Abstract

In the current era, learning increasingly relies on digital media, which has become an important demand in the education process. Digital media plays a significant role in making it easier for students to understand the subject matter in the classroom, thus increasing the effectiveness and efficiency of learning. This research aims to develop audio-visual learning media based on the plotagon application combined with wordwall-based interactive quizzes. The method used is research and development with the ADDIE model, which has stages including needs analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation of learning media. Through learning videos about the progress of science during the Abbasid period and interactive quizzes, students are expected to better understand material that was previously considered abstract. This media is designed to increase students' understanding and participation in learning. With interesting visualizations and the use of technology, this research aims to create a more effective learning atmosphere, so that students can be more focused and motivated. The results of the research are expected to make a positive contribution to the quality of Islamic Cultural History learning as well as increasing student engagement in the classroom.

Abstract

E-Book merupakan salah satu bahan ajar berbasis digital yang dapat memuat berbagai macam didalamnya seperti teks, gambar, audio, maupun video. Pada saat peneliti melakukan observasi, peneliti menemukan permasalahan seperti siswa kurang berminat dalam membaca modul, dan tidak adanya jawaban didalam modul dari tugas yang diberikan oleh guru. Oleh karena itu, dengan adanya permasalahan ini peneliti ingin melakukan penelitian tentang apakah dengan penerapan E-Book dapat meningkatkan minat belajar siswa pada pembelajaran SKI. Tujuan dari artikel ini adalah untuk melihat apakah dengan penerapan E-Book dapat meningkatkan minat belajar belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran SKI di MTS Al-Mumtaz Palangka Raya. penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian eksperimen dengan bentuk penelitian pre-eksperimental design. Hasil dari penelitian menujukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan terhadap minat belajar siswa setelah penerapan E-Book sebesar 80%.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the application of the Discovery Learning model in learning Islamic Religious Education (PAI). This model is believed to improve student activeness, learning outcomes, and critical and analytical thinking skills. This research uses the library research method by analyzing various literatures relevant to the topic. The results showed that Discovery Learning is effective in improving students' understanding of PAI materials through active involvement in the learning process. In addition, this model is able to develop students' thinking skills in understanding religious concepts deeply and contextually. However, its implementation still faces several challenges, such as time constraints, facilities, and teachers' understanding in applying the model optimally. In conclusion, Discovery Learning has the potential to make a significant contribution to PAI learning, but it needs support from technical and pedagogical aspects to achieve maximum results.

Abstract

This research aims to examine Islamic education during the Khulafaur Rasyidin period, which includes the reign of Abu Bakar, Umar bin Khattab, Uthman bin Affan, and Ali bin Abi Talib. The main focus of this research is to understand the objectives of Islamic education, Islamic education curriculum, learning methods, educational materials, teaching staff, and educational institutions applied during this period. The method used in this research is library research, namely research whose studies are carried out by tracing and examining literature or written sources related to the subject matter. The results show that although there are differences in the focus and application of education in each period of leadership, the objectives of Islamic education remain consistent in strengthening the faith and teaching the principles of Islamic muamalah. The curriculum covered various aspects, including religious education, practical skills and language. The learning methods used involved lectures, memorization, discussions, as well as practical exercises. Educators during this period were highly valued, with many companions serving as teachers. Educational institutions, such as Kutabs and mosques, developed according to the needs of the people at that time. Overall, Islamic education during the time of the Khulafaur Rashidin flourished, although there were obstacles due to the unstable political situation in some reigns.

Abstract

This study aims to explore and describe various coping strategies used by students in dealing with academic stress. Academic stress is a form of pressure that arises due to an imbalance between academic demands and students' ability to cope with them. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive design, obtained through in-depth interviews with five students and documentation. The results of the study indicate that students face academic stress stemming from an accumulation of assignments, dual responsibilities, technical changes from lecturers, and the initial transition period of lectures. In dealing with this pressure, students apply two types of coping strategies, namely problem-focused coping and emotion-focused coping. Problem-focused strategies are carried out by prioritizing schedules and seeking social support. Meanwhile, emotion-focused coping involves engaging in spiritual activities, distancing oneself from stressors, and expressing emotions in a healthy manner. The conclusion of this study indicates that students tend to use a combination of coping strategies tailored to the type of stress they face. Effective coping strategies have been proven to help students manage stress adaptively, enabling them to continue performing well in both academic and non-academic activities
