Abstract

This study aims to describe students' responses to online learning, especially in biology learning which was carried out on students of class XI Mipa at SMAN 20 Makassar as many as 68 students. This study used a qualitative approach with descriptive qualitative research. The instrument used in the study was a questionnaire sheet consisting of four indicators. The indicators in question are (1) learning quality, (2) suitability of learning levels, (3) incentives, and (4) learning time. The results of the response questionnaire given to students show that most of them feel comfortable and effective in online learning. The level of incentives that learners receive from online learning in biology subject is enough to motivate them to actively participate in learning according to their needs in biology subject. However, there are some aspects such as learning quality that need to be improved. Factors such as the quality of online learning materials, technology support, and teacher involvement have a significant impact on learners' responses. This research provides valuable insights for the development of more effective and supportive online learning for learners in the future. Based on the results of the questionnaire analysis of students' responses to online learning, it can be concluded that the highest indicator obtained a percentage of 64.3% with a good category and the lowest indicator obtained a percentage of 64.3% with a good category.

Abstract

Uji kepraktisan lembar kerja peserta didik elektronik (e-LKPD). Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menguji tingkat kepraktisan e-LKPD berbasis keterampilan proses sains. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dan pengembangan atau research and development yang mengacu pada model pengembangan ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, dan Evaluation). Produk dalam penelitian ini yaitu e-LKPD berbasis keterampilan proses sains yang peneliti telah kembangkan memuat pola KPS. Pola tersebut terdiri dari OIP (observasi, inferensi, dan prediksi), OKI (observasi, klasifikasi, dan inferensi), dan IDM3 (Identifikasi variabel, definisi operasional variabel, merumuskan masalah, menentukan hipotesis, menafsirkan data), yang diuji kepraktisan pada 3 guru dan 28 peserta didik di SMAN 14 Makassar. Instrumen penelitian terlebih dahulu dilakukan uji validasi produk. Terdiri dari 3 validator dengan menggunakan angket validasi produk dengan skala likert. Setelah dinyatakan valid kemudian dilanjutkan pada tahap uji kepraktisan. Penelitian ini menggunakan angket respon guru dan peserta didik yang memuat 10 butir pernyataan. Terdiri atas 4 aspek penilaian meliputi kelayakan isi, tampilan, bahasa dan manfaat dengan menggunakan skala likert. E-LKPD yang telah dikembangkan dapat di akses pada moodle dengan memanfaatkan aspek pembelajarannya berupa Learning management system (LMS). Data yang diperoleh kemudian dianalisis secara kuantitatif. Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis data kepraktisan. Rata-rata nilai ini dirujuk pada interval penentuan tingkat kepraktisan e-LKPD Riduwan (2018). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa respon siswa terhadap kepraktisan e-LKPD berbasis keterampilan proses sains yaitu 89% dengan kategori sangat praktis dan respon guru terhadap kepraktisan e-LKPD berbasis keterampilan proses sains yaitu 88% dengan kategori sangat praktis. Sehingga e-LKPD berbasis keterampilan proses sains tersebut sangat praktis.

Abstract

The study aimed was to determine the effect of the SaLDI learning model integrated with TPACK on student activity, motivation and learning outcomes. This type of research is an experiment with a posttest-only control group design. The sampling technique is using random sampling. The sample in this study was XI 5 class as the control class and XI 6 as the experimental class, each class totalling 32 students at SMAN 14 Makassar. The instruments used were observation sheet of learning activity, questionnaire of learning motivation, learning outcome test with multiple choice type. Research data analysis includes descriptive and inferential analysis and uses non-parametric testing with mann whithney test using SPSS type 25.0. The results of descriptive analysis showed that implementing of the TPACK-integrated SaLDI learning model in the experimental class had the ability of active learning activities, very high learning motivation and good learning outcomes. The results of the infrential analysis show that the alpha significance is smaller than 0.05. So, there is a positive influence of SaLDI learning model integrated with TPACK on the activity, motivation and learning outcomes of Biology students at SMAN 14 Makassar.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the constructivist Biology learning experience of high school students in South Sulawesi. The research subjects consisted of 525 students from 7 districts/cities in South Sulawesi. The method used in this study was a descriptive survey using a closed questionnaire instrument and a Likert scale. The data collection technique used a Google Forms platform that contained a questionnaire. The data obtained were processed using descriptive and inferential analyses. The results showed that the constructivist biology learning experience of students in South Sulawesi included learning personality indicators of 64.20%, reflection thinking of 68.89%, problem solving and investigation relevance to daily life of 69.55%, collaborative learning of 71.00%, discussion of 72.75%, teaching scaffolding of 68.29%. Then a very low correlation coefficient value is shown in the learning personality indicator with problem solving investigation of 0.15. The strong correlation coefficient value on the collaborative learning indicator with discussion is 0.60. The findings of this study indicate that the overall constructivist learning experience of students in South Sulawesi is still moderately low and the correlation coefficient between the dominant indicators is still weak. Therefore, efforts are needed to improve the constructivist Biology learning experience to optimize learning effectiveness.

Abstract

Abstrak Telah dilaksanakan pelatihan asesmen digital untuk alumni jurusan Biologi FMIPA UNM. Kegiatan pelatihan ini dilaksankan pada 19 Juni 2023. Pelatihan dilaksankan selama 1 hari dengan jumlah peserta 35 orang. Pelaksanaan kegiatan pelatihan dilakukan di Aula Laboratorium Kebun Percobaan Biologi. Metode pelatihan yang digunkana adalah metode tanya jawab, diskusi, demonstrasi, dan latihan praktik menggnanakn Platform digital. Hasil pelaksanaan pelatihan pembuatan asesmen digital tersebut dinilai dengan berdasar pada respon peserta pelatihan. Respond peserta pelatihan menggunakan angket tertutup dengan skala likert dan memiliki 25 pernyataan. Penilaian dilakukan terhadap hasil respon dari pernytaan yang diberikan pada angket tersebut. Hasil penilaian menunjukkan bahwa respon peserta pelatihan pada setiap pernyataan dianggap postif atau baik. Hal itu menunjukan bahwa pelatihan pembuatan asesmen digital memiliki hasil yang baik untuk diiplementasikan oleh para alimni jurusan Biologi sebagai bekal untuk evaluasi pembelajaran.Kata kunci: Asesmen digital, Alumni, BiologiAbstract Digital assessment training has been conducted for alumni of the Biology Department of FMIPA UNM. This training activity was carried out on 19 June 2023. The training was held for 1 day with 35 participants. The implementation of training activities was carried out in the Biology Experimental Garden Laboratory Hall. The training methods used are question and answer methods, discussions, demonstrations, and practical exercises to create digital platforms. The results of the implementation of the training on making digital assessments were assessed based on the responses of the training participants. The trainees' responses used a closed questionnaire with a Likert scale and had 25 statements. The assessment was carried out on the response results of the statements given in the questionnaire. The assessment results showed that the responses of the trainees on each statement were considered positive or good. It shows that the training on making digital assessments has good results to be implemented by the alimni majoring in Biology as a provision for learning evaluation.Keywords: Digital assessment, Alumni, Biology

Abstract

Keterbatasan penguasaan teknologi digital oleh guru menjadi tantangan dalam meningkatkan kualitas evaluasi pembelajaran, khususnya pada mata pelajaran Biologi. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru MGMP Biologi Kabupaten Gowa dalam merancang soal interaktif berbasis digital melalui pelatihan intensif dan pendampingan. Kegiatan dilaksanakan dengan pendekatan partisipatif dan metode *Participatory Action Research (PAR)*, yang melibatkan guru sebagai mitra aktif sejak tahap perencanaan hingga evaluasi. Aplikasi yang digunakan meliputi Quiz Creator dan Hot Potatoes sebagai media utama dalam pengembangan asesmen digital. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan bahwa 100% peserta menyatakan materi sesuai kebutuhan, 90% menyatakan pelatihan mendorong partisipasi aktif, dan 85% mengalami peningkatan pemahaman terhadap evaluasi digital. Selain itu, guru juga menunjukkan kemampuan membedakan fitur aplikasi serta menyusun soal dengan struktur logis dan menarik. Namun, aspek kreativitas dalam pemanfaatan multimedia masih perlu ditingkatkan. Kegiatan ini terbukti efektif dalam memperkuat literasi digital guru dan mendorong penerapan teknologi dalam evaluasi pembelajaran. Pelatihan ini direkomendasikan untuk dilanjutkan secara berkala, disertai pendampingan lanjutan serta kolaborasi dengan MGMP guna memperluas dampak dan keberlanjutan program.
