Abstract

Learning strategies play a crucial role in achieving effective educational outcomes. At MIT Jabal Nur, in Tangerang City, the implementation of the Modeling The Way strategy in Fiqh lessons successfully improved students' understanding of the material, especially the chapter on Hajj. This success is supported by the principal's policy of giving teachers the freedom to choose the most appropriate teaching methods, as well as the active role of teachers in encouraging students to participate in the learning process through demonstrations and simulations. As a result, students showed significant improvement in motivation, involvement, and understanding of the material taught. This study uses a qualitative method with a case study approach to explore the implementation of Modeling The Way and its impact on students' understanding at MIT Jabal Nur. The results from interviews and observations show that this strategy not only increased student engagement in learning but also helped develop their skills in collaboration and initiative. In addition, support from the community, teachers, and parents also contributed to creating a conducive learning environment. Overall, the implementation of Modeling The Way at MIT Jabal Nur, Tangerang City, has successfully improved the quality of Fiqh education, making it an effective teaching model to be applied to other subjects. This strategy also emphasizes the importance of a supportive school environment and positive interaction between teachers and students in achieving educational goals.Strategi pembelajaran sangat penting untuk mencapai hasil pendidikan yang efektif. Di MIT Jabal Nur, Kota Tangerang, penerapan strategi Modeling The Way dalam pembelajaran Fikih berhasil meningkatkan pemahaman siswa, terutama dalam materi bab Haji. Keberhasilan ini didukung oleh kebijakan kepala sekolah yang memberi kebebasan kepada guru untuk memilih metode pembelajaran yang paling tepat, serta peran aktif guru dalam mendorong siswa untuk berpartisipasi melalui demonstrasi dan simulasi. Hasilnya, siswa menunjukkan peningkatan yang signifikan dalam motivasi, keterlibatan, dan pemahaman materi yang diajarkan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus untuk mengkaji penerapan Modeling The Way dan dampaknya terhadap pemahaman siswa di MIT Jabal Nur. Hasil wawancara dan observasi menunjukkan bahwa strategi ini tidak hanya meningkatkan keterlibatan siswa dalam pembelajaran, tetapi juga membantu mengembangkan keterampilan mereka dalam berkolaborasi dan berinisiatif. Selain itu, dukungan dari masyarakat, guru, dan orang tua juga berperan penting dalam menciptakan lingkungan pembelajaran yang mendukung. Secara keseluruhan, penerapan Modeling The Way di MIT Jabal Nur, Kota Tangerang, berhasil meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan Fikih, menjadikannya model pengajaran yang efektif untuk mata pelajaran lainnya. Strategi ini juga menekankan pentingnya lingkungan sekolah yang mendukung dan interaksi positif antara guru dan siswa dalam mencapai tujuan pendidikan.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengidentifikasi strategi guru dalam menerapkan nilai-nilai keimanan dan ketakwaan pada profil pelajar pancasila di SD, penelitian ini dilakukan di SD Daqu Internasional. Penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian kualitatif. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan adalah dengan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian pada SD Daqu Internasional yaitu tentang bagaimana strategi guru dalam menerapkan nilai beriman dan bertakwa kepada Tuhan pada profil pelajar pancasila menunjukkan bahwasannya strategi guru dapat di implementasikan pada kegiatan-kegiatan sekolah yang sudah terprogram yaitu guru menerapkan kepada siswa serta mengamalkan Daqu Method: 1) Sholat Berjamaah, Jaga Hati dan Jaga Sikap 2) Tahajjud, Dhuha, dan Qobliyah Badiyah 3) Menghafal dan Tadabbur Al-Qur'an 4) Sedekah dan puasa sunah 5) Mengajar dan Mengajar 6) Do’a, Mendo’akan, dan minta dido’akan 7) Ikhlas, Sabar, Syukur, dan Ridho. Implikasinya bagi sekolah akan terciptanya peserta didik yang berakhlak mulia itulahkuci dari beriman dan bertakwa terhadap Tuhan Yang Maha Esa pada profil pelajar pancasila.

Abstract

Lingkungan sekolah mendorong kedekatan siswa dengan teman sebayanya, yang kemudian berdampak pada harga diri siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh peer attachment terhadap self-esteem siswa melalui bimbingan klasikal serta mengetahui perbedaan pengaruh tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan kuantitatif eksperimental dengan desain Pre-Experimental One-group Pretest-Posttest Design. Alat pengumpulan data menggunakan skala peer attachment adaptasi dari Inventory of Parent and Peer attachment (IPPA) dan skala self-esteem adaptasi dari Rosenberg Self-esteem Scale (RSES) yang keduanya berupa skala Likert. Reliabilitas Inventory of Parent and Peer attachment (IPPA) sebesar 0.864; dan reliabilitas Rosenberg Self-esteem Scale (RSES) sebesar 0.685. Subjek dalam penelitian diperoleh menggunakan simple random sampling dengan jumlah subjek sebanyak 40 siswa kelas VII SMP Islam Nurul Ikhlas. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linier sederhana dan paired sample t-test menunjukkan bahwa bimbingan klasikal berperan langsung dalam meningkatkan self-esteem siswa, di mana koefisien regresi 0.207 menunjukkan hubungan positif antara peer attachment dan self-esteem, serta nilai posttest lebih tinggi dari pretest dengan perbedaan mean -1.150 dan nilai Cohen's d 3.355. Hasil yang menunjukkan bahwa bimbingan klasikal dapat menunjukkan perannya dalam perubahan self-esteem siswa.

Abstract

This study aims to improve students' attitudes towards mathematics by applying the Student Team Achievement Division (STAD) type of cooperative learning to fourth grade students. This research is a Classroom Action Research (CAR) conducted in a participatory collaborative manner between mathematics teachers and researchers at SDN 1 Rejo Basuki. The research subjects were fourth grade students. Based on the results of the questionnaire in cycles I and II, there was an increase in students' attitudes towards mathematics. In the first cycle the average attitude of students has not reached the predetermined target. Improvements were made in cycle II by the teacher observing the learning steps. Learning with STAD can improve attitudes towards mathematics. This is marked by an increase in students' attitudes towards mathematics from a scale of 0-150 in the initial conditions of 88.03 with low criteria, increasing to 107.23 with high criteria in the first cycle, and continuing to increase to 109.87 with high criteria in the second cycle, student mastery in cognitive aspects increased. The score in the pretest was 0%, in the first cycle it became 33.33% and the second cycle became 56.67%. The implementation of learning with the STAD type of cooperative learning method went well, it can be seen from the results of learning observations where the achievement of the learning process in the initial conditions was only 40%, there was an increase in the first cycle of 84.17%, and an increase again in the second cycle of 96.11% .

Abstract

The phenomenon of declining communication politeness among elementary school students shows the importance of value-based learning strategies. This article discusses how Indonesian language learning can enhance Islamic values and foster polite communication skills among learners. This research uses qualitative techniques with a case study design at SD Negeri Cipondoh Makmur, which combines observation, interviews, and documentation on learners, teachers, and parents. Language skills (listening, reading and viewing, speaking and presenting, and writing) are combined with the values of qaulan sadida (truthful speech), qaulan ma'rufa (good speech), and qaulan layyina (gentle speech). The research findings show that this learning technique not only improves language skills but also develops communication ethics and learners' character in an Islamic social environment. The role of the teacher as a model of civilized communication proved important in increasing learners' awareness and habituation to polite behavior in the classroom and at home. Thus, the integration of Islamic values into Indonesian language learning strengthens character building in line with religious teachings.Fenomena menurunnya kesantunan berkomunikasi peserta didik sekolah dasar menunjukkan pentingnya strategi pembelajaran berbasis nilai. Artikel ini membahas tentang bagaimana pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia dapat meningkatkan nilai-nilai Islam dan menumbuhkan keterampilan berkomunikasi santun di kalangan peserta didik. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus di SD Negeri Cipondoh Makmur, yang menggabungkan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi pada peserta didik, guru, dan orang tua. Keterampilan berbahasa (menyimak, membaca dan memirsa, berbicara dan mempresentasikan, dan menulis) dipadukan dengan nilai-nilai qaulan sadida (ucapan yang benar), qaulan ma'rufa (ucapan yang baik), dan qaulan layyina (ucapan yang lembut). Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa teknik pembelajaran ini tidak hanya meningkatkan keterampilan berbahasa tetapi juga mengembangkan etika komunikasi dan karakter peserta didik dalam lingkungan sosial Islam. Peran guru sebagai model komunikasi yang beradab terbukti penting dalam meningkatkan kesadaran dan pembiasaan peserta didik terhadap perilaku santun di kelas dan di rumah. Dengan demikian, integrasi nilai-nilai Islam ke dalam pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia memperkuat pembentukan karakter yang selaras dengan ajaran agama.

Abstract

The SPLDV material which many student considered difficult si that many made mistake in solving the material problem led the researcher to carry out further analysis. Based on this, the purpose of this paper is to describe the student’ mistake in solving SPLDV questions. This study is a descriptive research with qualitative approach. Subjects in this study were students of VIII class in SMP Negeri 1 Salam, Magelang District, with 32 students. data collection was performed by using test and non test instruments. The results of this study show that most students still make a mistake in solving the SPLDV problem. The analysis is done by using the Newman stages. From the results of the study found that at the reading stage students experience errors in reading commands written in the question. In the comprehension stage students can create equations using variables, but does not explain the purpose of the variables used in addition to the students are also wrong in interpreting the intent of the given problem. At the transformation stage students difficulty in the transform contextual problem to the mathematical sentence. At the process skill stage students make error in algebra operations that result in miscalculation so that student answers are wrong. At the encoding stage the student has an error in converting the result into a constextual sentence or making a conclusion.

Abstract

The Merdeka Curriculum is the main focus of Indonesia's education reform, which introduces a new paradigm for inclusive and adaptive learning. This study evaluates the readiness of P3K teachers in implementing diagnostic assessments in the context of the Merdeka Curriculum, focusing on teachers' understanding, attitudes, and skills and the factors that influence them. Through a qualitative case study approach, results show that some teachers have a good understanding of Merdeka Curriculum and are able to integrate diagnostic assessments effectively, while others need additional assistance. There was variation in the implementation of diagnostic assessments, with some teachers using a more effective holistic approach. Teachers' technical skills also influence the implementation of diagnostic assessments, with some requiring additional training. Continued support from education institutions and local governments is needed to improve teachers' readiness to face the challenges of implementing Curriculum Merdeka and diagnostic assessments. This research provides valuable insights to improve educational practices and ensure more adaptive and relevant learning for students.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the effectiveness of picture story media in improving the learning outcomes of fourth-grade elementary school students. The use of visual media in the learning process is expected to enhance students' interest and learning outcomes in the material presented. The research method employed is classroom action research (CAR). The subjects of this study were 31 fourth-grade students at Bani Saleh Elementary School in Bekasi city. Data were collected through observation, interviews, learning outcome tests, and student response questionnaires. The results of the study indicate that the use of picture story media significantly improves students' learning outcomes. The average test scores of students showed a significant increase after the implementation of picture story media. Additionally, student responses to the use of this media were very positive; they felt more interested and motivated in participating in the lessons. Thus, picture story media proved effective as a learning aid that can enhance students' learning outcomes. This study recommends that elementary school teachers consider using picture story media as an alternative creative and innovative teaching strategy to improve the quality of classroom learning.
