Abstract

This research aims to provide empirical evidence of the influence of implementation of SunsetPolicy, Tax Amnesty, and Tax sanctions on individual’ Taxpayer who run the business activitiesand work free in KPP Pratama Dompu. The number of respondents in this research are 58individual taxpayers who run the business activities and work free which was listed in KPPPratama Dompu. The type of data used in this research is primer data obtained from thedistributions of questionnaires containing the answers from respondents. The analysis methodof this research is logistic regression analysis. The result indicates that sunset policy, tax amnesty, and tax sanctions have significant effect on taxpayer compliance of individual in DompuDistrict.Keywords: Sunset Policy, Tax Amnesty, Tax Sanctions, and Taxpayer Compliance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan bagaimana lahirnya strategi baru akibat dari adanya kemajuan tekhnologi serta pengaplikasian dari strategi tersebut. Strategi-strategi yang dulu bersifat klasik kemudian berubah menjadi modern tatkala perkembangan teknologi tersebut semakin meningkat. Perkembangan tersebut kemudian membawa manusia kepada era yang disebut dengan era nuklir sebagai hasil dari kemajuan tekhnologi. Nuklir yang merupakan senjata pemusnah massal pertama kali digunakan pada masa Perang Dunia II ketika Amerika Serikat melakukan penyerangan terhadap Jepang. Besarnya korban jiwa serta dampak yang ditimbulkan dari penggunaan senjata tersebut kemudian mendorong untuk ditemukannya startegi baru dalam era nuklir. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan menjelaskan bagaimana lahirnya strategi deterrence. Implementasi konsep detterence dapat dilihat hingga saat ini ketika banyak negara-negara berusaha untuk mengembangkan nuklir sebagai stratregi pertahanan negara mereka.

Abstract

Aim: This research aims to rectify perspectives that overlook the significant contributions made by three important figures in educational philosophy to the advancement of the Islamic education curriculum. The objective of this research was to explain the implications of the ideas put out by three educational philosophy figures, namely John Locke, Henry Giroux, and John Dewey, in the development of the Islamic education curriculum. Each paradigm represents a distinct philosophical viewpoint: Humanism, Reconstructionism, and Progressivism. Methodology: The research methodology employed is qualitative content analysis approach, specifically based on a systematic literature review. The research model is to explain the perspectives of three major thinkers of educational philosophy. Findings: The findings of this study indicate that the three educational philosophy figures play distinct roles in the development of the Islamic education curriculum. John Locke advocated for the promotion of reason and ethical principles in the context of Islamic education. Henry Giroux enhances students’ capacity to critically examine material, comprehend social reality through an Islamic lens, and actively participate in meaningful discussions on significant matters. John Dewey enhanced the curriculum by prioritizing the cultivation of moral qualities and the practical utilization of knowledge in real-life situations. This philosopher introduced educational principles that became influential in the advancement of Islamic education, namely focusing on fostering reasoning and moral development, promoting critical thinking, and advocating for participatory learning. Implications/Novel Contribution: The implications of this study highlight the need for an Islamic education curriculum that integrates reasoning and ethical reflection, as advocated by John Locke. Henry Giroux’s ideas emphasize the importance of critical thinking and social awareness through an Islamic lens. John Dewey’s philosophy supports participatory and experiential learning to apply knowledge in real-life contexts. Together, these perspectives encourage a holistic, dynamic, and socially responsive Islamic education.

Abstract

The validity and reliability of measurement instruments are important aspects of educational evaluation to ensure accurate and reliable results. Without instruments that meet these standards, evaluation results risk being irrelevant to learning objectives. This study aims to analyze the external validity and reliability of questionnaire instruments for students' perceptions of Google Classroom and interest in religious studies at SMP Islam Ngoro. A quantitative approach was used in this study, with Pearson Product Moment analysis and Cronbach Alpha as statistical methods. The results showed that on variable X, of the 20 items analyzed, there were 11 valid items and 9 invalid items, with a reliability of 0.891. Meanwhile, on variable Y, there were 9 valid items out of 20 items, with a reliability of 0.787 other items were deleted. The instruments on both variables were declared reliable because they met the reliability criteria (value >0.6). This study contributes to ensuring the quality of accurate evaluation instruments, so that they can support the implementation of technology-based learning such as Google Classroom.

Abstract

Google classroom is a web and mobile-based application which is able to be used as an online learning media. Google classroom as an internet-based service with e-learning system assumed to facilitate the learning. This study aims to know whether or not google classroom affect students' learning interests of religious subjects at SMP Negeri 1 Ngoro Jombang. This research design is quantitative, with exposed-facto approach. The population of this study was VII grade student of SMP Negeri 1 Ngoro Jombang. The sample was 72 students (25% from population) which were selected through simple random sampling. The research instrument was questionnaire, the data then analyzed by simple linear regression. The results showed that students' perception of google classroom was in the medium category (61% of respondents had score between 32 to 38). The student’s interest of religious learning was also in the medium category, which is 64% or 46 respondents had score between 33 to 41. The hypothesis result showed that there is low influence (8%) between students' perception of google classroom towards the religious learning interest in SMP Negeri 1 Ngoro Jombang.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the leadership thought of Istibsyaroh, a female Islamic boarding school figure from Jombang, East Java, and its relevance in addressing leadership challenges in the Society 5.0 era. The issue of female leadership in this context remains a subject of debate, particularly concerning gender equality, the interpretation of Sharia law, and adaptation to modern technological advancements. Using a qualitative approach and a descriptive-analytical method, this study examines literature encompassing Istibsyaroh’s works, insights, and contributions, as well as the concept of female leadership in Sharia law and Society 5.0. The analysis reveals the interconnection between the qualifications of an ideal leader in the Society 5.0 era, Islamic perspectives on female leadership, and Istibsyaroh’s thoughts. The findings indicate that Istibsyaroh asserts women's right to hold political positions as long as they adhere to Islamic law, as there is no explicit evidence prohibiting female leadership in politics and governance. Through a critical review of thematic Quranic exegesis (tafsīr mawḍū‘ī) regarding scholars’ differing views on women’s political rights and leadership, it can be concluded that Islam provides space for women to engage in political leadership. Istibsyaroh’s leadership thought offers a model that emphasizes the synergy between Islamic values, gender justice, and adaptive skills in technology and global dynamics, making it relevant to addressing the complex leadership challenges of the Society 5.0 era.Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pemikiran kepemimpinan Istibsyaroh, seorang tokoh perempuan pesantren dari Jombang, Jawa Timur. serta relevansinya dalam menjawab tantangan kepemimpinan di era Society 5.0. Isu kepemimpinan perempuan dalam konteks ini masih menjadi perdebatan, terutama terkait keadilan gender, interpretasi hukum syariah, dan adaptasi terhadap perkembangan teknologi modern. Dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan metode deskriptif-analitis, penelitian ini mengkaji literatur yang mencakup karya, wawasan, dan kontribusi Istibsyaroh, serta konsep kepemimpinan perempuan dalam hukum syariah dan Society 5.0. Analisis ini mengungkap keterkaitan antara kualifikasi pemimpin ideal di era Society 5.0, perspektif Islam tentang kepemimpinan perempuan, dan pemikiran Istibsyaroh. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Istibsyaroh menegaskan hak perempuan untuk menduduki jabatan politik selama berpegang teguh pada syariat Islam, karena tidak ada dalil eksplisit yang melarang kepemimpinan perempuan di bidang politik dan pemerintahan. Dari tinjauan kritis terhadap kajian tafsīr mawḍū‘ī (tematik) mengenai perbedaan pandangan ulama tentang hak-hak politik perempuan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa Islam memberikan ruang bagi perempuan untuk berperan dalam kepemimpinan politik. Pemikiran kepemimpinan Istibsyaroh menawarkan model yang menekankan sinergi antara nilai-nilai keislaman, keadilan gender, serta keterampilan adaptif terhadap teknologi dan dinamika global, menjadikannya relevan untuk menghadapi tantangan kepemimpinan di era Society 5.0.

Abstract

Kepemimpinan kolegial memiliki peran penting dalam mendukung penguatan pendidikan karakter di sekolah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran kepala sekolah dalam menerapkan kepemimpinan kolegial sebagai strategi pengembangan karakter siswa. Metode yang digunakan adalah wawancara, dokumentasi dan studi pustaka.. Hasil pnelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan kolegial mampu mendorong kolaborasi efektif antara kepala sekolah, guru, dan staf, yang dapat berdampak pada penguatan nilai-nilai karakter siswa seperti kejujuran, tanggung jawab, dan kerjasama. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa penerapan kepemimpinan kolegial yang efektif tidak hanya berkontribusi pada pengembangan karakter siswa, tetapi juga pada peningkatan kinerja sekolah secara keseluruhan. Sebagai saran, kepala sekolah diharapkan terus meningkatkan keterampilan kepemimpinan kolegial dan memperkuat komunikasi serta koordinasi antar elemen sekolah untuk mendukung tercapainya tujuan pendidikan karakter.

Abstract

Waste management is a shared responsibility, including for teachers in Special Schools (SLB). Teachers play an important role in fostering students’ environmental awareness, one of which is through recycling waste into creative and educational learning media. However, many teachers are still unable to carry out this effort optimally in their daily teaching and learning activities at school. One factor that may influence this ability is self-efficacy, defined as a person’s belief in their own capacity to perform specific actions. This study aims to empirically examine the relationship between self-efficacy and innovative behavior among SLB teachers in processing waste into learning materials. A total of 68 out of 99 teachers from six SLB schools in District X participated as research samples. Data were collected using two psychological scales, namely the Self-Efficacy Scale and the Innovative Behavior Scale, and analyzed using the Pearson Product-Moment correlation test. The results show a significant positive correlation between self-efficacy and innovative behavior (r = 0.353; p < 0.01). This indicates that the higher the teacher’s self-efficacy, the greater their tendency to behave innovatively in developing school learning activities. Self-efficacy contributed 12.46% to innovative behavior, while the remaining 87.54% was influenced by other factors. Additional tests revealed no gender differences, but significant differences based on years of service.

Abstract

Curriculum development is a very important discourse in responding to educational challenges that are always growing and changing from time to time. This research analyzes the development of Islamic religious education curriculum of public universities in Indonesia. The research design uses a qualitative approach with literature study methods and interviews with 5 informants, namely graduate students as well as PTU alumni (at the undergraduate level) with qualitative descriptive data analysis. The results of the study revealed that: First, the Islamic religious education curriculum in Indonesian public universities is on average implemented through “Islamic Religious Education” courses as personality development and supported by religious programs designed according to the uniqueness of the university. Second, in terms of material substance, it is basically the same as Islamic religious universities, because it refers to the college curriculum guidelines, but the material presented is more essential and there are adjustments to the local culture of each university. This research concludes that the Islamic religious education curriculum of public universities in Indonesia has been well developed, but in the future it still requires innovation / renewal so that it is more cultured and integrated.
