job performance and competency assessment variables do not change or have a value of 0, then the value of job promotion is 6,644. b: The regression coefficient value of the work performance assessment variable is positive at 0.327, this shows that if the work performance assessment variable increases, then the position promotion variable will also increase by 0.327. c: The regression coefficient value for the employee competency variable is positive at 0.471, this shows that if the employee competency variable increases, then the position promotion variable will also increase by 0.471. Meanwhile, the coefficient of determination is 0.523, which means that the influence of the variable assessing work performance and employee competency simultaneously (together) has an influence of 52.3%, and the remainder is influenced by other variables or factors outside this research of 47.7%. . And the results of research testing also show that partial work performance assessment has an influence but is not significant on job promotion at PT. XYZ obtained from the t-test results with the t-static value on the work performance assessment variable is 0.932 with prob. of 0.356 (>0.05). Meanwhile, for the employee competency variable, there is a partial but not significant influence on job promotion at PT. XYZ obtained from the t-test results with the t-static value on the work performance assessment variable is 1.383 with prob. amounted to 0.174 (>0.05).

Abstract

Koperasi simpan pinjam memberikan fungsi kepada masyarakat sebagai sarana dalam pinjaman yang lebih mudah dibandingkan dengan bank, maka hal tersebut tidak terlepas dari prosedur pemberian kredit yang baik sehingga profitabilitas koperasi pun tetap berkembang untuk tetap memberikan kesejahteraan kepada para anggotanya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas dari prosedur pemberian kredit yang telah dijalankan oleh KKHB serta melihat pengaruh terhadap profitabilitas koperasi. Metode penelitian yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif, dimana penulis mengumpulkan data-data yang kemudian diolah dan dianalisa. Penelitian ini juga menyertakan analisis dalam bentuk kuantitatif dengan menggunakan Analisis Tren. Analisis Tren digunakan untuk menganalisa perkembangan nilai Pengabulan Pinjaman, nilai Pengembalian Pinjaman, nilai perbandingan Piutang Tak Tertagih terhadap total Piutang Anggota. Kemudian dilakukan pengujian terhadap profitabilitas dengan menganalisa perkembangan nilai Sisa Hasil Usaha (SHU) Setelah Pajak. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah dimana prosedur pemberian kredit yang telah dijalankan oleh KKHB sudah baik dengan diterapkannya prinsip TUKKEPAR dan 3RM, namun belum efektif. Hal tersebut dapat terlihat dalam pengujian tren bahwa selama tahun 2019 sampai dengan 2023 nilai piutang tak tertagih tidaklah lebih dari 1,5% dari total piutang anggota, sehingga hal tersebut berpengaruh terhadap profitabilitas dengan melihat perkembangan nilai Sisa Hasil Usaha (SHU) yang selalu mengalami peningkatan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh sistem pengupahan satuan hasil, pengupahan satuan waktu, motivasi kerja, dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Erfa Karya Mandiri, sebuah perusahaan berskala UMKM di Kota Bekasi. Penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 60 karyawan, dianalisis menggunakan SEM-PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem pengupahan satuan hasil dan sistem pengupahan satuan waktu memiliki pengaruh langsung yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Selain itu, motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja, yang pada gilirannya meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Namun, sistem pengupahan satuan hasil dan satuan waktu tidak langsung mempengaruhi kinerja melalui kepuasan kerja. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa pengelolaan sistem pengupahan yang adil dan motivasi yang tinggi dapat meningkatkan kepuasan kerja dan kinerja karyawan. Perusahaan disarankan untuk menyesuaikan sistem pengupahan dengan karakteristik pekerjaan dan tujuan organisasi, serta memperhatikan faktor motivasi untuk mencapai kinerja optimal.

Abstract

Background. Taklik talak is an agreement in which the husband depends on the occurrence of a divorce for his wife if it turns out that in the future the husband violates one or all of the things in the taklik talak agreement.Aim. To find out and analyze the implications of the violation of taklik talak on marital status from the perspective of the book of fiqh and the marriage law.Methods. The type of research used is library research, namely the book of fiqh and the Marriage Law as the main sources. This research approach uses a normative approach and is analyzed qualitatively, namely based on the Marriage Law No.1 of 1974 and also studied based on fiqh books such as classical fiqh Fathul Mu'in Translation, Fathul Qarib Translation Idol Fiqh, and General References of the Ummah. The data analysis technique uses deductive techniques which are used to find out the violation of taklik talak on marital status which is then developed and described in more detail based on fiqh books and the Marriage Act.Results. Based on the study of fiqh books, the husband who violates the taklik talak he said after the marriage contract took place, then the divorce fell for his husband directly, who had already signed the taklik talak. Because it is the husband who has hung the divorce on a thing or trait, thus the divorce falls with the realization of that nature according to the words of the husband. While the violation of takalik talak on marital status according to the Marriage Act must meet the requirements in divorce, sighat taklik talak contains 2 conditions, namely alternative conditions and cumulative conditions.

Abstract

Background. The marriage that every human desires is sakinah, mawadah, and warohmah and in marriage the most desired thing is to be blessed with a child. However, in the reality of married life, many of them end in divorce cases which result in disputes regarding child custody. Children under 12 years old must be raised by their biological mother, but this does not rule out the possibility of being raised by their father. Aim. The aim of this research is to determine the control of custody of minor children to grandfathers in Pekalongan, East Lampung and to analyze the control of custody of minor children to grandfathers from a maqashid sharia perspective. Methods. This type of research is qualitative by describing the facts that occurred in Pekalongan, East Lampung. The data sources in this research are primary data sources and secondary data sources as tools for conducting research. Meanwhile, data collection methods use observation, interviews and documentation. Results. The care of underage children by grandfathers which occurred in Pekalongan, East Lampung occurred because the child's mother was unable to care for the child due to economic factors, so the child was given to the father who apparently could not care for the child well, because his job was as a driver. In this way the child is raised by the grandfather. Mastery of custody of minor children to grandfathers occurs according to the maqashid sharia view, namely hifzun-nafs or caring for the soul and hifdz al-nasl or caring for offspring are said to be able to care for children, such as having affection for children, being physically healthy and having an economy that is able to provide for children's needs.
