Abstract

The purpose of this research is to describe the personality of kholeris, melakholis, phlegmati, and sanuinis in the main character in the novel Merindu Baginda Nabi by Habiburahman El Shirazy. The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative data analysis. The data source used in this research is the novel Merindu Baginda Nabi Karya Habiburahman El Shirazy and relevant theoretical books related to literary psychology. While the research data in this study are excerpts of sentences contained in the novel Merindu Baginda Nabi. the instrument used is a documentation guide. Then the data analysis techniques in this study are, reading carefully the contents of the novel, noting and underlining character characters, analyzing data, describing data, and drawing conclusions. From the analysis, it can be concluded that in the novel Merindu Baginda Nabi there is a personality structure that focuses on tolerant, melancholic, phlegmatic, and sanuinis in the main character named Rifa. The personality in Rifa's character is more in the personality structure of kholeris and sanguinis.

Abstract

Language is a communication tool in the form of a system of sound symbols produced from human speech. Changes in meaning in Indonesian can be classified into five as follows: widening meaning change, narrowing meaning change, refining meaning change, roughening meaning change and total change. This research uses a qualitative method, which is characterized by descriptive analysis. The data is sourced from the Instagram platform with the collection technique through the note-taking method. After the data is collected, the data is processed, reducing data, presenting data and making conclusions based on the information that has been obtained. Based on the results and discussion, it can be concluded that there are 5 types of word meaning changes found on the Instagram social media platform. The five types of meaning changes include widespread/generalized meaning changes, narrowed/specialized meaning changes, refined/euphemia meaning changes, coarsening/dysfemia meaning changes and total meaning changes. The changes in meaning found on the Instagram social media platform are 29 words that experience changes in meaning with 16 words that experience changes in widespread meaning, 3 words that experience changes in narrow meaning, 4 words that experience changes in refinement meaning, 3 words that experience changes in coarsening meaning, and 3 words that experience changes in meaning in total

Abstract

Theater is a performing art that presents stories and ideas through collaboration between actors, directors and production crew. In theater, values ​​are depicted to shape character for both the audience and the performers in theatrical performing arts. Students who are members of the student activity unit or theater UKM will develop character when participating in theater UKM. This research is qualitative research which aims to describe the role of theater in forming student character. Data collection techniques were carried out using interviews. The results of the research are that theater has a very significant role in shaping the personal character of Muhammadiyah University Maumere students. This creative process forces students to think about looking for innovative solutions, and explore various ideas and ideas. This of course will improve critical thinking and problem solving skills which are much needed in various aspects of life. More than just forming character, theater is also an effective forum for developing students' self-expression. Acting as actors and actresses, students can express their emotions, ideas and views through the characters they play. Apart from that, participation in theater activities can also increase collaboration and teamwork among students. The theater production process involves many people with various skills and roles. Students learn to work together, respect each other's opinions, and compromise to achieve common goals.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze student perceptions of the effectiveness of evaluation methods used by lecturers in the Reportage and Interview Techniques course in the learning process. Evaluation methods have a crucial role in measuring students' understanding and skills, as well as providing constructive feedback to improve the quality of learning. However, its effectiveness is highly dependent on how the method is perceived by students as the main subject of learning. This research uses a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires to students who have taken the Reportage and Interview Techniques course. The data collected will be analyzed descriptively to identify the level of satisfaction, relevance, fairness, and impact of evaluation methods on student learning motivation. The results of the study are expected to provide a comprehensive picture of the strengths and weaknesses of the evaluation methods applied, as well as valuable input for lecturers in developing evaluation strategies that are more effective and in accordance with the needs and characteristics of students. The findings are also expected to contribute to improving the overall quality of the learning process in the Reportage and Interview Techniques course.
