Abstract

Humans are creatures who are given intellect, lust, and thought, so to humanize humans it is necessary to have guidelines or references, namely through education. With education, life will be more oriented towards the goals that they want to achieve. The research aims to comprehensively describe human understanding of its relevance to education as the main means for humans. This article is the result of literature (library) and Descriptive Analysis using existing evidence books. The research method used is Library Research to solve a problem. This research was conducted by examining literature data in depth, both secondary and primary. The results of the analysis found that human beings will not be separated from the corridors that have been determined by the code of ethics in education based on the Qur'an and As-Sunnah, Ijma and Qiyas, on their journey. And in the end man will always be obedient and obedient. 'Contrary to the command of the holy spirit as the god of the universe, so that the meaning of Human Beings and their Relevance to Education is to create human beings with noble character and have knowledge that is balanced with the development of the times.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the Analysis of the Effectiveness of Facilities and Infrastructure in Supporting the Learning Process of Students with Special Needs: Case Study in Special Schools. Type of qualitative research. Location at SLBN Punung. Data collection techniques with observation, interviews, documentation. Data analysis with triangulation. Based on the analysis of the effectiveness of facilities and infrastructure in Special Schools (SLB), it can be concluded that the availability and utilization of facilities and infrastructure that are in accordance with the needs of students with special needs play a very important role in supporting an optimal learning process. Adequate facilities, such as disability-friendly classrooms, special learning aids, and a safe and comfortable environment, have been proven to be able to increase student participation, concentration, and understanding in learning activities. However, there are still several obstacles in terms of maintenance and the limited number of aids that need attention to improve the effectiveness of educational services in SLB as a whole.

Abstract

Visionary leadership and corporate culture have an important role in increasing competitiveness and customer interest. This study aims to describe visionary leadership and corporate culture in increasing the competitiveness and interest of customers of transformational Islamic education. This research method uses a qualitative descriptive approach in the form of a literature review (library research). The analysis technique used is content analysis. The results of the study on visionary leadership and corporate culture in increasing competitiveness and customer interest in this transformative education found: 1) Efforts to increase customer interest require the accuracy of the leader's vision regarding the characteristics of the interests and satisfaction of the targeted or expected customers and educational program models that are in line with it and the existence of benchmarks for service standards that are in demand by customers and are realized in the service programs offered, both in terms of reliability, sensitivity, certainty, empathy and its form, 2) Customer interest is also influenced by the leader's vision in winning the competitiveness through a low-cost approach, service differentiation, focusing on strengthening competition in the same service program, or a diversification approach, 3) Efforts to increase competitiveness and customer interest must be built on the basis of an ideal and progressive organizational culture by prioritizing the principle that culture is not just regulations, in accordance with the conditions and movement of the institution's progress, in accordance with the challenges faced by the institution, can be followed by all members and truly implemented by all members.

Abstract

The phenomenon of brainrot as a form of degradation of cognitive, affective, and psychomotor functions due to excessive consumption of instant and superficial digital content has become a serious challenge in the world of education. This study aims to explore the strategies of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teachers in dealing with the phenomenon of brainrot in students of SMK Ma'arif Sudimoro. This study uses a qualitative approach using a case study method. Data collection techniques were carried out through interviews, classroom observations, and documentation, which were analyzed using Miles, Huberman, and Saldana analysis techniques. The results of the study show that Islamic Religious Education teachers apply three main strategies, namely: (1) contextual learning that relates PAI material to digital phenomena that are close to students' daily lives; (2) group discussion strategies that encourage active participation and critical thinking of students; and (3) a reflective-spiritual approach that fosters self-awareness and religious values through contemplation and spiritual experience. Although this strategy is effective in increasing student engagement and instilling religious values, its implementation is faced with a number of challenges, including low student focus, resistance to reflective values, and reliance on instant culture. Teachers respond to these challenges by innovating learning media, sharing roles in discussions, and strengthening digital-based reflection methods. This study concludes that adaptive, relevant, and spiritual value-based learning strategies can be a solution to minimize the impact of brainrot, while strengthening students' religious character in the digital era and is expected to be a contextual and transformative reference.
