Abstract

Penilaian soal berbentuk Sumatif merupakan salah satu jalan dalam tahap evaluasi pada ranah pendidikan, Adapun soal tersebut dikatakan memenuhi syarat jika memenuhi unsur validitas dan reliabilitas. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui validitas dan reliabilitas butir soal, dengan harapan guru dapat mengidentifikasi butir soal yang kurang valid dan reliabel, serta merancang perbaikan yang sesuai. Metode dalam penelitian ini yaitu dokumentasi dan wawancara dengan guru bidang studi PAI untuk mendapatkan data yang diperlukan dalam penelitian dan datanya berasal dari 50 butir soal sumatif kelas X di SMA Muhammadiayah Tanah Grogot. Dalam rangka menguji tingkat validitas dan reliabilitas menggunakan SPSS maka dapat diperoleh hasil bahwa validitas soal sumatif akhir semester untuk kelas X dapat diketahui 36 butir soal dinyatakan valid sedangkan 14 butir soal dinyatakan tidak valid. Sedangkan tingkat reliabilitas untuk kelas X memiliki nilai reliabilitas sebesar 0,855 sehingga instrumen soal dinyatakan reliabel. Berdasarkan hasil analisis validitas dan reliabilitas butir soal ujian sumatif akhir semester ganjil mata pelajaran PAI tahun ajaran 2022/2023 SMA Muhammadiyah Tanah Grogot, maka dapat disimpulkan berdasarkan uji validitas dan reliabilitas bahwa soal pilihan ganda ujian sumatif akhir semester (UAS) untuk kelas X dinyatakan valid dan reliabel, artinya instrumen soal ini baik digunakan sebagai alat evaluasi.

Abstract

The validity and reliability of measurement instruments are important aspects of educational evaluation to ensure accurate and reliable results. Without instruments that meet these standards, evaluation results risk being irrelevant to learning objectives. This study aims to analyze the external validity and reliability of questionnaire instruments for students' perceptions of Google Classroom and interest in religious studies at SMP Islam Ngoro. A quantitative approach was used in this study, with Pearson Product Moment analysis and Cronbach Alpha as statistical methods. The results showed that on variable X, of the 20 items analyzed, there were 11 valid items and 9 invalid items, with a reliability of 0.891. Meanwhile, on variable Y, there were 9 valid items out of 20 items, with a reliability of 0.787 other items were deleted. The instruments on both variables were declared reliable because they met the reliability criteria (value >0.6). This study contributes to ensuring the quality of accurate evaluation instruments, so that they can support the implementation of technology-based learning such as Google Classroom.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of Islamic educational leadership and clinical supervision on teacher performance at MA Nahdlatul Wathan Licin Banyuwangi. Using a qualitative approach with observation and interviews, it was found that the principal implemented a democratic leadership style based on deliberation, which created a participatory work environment. However, a number of obstacles still confront teachers, such as limited technology, incompatibility of open fields, and ineffective time management. To overcome this, the principal conducted clinical supervision through the stages of planning, observation, and evaluation. The results showed an increase in teacher competence and learning quality. This study emphasizes the importance of participatory leadership and effective supervision in improving teacher professionalism in Islamic educational institutions. Abstract

The Merdeka Curriculum is something that has recently emerged and implemented, not many educators are familiar with its practices, including in terms of assessment. Authentic assessment in learning Islamic Religious Education at the junior high school. It is important to do this to understand the effectiveness and success of the Merdeka curriculum in achieving the objectives of Islamic religious education. By conducting this analysis, the advantages and disadvantages of the authentic assessment used can be identified, as well as providing guidance for educators in developing better evaluation methods. This research method is Descriptive Qualitative which emphasizes literature (library reaserch) by collecting references related to evaluation/assessment which is then continued with the author's knowledge which is associated with what happens in the field and then peeling it with the Descriptive-analytic method. The results of this study are that the Merdeka curriculum emphasizes the profile of Pancasila students, the objectives of PAI subjects are emphasized on knowledge of Islamic values, PAI learning outcomes are related to 5 elements, namely Al-Qur'an Hadith, Akidah, Akhlak, Jurisprudence and Islamic Cultural History, Authentic Assessment of the Merdeka curriculum in PAI lessons consists of 3 aspects, namely 1) Cognitive: Written Tests, Oral Tests and Assignments, 2) Effective: attitude portfolio, class discussion, social project, writing product assessment, role simulation, self-assessment, open questions, reflection and feedback, 3) Psychomotor: Direct Observation, product assessment, simulation and skill portfolio. The three aspects are closely related because PAI is a lesson with the aim of practicing in everyday life, it is not enough just to have a theory (Knowledge) It needs field practice.
