Abstract

Web-Based New Employee Acceptance Information System. A company in recruiting employees must follow developments. PT. Batang Naras Jaya in handling the acceptance of new employees still uses a manual system which is considered not effective and efficient enough in dealing with the problem of hiring new employees because it takes longer time to process the application form, it is still manual with paper, the applicant's personal data is also filled in by hand. paper, reading files and several tests carried out by the HRD section must be carried out one by one if there are many applicants in one day, of course, this will result in a queue for the test. With a computerized website-based system to help companies improve time efficiency in accepting new employees to be more effective, efficient, safe, fast and accurate. The method used in developing this software uses the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method. The web design application used is Visual Studio Code (vsc) and for the programming language it uses PHP and uses the MySQL database. With the existence of a new employee recruitment information system at the company, it is hoped that it can help facilitate the process of data collection, selection and the process of accepting new employees at the company. which can help increase work productivity and can present employee data at the company, especially in terms of accepting new employees at the company. the selection of new employees is more controlled with the new employee acceptance information system and makes it easier to make new employee acceptance reports at the company.

Abstract

The aim of the research is to support technological independence in educational units in processing data archives and general finances at the Al Alaq Islamic Middle School and what are the obstacles encountered in implementing such a system. In addition, the authors hope that readers can understand the use of this academic administration information system application known as ISODUS. During the research, the authors found that the Al Alaq Islamic Middle School did not have a computerized academic administrative and financial data processing system so that it could help find information quickly and effectively. This is due to the lack of human resources who know about information systems. After conducting some research, the authors conclude that Al Alaq Islamic Middle School requires a computerized system so that it can assist teachers in making administration. The author tries to create an Academic Administration system using the PHP programming language.

Abstract

Untuk melakukan transaksi pada e-marketplace dapat menggunakan e-wallet atau metode pembayaran digital sebagai sarana dalam melakukan pembayaran. Banyaknya jenis pembayaran digital dengan berbagai fasilitas dan tawaran menarik membuat masyarakat kesulitan dalam menentukan atau memilih metode pembayaran yang akan digunakan dan pemilihannya masih bersifat subjektif. Maka dari itu, konsep dari sistem pendukung keputusan dapat digunakan sebagai media dalam menentukan pembayaran digital yang paling ideal. Subjek penelitian ini adalah masyarakat Kota Pontianak dengan populasi sebesar 672.727 dan sampelnya didapat dari kalkulasi Slovin yang berjumlah 400 responden. Metode pendukung keputusan yang digunakan adalah Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) dengan menggunakan lima kriteria, yaitu kemudahan penggunaan, keamanan aplikasi, jaringan merchant, manfaat akun premium dan promosi atau bonus. Alternatif yang menjadi pilihan adalah GoPay, OVO, ShoppePay, DANA dan LinkAja. Penelitian ini juga menghasilkan aplikasi sistem pendukung keputusan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan basis data MySQL. Hasil akhir dari penelitian ini memberikan dukungan keputusan bahwa GoPay merupakan aplikasi atau metode pembayaran digital (e-wallet) yang paling banyak diminati oleh masyarakat Kota Pontianak dengan nilai 0,2524, diikuti OVO 0,2151, ShoppePay 0,2101, DANA 0,1884 dan LinkAja 0,1340.

Abstract

Mahasiswa di setiap perguruan tinggi dituntut untuk memperoleh pengetahuan dan keterampilan yang memenuhi syarat dengan prestasi akademik. Hasil dari pembelajaran mahasiswa didapat dari ujian teori dan praktek, setiap mahasiswa wajib menuntaskan nilai sesuai kriteria kelulusan minimum dari masing-masing dosen pengajar, jika dibawah batas minimum maka mahasiswa mengikuti her. Her adalah salah satu cara untuk menuntaskan kriteria kelulusan minimum. Mahasiswa yang mengikuti her setiap semesternya hampir mencapai angka yang relatif tinggi dari jumlah seluruh mahasiswa. Untuk mengurangi jumlah mahasiswa yang mengikuti her maka dibutuhkan sebuah metode yang dapat mengurangi hal tersebut, dengan metode Support Vector Machine (SVM) dan Decision Tree (DT). SVM dan DT adalah salah satu metode klasifikasi supervised learning. Oleh karena itu, dalam penelitian ini menggunakan SVM dan DT. SVM dapat menghilangkan hambatan pada data, memprediksi, mengklasifikasikan dengan sampling kecil dan dapat meningkatkan akurasi dan mengurangi kesalahan. Klasifikasi data siswa yang melakukan her/peningkatan dengan mengimprovisasi model kernel untuk visualisasi termasuk bar, histogram, dan sebaran begitu juga Decision Tree mempunyai kelebihan tersendiri. Dari hasil penelitian ini telah didapatkan akruasi dan presisi model DT lebih besar dibandingkan dengan SVM, akan tetapi untuk recall DT lebih kecil dibandingkan SVM. AbstractStudents in each tertiary institution are required to obtain knowledge and skills that meet the requirements with academic achievement. The results of student learning are obtained from the theory and practice exams, each student is required to complete grades according to the minimum graduation criteria of each teaching lecturer, if below the minimum limit then students take remedial. Remedial is one way to complete the minimum passing criteria. Students who take remedial every semester almost reach a relatively high number of the total number of students. To reduce the number of students who take remedial, a method that can reduce this is needed, with the Support Vector Machine (SVM) and Decision Tree (DT) methods. SVM and DT are one of the supervised learning classification methods. Therefore, in this study using SVM and DT. SVM can eliminate barriers to data, predict, classify with small sampling and can improve accuracy and reduce errors. Data classification of students who do remedial/improvements by improving the kernel model for visualization including bars, histograms, and distributions as well as the Decision Tree has its own advantages. From the results of this study it has been obtained that the accuracy and precision of DT models is greater than that of SVM, but for recall DT is smaller than SVM.

Abstract

Website Lembaga Pembinaan Khusus Anak (LPKA) Jakarta merupakan situs yang memberikan informasi mengenai profil, informasi dan layanan publik, jumlah penghuni anak didik, survey IKM, dan lain-lain. Permasalahan pada website Lembaga Pembinaan Khusus Anak Jakarta yaitu masyarakat belum mengetahui fungsi layanan pada website tersebut, loading website yang cukup lama, kurangnya informasi yang tersedia karena layanan kunjungan masih dalam pengembangan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat kegunaan dari website lembaga pembinaan khusus anak jakarta dengan menggunakan metode System Usability Scale. Perhitungan dilakukan dengan cara menganalisis kuesioner yang telah diisi oleh pegawai dan masyarakat, kemudian dihitung berdasarkan formula system usability scale.Selanjutnya, hasil perhitungan dari kuesioner dijadikan dasar dalam merumuskan saran dan rekomendasi yang tepat. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan kepuasan pengguna situs LPKA Jakarta memiliki rata-rata usability 71.9. berdasarkan nilai tersebut, website lembaga pembinaan khusus anak jakarta termasuk kedalam kategori dapat diterima oleh penggunanya dan memiliki skala nilai C, serta memiliki ratting baik.The Jakarta Special Development Institute for Children (LPKA) website is a site that provides information regarding profiles, public information and services, number of students, IKM surveys, and so on. The problems with the Jakarta Children's Special Development Institute website are that the public does not know the function of the services on the website, the website takes quite a long time to load, there is a lack of information available because the visiting service is still under development. The aim of this research is to determine the level of usability of the website of a special development institution for children in Jakarta using the System Usability Scale method. The calculation is carried out by analyzing questionnaires that have been filled in by employees and the public, then calculated based on the system usability scale formula. Furthermore, the calculation results from the questionnaire are used as a basis for formulating appropriate suggestions and recommendations. The results of this research show that user satisfaction on the LPKA Jakarta site has an average usability of 71.9. Based on this value, the website of the Jakarta special children's development institution is included in the acceptable category, or can be accepted by its users and has a scale value of C, and has a rating of good.

Abstract

Tourism in West Kalimantan offers various destinations rich in meaning and history. However, there are issues in managing tourism in this region, such as the lack of easily accessible information for tourists and the uneven distribution of visits to tourist destinations. Tourists often struggle to choose destinations that match their preferences due to the limitations of comprehensive and objective information systems. This results in some destinations becoming overcrowded while others are less visited. Technological advancements enable the development of Decision Support Systems (DSS) to address these issues and enhance decision-making in selecting tourist destinations. This research aims to develop a decision support system using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method to simplify the decision-making process in choosing maritime tourist destinations in West Kalimantan. The primary goal of this research is to help tourists select maritime tourist destinations that best suit their preferences, improve their tourism experience, and support sustainable tourism development in West Kalimantan. This study employs the AHP method in the decision-making process. The research stages include problem identification, literature review, data collection through questionnaires, data analysis, and final weight calculation. Data were collected from 400 respondents in West Kalimantan and analyzed to determine the priority of tourist destinations based on criteria such as scenery, distance, accessibility, facilities, cleanliness, and cost. Based on AHP analysis, it was found that Temajuk Sambas is the most preferred tourist destination, followed by Temajuk Mempawah, Jawai Bahari, Samudera Indah, Pulau Lemukutan, and Tanjung Bajau. The developed decision support system provides clear guidance for tourists in selecting maritime tourist destinations in West Kalimantan according to their preferences.

Abstract

PT Antam Tbk merupakan perusahaan di sektor pertambangan yang menyediakan layanan digital melalui website logammulia.com. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kualitas website tersebut dengan pendekatan kuantitatif menggunakan metode Webqual 4.0 dan Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA). Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner online yang dijawab oleh 114 responden. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata nilai kinerja website sebesar 4,423 dengan standar deviasi 0,2192, menandakan layanan digital yang baik. Melalui pemetaan IPA, ditemukan beberapa indikator seperti navigasi dan interaksi layanan berada pada Kuadran I sehingga menjadi prioritas utama perbaikan. Indikator lain seperti kelengkapan informasi dan kemudahan bantuan berada di Kuadran II karena telah memenuhi harapan pengguna. Sementara itu, konsistensi tampilan dan relevansi informasi berada di Kuadran III dan IV yang menunjukkan prioritas perbaikan lebih rendah. Temuan ini memberikan rekomendasi strategis bagi perusahaan dalam mengoptimalkan kualitas layanan website secara lebih efektif dan efisien.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengukur dan menilai kualitas layanan dari website Kejaksaan Negeri Jakarta Timur dengan pendekatan gabungan antara McCall’s Software Quality Model dan metode Importance–Performance Analysis (IPA). Website instansi pemerintah berfungsi sebagai sarana utama dalam menyampaikan informasi hukum dan pelayanan publik secara daring, sehingga perlu dievaluasi untuk memastikan kualitasnya memenuhi kebutuhan pengguna. Metode yang digunakan bersifat kuantitatif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner tertutup yang disebarkan secara online kepada 110 responden. Model McCall digunakan untuk meninjau kualitas teknis perangkat lunak melalui lima aspek utama: usability, reliability, maintainability, integrity, dan flexibility. Sementara itu, pendekatan IPA digunakan untuk mengevaluasi kesesuaian antara tingkat kepentingan dan kinerja berbagai atribut layanan dari sudut pandang pengguna. Hasil penelitian mengindikasikan bahwa beberapa indikator layanan masuk dalam kategori prioritas utama yang memerlukan peningkatan segera. Di sisi lain, penilaian berdasarkan McCall’s Model menunjukkan kualitas teknis website berada pada tingkat cukup baik, meskipun masih ditemukan kelemahan dalam fleksibilitas dan kemudahan pemeliharaan. Gabungan dua pendekatan ini memberikan panduan strategis yang bermanfaat dala pengembangan dan perbaikan layanan digital instansi pemerintah.

Abstract

Information technology facilitates human activities in the modern era. The need for information technology has influenced various institutions, including the education sector. SD Islam Al-Istiqomah is a formal elementary education institution located in Banjar District, Banjar City, West Java. The New Student Admission System (PPDB) still uses Google Forms, which can cause delays in validating applicant data. The school fee payment process, which must be made directly, also creates difficulties for parents due to the separate locations of the administrative office and the school, often resulting in late payments. Therefore, this research aims to assist both parents and the school in carrying out their tasks more easily, securely, and efficiently. The system designed is an integrated information system for New Student Admission (PPDB) and school fee payments within a single system. The integration of these two systems simplifies centralized student data management without the need to export and import data between systems. The method used in this research is Rapid Application Development (RAD), which was selected because it can accelerate application development. The results of testing using Black Box Testing indicate that the system operates as expected without any errors.

Abstract

PT. Telkom Akses Pontianak has an inventory system that has been used so far. During the research, several findings were found, such as information related to material availability, an ineffective system related to expenditure data that has an impact on the company's periodic reports, and the lack of optimization of existing human resources. so that the existing problems become the basis for conducting an audit of the information system used. The audit refers to the COBIT 5 framework using the MEA Domain. The results of the capability level of each MEA subdomain itself and the Gap Analysis are found. With the capability value of MEA 01 subdomain worth 3.83, MEA 02 subdomain worth 3.60, and MEA 03 subdomain worth 3.69, with an average value of 3.70 with Predictable Process description which means the object under study has reached the process. set runs within a defined limit to achieve the process objectives. And with the Gap Analysis calculation, namely the MEA 01 subdomain worth 1.2, MEA 02 subdomain worth 1.4, and MEA 03 subdomain worth 1.3, with an average value of 1.3 which means the company still needs to improve related to information systems. Inventory is used to obtain optimal results for all stakeholders.
