Abstract

Dalam penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan setelah melakukan pelaksanaan mutasi karyawan serta memberikan informasi secara terbuka pada PT.JASAMARGA(PERSERO)Tbk. Sebelum terjadinya aplikasi pada penelitian ini untuk memberikan informasi monitoring pelaksanaan mutasi masih tidak terbuka dan informasi masih kurang efektif, selama proses penelitian banyak sekali informasi di dapat untuk pembuatan karya ilmiah ini dalam pembuatan karya ilmiah ini Bahasa pemograman yang di gunakan adalah PHP di karenakan jauh lebih ringkas untuk pembuatan website dengan menggunakan database phpmyadmin. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode waterfall dalam pengembangan sistem yang sudah ada untuk teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi dari objek dalam pelaksanaan mutasi dan wawancara agar mendapatkan kebutuhan yang diinginkan serta mendapatkan informasi nominal dalam pelaksanaan mutasi. Desain dalam karya ilmiah menggunakan use case diagram, activity diagram, deployment diagram, dan component diagram untuk entity relationship diagram memiliki tipe relationship yang terdiri dari one to one, one to many, dan many to many untuk menggambarkan sistem ERD dalam karya ilmiah ini, untuk mengetahui proses dari karya ilmiah ini serta memiliki pengaruh terhadap admin dan user untuk memudahkan pekerjaanya dalam memberikan informasi secara akurat dan efisien terhadap pelaksanaan mutasi dalam penelitian ini yang seharusnya dikerjakan dua orang sekarang menjadi satu orang dan lebih efektif lagi dalam pekerjaannya dari penambahan karyawan baru, pergerakan karyawan dari promosi jabatan serta rotasi karyawan, dan perjalanan dinas pulang pergi.Kata Kunci: mutasi, informasi data, metode waterfall.

Abstract

In the current state of the Covid pandemic, the government has implemented restrictions on community activities or PPKM, which has an impact on the number of cinemas in the country temporarily closed to reduce the spread of the virus. The number of films that have been postponed for release due to this outbreak and also the decreasing use of VCDs / DVDs have made movie streaming applications begin to be favored by the public, one of which is the iQIYI movie streaming application. iQIYI is a movie streaming app launched in April 2010, so that users can know that the iQIYI application is considered good is to do a sentiment classification on the application. Therefore, this study aims to implement sentiment classification in review data using the K-Nearest Neighbor (K-NN) algorithm. K-NN itself is an algorithm that functions to classify data based on its learning data (train data sets). The data used is iQIYI user reviews as many as 400 review data, the first stage carried out is the data cleaning process or Pre-Processing, the next step is to design a K-NN algorithm model in RapidMiner Studio software to process sentiment classification. The test results using 400 review data using the K-NN algorithm obtained an Accuracy value of 99.50% then a Precision value of 100% and a Recall value of 99.44%. Which means that this study managed to get the best and best algortima in classifying positive reviews and negative reviews against the iQIYI application.

Abstract

Web-Based New Employee Acceptance Information System. A company in recruiting employees must follow developments. PT. Batang Naras Jaya in handling the acceptance of new employees still uses a manual system which is considered not effective and efficient enough in dealing with the problem of hiring new employees because it takes longer time to process the application form, it is still manual with paper, the applicant's personal data is also filled in by hand. paper, reading files and several tests carried out by the HRD section must be carried out one by one if there are many applicants in one day, of course, this will result in a queue for the test. With a computerized website-based system to help companies improve time efficiency in accepting new employees to be more effective, efficient, safe, fast and accurate. The method used in developing this software uses the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method. The web design application used is Visual Studio Code (vsc) and for the programming language it uses PHP and uses the MySQL database. With the existence of a new employee recruitment information system at the company, it is hoped that it can help facilitate the process of data collection, selection and the process of accepting new employees at the company. which can help increase work productivity and can present employee data at the company, especially in terms of accepting new employees at the company. the selection of new employees is more controlled with the new employee acceptance information system and makes it easier to make new employee acceptance reports at the company.

Abstract

The aim of the research is to support technological independence in educational units in processing data archives and general finances at the Al Alaq Islamic Middle School and what are the obstacles encountered in implementing such a system. In addition, the authors hope that readers can understand the use of this academic administration information system application known as ISODUS. During the research, the authors found that the Al Alaq Islamic Middle School did not have a computerized academic administrative and financial data processing system so that it could help find information quickly and effectively. This is due to the lack of human resources who know about information systems. After conducting some research, the authors conclude that Al Alaq Islamic Middle School requires a computerized system so that it can assist teachers in making administration. The author tries to create an Academic Administration system using the PHP programming language.

Abstract

Untuk melakukan transaksi pada e-marketplace dapat menggunakan e-wallet atau metode pembayaran digital sebagai sarana dalam melakukan pembayaran. Banyaknya jenis pembayaran digital dengan berbagai fasilitas dan tawaran menarik membuat masyarakat kesulitan dalam menentukan atau memilih metode pembayaran yang akan digunakan dan pemilihannya masih bersifat subjektif. Maka dari itu, konsep dari sistem pendukung keputusan dapat digunakan sebagai media dalam menentukan pembayaran digital yang paling ideal. Subjek penelitian ini adalah masyarakat Kota Pontianak dengan populasi sebesar 672.727 dan sampelnya didapat dari kalkulasi Slovin yang berjumlah 400 responden. Metode pendukung keputusan yang digunakan adalah Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) dengan menggunakan lima kriteria, yaitu kemudahan penggunaan, keamanan aplikasi, jaringan merchant, manfaat akun premium dan promosi atau bonus. Alternatif yang menjadi pilihan adalah GoPay, OVO, ShoppePay, DANA dan LinkAja. Penelitian ini juga menghasilkan aplikasi sistem pendukung keputusan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan basis data MySQL. Hasil akhir dari penelitian ini memberikan dukungan keputusan bahwa GoPay merupakan aplikasi atau metode pembayaran digital (e-wallet) yang paling banyak diminati oleh masyarakat Kota Pontianak dengan nilai 0,2524, diikuti OVO 0,2151, ShoppePay 0,2101, DANA 0,1884 dan LinkAja 0,1340.
