Abstract

Perkembangan bahasa berkaitan dengan kemampuan literasi. Anak usia dini merupakan tahapan awal pra sekolah dan merupakan dasar bagi pengenalan dan pemahaman dasar literasi anak. Oleh karena itu, penting adanya mengenali pola perkembangan dan upaya dalam memaksimalkan potensi perkembangan anak sesuai dengan keunikannya. Anak-anak merupakan usia yang tepat untuk pengembangan literasi, khususnya literasi menulis. Pelatihan menulis kepada Komunitas Anak Sungai yang berada di Rammang-rammang, Maros melalui karya sastra, khususnya cerita pendek. Ide cerita pendek yang mereka tulis dari lingkungan mereka, khususnya seputar Desa Rammang-rammang. Pelatihan ini sangat penting karena daerah Rammang-rammang termasuk wilayah kawasan wisata geopark. Pelatihan menulis cerita pendek dengan pendekatan ekologi sastra. Ekologi sastra merupakan upaya membaca lingkungan dan memahami ha-hal permasalahan lingkungan. Pada pengabdian ini, wacana ekologi sebagai korpus merupakan suatu hal yang seyogyanya menubuh pada ekosistem kehidupan dan dijadikan sebagai suatu pendekatan untuk membaca hal-hal intrik pada wacana ekologi. Metode pengabdian Masyarakat dilakukan dengan ceramah, simulasi, aktif dan partisipasif karena dianggap metode yang tepat untuk melatih kemampuan anak-anak dalam menulis melalui karya sastra. Kegiatannya diawali dengan pemberian materi tentang menulis karya sastra ekologi, kemudian menonton video cerita rakyat, khususnya Sulawesi Selatan. Selanjutnya, anak-anak menulis sesuai kreativitas imajinasi yang tertuang dalam karya tulis mereka. Tulisan mereka dikumpulkan untuk melihat sejauh mana literasi anak-anak Komunitas Anak Sungai.

Abstract

Teacher leadership in classroom management plays a central role in creating a conducive and effective learning environment, yet in-depth studies on optimal leadership styles remain scarce. This research explores the relationship between teacher leadership and classroom management strategies, focusing on the approaches employed, student characteristics, and the leadership skills required. Using a descriptive qualitative method, data were collected through field observations, in-depth interviews, and document analysis. The findings reveal that effective leadership in classroom management is characterized by the ability of teachers to design structured learning strategies, make adaptive decisions, and motivate students through approaches tailored to their cognitive and socio-emotional needs. Inclusive and collaborative leadership styles have been shown to enhance classroom discipline, resolve conflicts, and foster positive learning dynamics. This study provides essential insights for teachers and education administrators to develop leadership skills that effectively support the achievement of learning objectives. On a broader scale, strong leadership in classroom management not only improves the quality of classroom interactions but also contributes to the overall improvement of national education quality by fostering a generation of learners who are excellent and highly competitive.

Abstract

Abstrak. Literasi melalui bahasa adalah hal yang sangat penting . Anak usia dini merupakan tahapan awal pra sekolah dan merupakan dasar bagi pengenalan dan pemahaman dasar  menerima bahasa. Banyak metode yang dapat dilakukan agar Literasi dapat ditanamkan pada anak-anak. Sebagai pendidik pentingnya adanya mengenali berbagai pola perkembangan dan perkembangan anak sesuai dengan minat dan keterampilan yang dimiliki setiap anak. Literasi menulis dianggap metode yang tepat untuk meningkatkan kemampuan anak-anak. Pelatihan menulis kepada Komunitas Anak Sungai yang berada di Rammang-rammang, Maros melalui karya sastra, khususnya cerita pendek. Mereka menulis cerita pendek dari ide sekitaran lingkungannya, khususnya seputar Desa Rammang-rammang. Pelatihan ini sangat penting karena daerah Rammang-rammang termasuk wilayah kawasan wisata geopark. Ekologi sastra adalah pendekatan dalam kajian sastra yang fokus pada hubungan teks sastra dan lingkungan alam. Pada pengabdian ini, wacana ekologi sebagai pendekatan untuk melihat-hal lingkungan dan kaitannya dengan teks sastra. Metode pengabdian Masyarakat dilakukan dengan ceramah, simulasi, aktif dan partisipasif karena dianggap metode yang tepat untuk melatih kemampuan anak-anak dalam menulis melalui karya sastra. Kegiatannya diawali dengan pemberian materi tentang menulis ekologi sastra, kemudian menonton video cerita rakyat. Selanjutnya, anak-anak menulis sesuai kreativitas imajinasi yang tertuang dalam karya tulis mereka. Cerita pendek yang mereka tulis dikumpulkan dalam satu buku bacaan Rammang-rammang.Kata kunci: literasi, ekologi sastra, anak- anak, komunitas anak sungai

Abstract

This research aims to describe the speaking strategies of Indonesian Literature Department students, and to analyze prohibited speech acts in Indonesian Bugis Makassar dialect for students. This research is a quantitative descriptive research with pragmatic studies. The data source in this research is students from the Department of Indonesian Literature, Hasanuddin University, from the Bugis-Makassar tribe. Data was obtained through distributing questionnaires to respondents. The research results show that the speaker/partner is older and more  familiar. The most widely used strategies are STT, SKN, SSS, SKP. The speakers/interlocutors are older and less familiar, SKN, STT, SSS, and SKP. Younger and more familiar speakers, STT, SKN, SSS, and SKP. Younger and less familiar speakers, STT, SKN, SSS, SKP. If the speakers are the same age and are not familiar, STT, SSS, SKN, and SKP and if the speakers are the same age and are not familiar, STT, SKN, SSS, SKP. However, the strategy of younger and unfamiliar partners and speakers of the same age who are not familiar are still considered impolite or low in politeness, resulting in a shift in norms because the strategy most often used by teenagers in expressing something is the strategy of being frank without further ado so that the speaker loses face and this makes his politeness low.

Abstract

This training aims to improve students' polite language skills at SMPN 2 Parepare. The problem encountered is that around 65% of students have difficulty in applying the principles of polite communication, both in interactions with teachers, peers, and in broader social contexts. The training program was developed by the Department of Indonesian Literature, Faculty of Cultural Sciences, Hasanuddin University, using Participatory Action Research and Culture-Based Learning approaches. The results of the training showed an increase in students' understanding and ability in polite language communication. The positive impact of this program can be seen in the changes in students' attitudes that show politeness in communication. In conclusion, this training is important to improve students' personal quality with polite language skills.
