Abstract

in today's digital era, various kinds of digital platforms or education-based website pages are easily accessible so that they can be used to improve the quality of learning to be more varied and interactive. In addition, digital platform can also be used in developing digital teaching materials, one of which is the digital module teaching materials. The purpose of this article is to see if the use of Game-Based Learning-based Digital Module can increase students' activity in the subject of Al-Qur'an Hadist in the learning process at MTs Terpadu Berkah Palangkaraya. The method used in this study is Research and Development (R&D) with a 4D model. The results of this study show that there is an increase in student activity in the use of Game-Based Learning-based Digital Module as 95,8%.

Abstract

Learning media needs to be developed by utilizing technology supported by the availability of facilities in schools so that students are interested in paying attention to the material being explained with a media. The purpose of this research is to develop video learning media using Plotagon Studio that is feasible and practical for Islamic education learning in the classroom. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D) with the 4D model. The research was carried out at Nurul ‎Ihsan Islamic High School, Palangkaraya. The video learning media in Islamic education was adjusted appropriately through validity and practicality tests. Validation was carried out by media experts and material experts. The results of the validity test of video learning media in Islamic education using Plotagon Studio at Nurul Ihsan Islamic High School Palangkaraya were declared valid with a validation percentage of media experts of 83.75%, and material experts of 76.39%. While the results of the practicality test at the research school were 82.37% for student responses. Thus, the use of video learning media in Islamic education using Plotagon Studio at Nurul Ihsan Islamic High School in Palangkaraya is valid and practical for use in the learning process. ‎

Abstract

This study explores how the Merdeka Curriculum builds character in Indonesian students by integrating moral, ethical, and national values within classroom practices and extracurricular activities. Through library research, various academic sources, books, and policy documents were reviewed to synthesize existing evidence on holistic character education. The findings indicate that the curriculum not only emphasizes academic achievement but also promotes active learning methods—such as project-based learning and student-centered discussions—that enhance students’ critical thinking, creativity, and social responsibility. In particular, the incorporation of civic education and tolerance helps students internalize values like honesty, responsibility, and patriotism. Challenges identified include variations in teacher readiness and infrastructural limitations, highlighting the need for ongoing professional training and better resource allocation. Overall, the Merdeka Curriculum offers a promising framework for developing well-rounded, morally upright individuals who can meet modern educational and societal demands.

Abstract

Every student has a different learning style, such as visual, auditory, and kinesthetic. These differences influence how they understand and absorb learning material. To address this need, adaptive learning has emerged as a solution that can tailor the learning process to each student’s characteristics. This study aims to examine the implementation of adaptive learning in adjusting instruction to students’ learning styles. The method used is a literature review of various national and international scholarly articles published in the last five years. The findings indicate that adaptive learning can improve students’ understanding of the material, learning outcomes, as well as their motivation and engagement in the learning process. Moreover, adaptive platforms offer greater flexibility and accessibility, allowing students to learn in ways that best suit their individual preferences. These results suggest that adaptive learning is an effective approach for accommodating diverse learning styles and enhancing the quality of education.

Abstract

Academic stress is a psychological condition commonly experienced by high school students in response to demanding academic expectations. This study aims to analyze the relationship between social support and academic stress among students at SMA Nurul Ihsan in Palangka Raya. Utilizing a quantitative correlational approach, data were collected from 20 students using a four-point Likert scale questionnaire covering variables of social support and academic stress. Descriptive statistical analysis showed that the average score for social support was 30.25, while the average score for academic stress was 24.80. Pearson correlation analysis indicated a moderate negative relationship (r = -0.425; p < 0.05), suggesting that higher levels of perceived social support are associated with lower levels of academic stress. Peer support was identified as the primary source of social support, whereas support from family and teachers was found to be less optimal. These findings highlight the importance of strengthening effective and responsive social support systems to promote students’ psychological well-being in facing academic pressure.
