Abstract

For the logistics process, the company needs to pay attention to the loadings process to achieve the laytime that has already been agreed between the parties. In the logistics process, the company often gets the problem which is not an accordance mismatch between the plan and actual in the process of coal loading. As a result, the company must pay demurrage due to the laytime used for the loading process over the laytime allowed. This research aims to determine a business strategy to achieve the target laytime of the coal loadings. This author used SWOT analysis for this research by analyzing external factors and internal factors. The author uses descriptive qualitative analysis as a data analysis method. The result of this strategy formulation is backward integration. The author used matrix IFE EFE and matrix SWOT as tools for making strategies.  The implementation is the company needs to acquire a jetty around the coal mine by using the profit from increasing profit so that the coal in the stockpile can accommodate large amounts of the coal and can be distributed quickly.

Abstract

The Low Emission Zone policy in the Kota Tua tourist area is carried out by carrying out traffic engineering at the Asemka intersection which is the meeting place of Jl. Pintu Besar Selatan (south approach), Jl. Pintu Besar Utara- Jl. St. Kota (north approach), Jl. Jembatan Batu (east approach), and Jl. Fly Over Pasar Pagi and Jl. Asemka (western approach). After the implementation of traffic engineering, it is necessary to analyze how the performance of the intersection is to determine the impact of diverting traffic flow from several roads. The method used in this study is MKJI 1997 to determine the performance of road sections manually and PTV Vissim which is a microsimulation software to determine the performance of intersections, from both methods the parameters obtained from the research results are almost close. From the analysis results obtained speed 54.81 km/hour, delay 72.11 seconds, the vehicle stopped 2.7 seconds/pcu with level of service F, from the simulation results obtained speed 53.25 km/hour, delay 37.26 seconds, vehicle stopped 1.43 seconds/pcu with level of service D, the difference from the calculation results is below 5% with the information received.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors that influence the loyalty of Jabodetabek Commuter Line (KRL) passengers, using the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) perspective. This study focuses on the influence of attitudes, social norms, perceived behavioral control, and satisfaction on the intention to be loyal to KRL. The method used in this study is quantitative, employing Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using Smart PLS software to measure the relationships between latent variables and related indicators. The results of the study indicate that the factors influencing KRL user loyalty are social norms, including influences from family, friends, and superiors. Behavioral control also has a significant influence, particularly regarding availability, travel time, and punctuality. Although positive attitudes toward the KRL do not directly influence loyalty, positive user experiences related to service quality, such as comfort and safety, play a significant role in enhancing loyalty. User satisfaction with KRL services was also found to have a positive effect on the intention to be loyal, highlighting the importance of improving service quality in maintaining and enhancing satisfaction. This study suggests improving service quality, enhancing mode integration, and providing incentives to boost passenger loyalty, as well as strengthening social norms that support the use of public transportation. These findings contribute to transportation planning in densely populated urban areas like Jabodetabek to achieve sustainable transportation systems.
