Abstract

ABSTRAKMeatballs are processed products from meat, which are consumed by Indonesian people. Common ingredients in meatball dough are flour, salt, water and other seasonings. Meatballs contain energy, protein, carbohydrates, fat, calcium, and iron. This research was conducted to determine the effect of the addition kelakai on the yield, cooking loss, water content, protein and fat content of purebred chicken meatballs. This research was conducted at the Laboratory of Animal Husbandry Study Program, University of Palangka Raya. This study used an experimental method with a completely randomized design (CRD), there were 4 treatments and 4 replications, namely P1 (Making Meatballs 100% chicken meat + 0% fish meatballs), P2 (Making Meatballs 97.5% chicken meat + 2.5% fish meatballs), P3 (Making Meatballs 95% chicken meat + 5% kelakai), P4 (Making meatballs 92.5% chicken meat + 7.5% kelakai). The variables observed in this study were yield content, cooking loss, water content, protein and fat content. The data were analyzed using a test of variance and if it had a significant effect followed by using Duncan's multiple range test. From the results of the analysis of variance, it was shown that the addition kelakai in chicken meatballs had a significant effect on the protein content of chicken meatballs with the addition of 7.5%, where the P4 value was 3.46% lower than the P1 value with a value of 8.62%. From the research it was concluded that the addition of 5% of the molasses was the best level with a protein content of 4.29%, a fat content of 2.72%, a moisture content of 33.27%, a cooking loss of 0.83% and a yield of 2.02%Kata kunci: Chicken meatballs, Cooking loss, Kelakai, Physicochemical properties, Yield content

Abstract

Based on the findings of a literature research, this article intends to investigate the leadership qualities of a great woman as an educator in the family as perceived through the six value elements of humility, excitement, establishing competences, agility, and tactful. Changes in the millennial period now require that women have equal rights as males in all aspects of life. Women’s successes and skills to date have reinforced the assumption that there are little distinctions between men and women. Women’s leadership and role as primary educators in the home demonstrate their accomplishments and talents. According to the findings of a literature review from various sources, a great woman is a family leader because she is the one who can effectively manage household affairs, raise and educate children in the family, and provide input and suggestions to her husband as part of her role as a family educator.

Abstract

The development of higher education curricula in Indonesia faces challenges in adapting to globalization, technological advancements, and industrial demands while preserving local and religious values. This study analyzes the curriculum development model based on the Indonesian National Qualification Framework (KKNI) at Islamic higher education institutions with a pesantren-based approach, using STAI Al-Anwar Sarang Rembang as a case study. It identifies key issues such as limited human resources understanding KKNI concepts, insufficient expert guidance, and inadequate budgets and infrastructure as major obstacles to curriculum implementation. The research employed a qualitative approach with a case study design, involving in-depth interviews, participatory observations, and analysis of institutional documents. Data were analyzed through data reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing. The findings reveal that integrating pesantren values with KKNI-based learning outcomes has been collaboratively designed, although implementation remains suboptimal. Major challenges include a lack of training for lecturers, limited information technology infrastructure, and unsystematic evaluations. However, the study also highlights significant potential for curriculum improvement through expert support, regular training, and enhanced infrastructure. This research provides significant implications for curriculum development in pesantren-based institutions by emphasizing the importance of a holistic approach that integrates traditional education with modern demands. In conclusion, despite numerous challenges, the KKNI-based pesantren curriculum holds great potential to produce graduates who are academically competent, professionally skilled, and deeply rooted in strong moral values.

Abstract

The digital transformation of education has significantly altered the landscape of learning assessment, including in Islamic Education (PAI). The transition from traditional paper-based assessments to digital evaluation methods through various applications has become an emerging trend. However, despite these advancements, the adoption of digital assessment tools among PAI teachers remains inconsistent. This study investigates the extent of adoption and the challenges PAI teachers face in utilizing digital learning assessment applications in Blitar Regency, Indonesia. Employing a quantitative-descriptive research design, data were collected through surveys and interviews with PAI teachers. The findings reveal that 90.9% of respondents have integrated digital assessment applications into their teaching practices, with Google Forms (90.9%), Quizizz (45.5%), Kahoot (36.4%), and Zipgrade (9.1%) being the most commonly used platforms. Several factors influence the adoption of these technologies, including accessibility, ease of use, efficiency, and the ability to generate objective learning outcome data. However, challenges such as limited technological proficiency, inadequate training, and insufficient infrastructure hinder broader implementation. These findings underscore the need for targeted professional development programs and institutional support to enhance digital assessment adoption in Islamic education. This study contributes to the growing discourse on digital learning transformation by providing empirical insights into the opportunities and barriers associated with integrating digital assessment tools in Islamic educational settings

Abstract

Islamic Religious Education (PAI) plays a crucial role in shaping students' understanding and practice of Islamic values. However, conventional teaching methods that rely on memorization and lectures often hinder active student engagement. Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) is considered a promising model to enhance the effectiveness of PAI by connecting Islamic concepts to real-world experiences. Although CTL has been implemented across various subjects, its application in PAI faces distinct challenges in different educational settings. This study aims to analyze the challenges and solutions of implementing CTL in PAI at two Islamic schools with different backgrounds: MTs Al Anwar (a pesantran/Islamic boarding school) and SMP Al Jihad North Jakarta (a metropolitan Islamic school). A qualitative approach with a comparative case study method was employed, involving interviews, observations, and document analysis. The findings indicate that at the pesantren, the primary challenges are the dominance of rote memorization methods, a lack of case study-based teaching materials, and a lecture-based approach that does not support experiential learning. Meanwhile, at the metropolitan school, the main obstacles include student distractions from social media, a lack of critical thinking skills, and a curriculum that remains exam-oriented. To overcome these barriers, teachers at the pesantren have begun to develop experience-based teaching materials and incorporate more discussions. This study confirms that the successful implementation of CTL in PAI depends on adapting teaching strategies to the specific learning environment. Therefore, a more flexible curriculum, case study-based teaching materials, and teacher training are essential to support experience-based learning.
