Abstract

Employees in the industrial sector have diverse job types encompassing both internal and external activities. The daily working hours are 8 hours and 30 minutes for five days a week. Excessive workloads can lead to overuse of energy and cause overstress or fatigue. This study aims to determine the levels of mental workload, work fatigue, and the relationship between mental workload and fatigue. The method used to measure mental workload is the NASA-TLX questionnaire, while work fatigue is measured using the IFRC questionnaire. The researchers employed a cross-sectional approach. Based on the calculation of mental workload by job position, the scores were as follows: Head of Division - 81.33, Head of Section - 72.57, Civil Servants - 71.5, and Non-Permanent Employees (TKK/TKS) - 71. The calculation of work fatigue resulted in scores of 70 for the Head of Division, 76 for the Head of Section, 70.66 for Civil Servants, and 68 for Non-Permanent Employees (TKK/TKS). The Pearson product-moment correlation test (alpha < 0.05) or (0.003 < 0.05) concluded that there is a relationship between mental workload and work fatigue.

Abstract

This research was conducted at Sektor Dua Cafe & Resto by analyzing effective strategies to boost customer visits through improvements in the branding system at Sektor Dua Cafe & Resto. The methods used included observation and quantitative research by distributing questionnaires to 106 customers. Based on the research conducted, the first results obtained include data on customer satisfaction recap based on their experiences at Sektor Dua Cafe & Resto, social media performance results, a recap of best-selling menu items and the number of items sold in December 2024, event poster design results, and finally, several changes to seating areas and the addition of new features at Sektor Dua Cafe & Resto, aimed at enhancing comfort and increasing the number of visitors.

Abstract

Pelatihan pemanfaatan limbah oli bekas sebagai bahan bakar kompor alternatif dilaksanakan sebagai bentuk pengabdian masyarakat oleh KKM 80 Universitas Bina Bangsa di Desa Garut, Kecamatan Kopo. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan masyarakat dalam mengolah limbah berbahaya menjadi energi terbarukan yang ramah lingkungan dan ekonomis. Permasalahan yang diangkat berkaitan dengan tingginya limbah oli bekas yang tidak dimanfaatkan dan minimnya pengetahuan warga terhadap teknologi kompor berbahan bakar oli. Metode pelaksanaan dilakukan melalui pendekatan edukatif-partisipatif yang melibatkan penyuluhan, demonstrasi langsung, dan praktik penggunaan kompor hasil modifikasi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan antusiasme tinggi dari peserta serta peningkatan pemahaman terkait prinsip kerja, efisiensi panas, dan keamanan penggunaan kompor oli bekas. Program ini tidak hanya memberikan solusi energi alternatif, tetapi juga membuka peluang inovasi pemanfaatan limbah berbasis teknologi tepat guna di tingkat desa.

Abstract

Advances in digital technology in the financial sector have encouraged Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) to shift from cash payment systems to non-cash payments through QRIS (Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard) as an effort to increase efficiency and modernize transactions. This research is motivated by the low level of QRIS adoption among MSMEs in Junti Village, Jawilan District, Serang Regency, Banten, most of which still rely on cash-based transactions. The purpose of this research is to analyze the implementation of QRIS by MSMEs, identify the obstacles faced, and assess the impact of the system's implementation on daily business activities. Data were collected through field observations, interviews with MSME actors, and supporting documentation, and this research was conducted in Junti Village in July 2025. The results revealed that some MSMEs that have adopted QRIS experienced benefits in the form of ease in conducting transactions, increased efficiency, and a more professional business image. These findings also confirm that the use of QRIS contributes to the acceleration of digital transformation in the MSME sector, although not yet fully optimal. The main obstacles encountered were limited access and the quality of internet infrastructure, which is still uneven, making it difficult for some business actors to utilize QRIS optimally. Based on these results, the study recommends the importance of increasing the intensity of socialization and training on QRIS use, as well as the need for ongoing support from local governments and financial institutions so that MSMEs can adapt more quickly and comprehensively to changes in digital technology, so that MSME digital transformation can take place effectively, inclusively, and sustainably. This study recommends the need for increased socialization, training, and support from financial institutions and local governments to encourage sustainable digital transformation of MSMEs.

Abstract

The significant development of the manufacturing industry has led to increasingly complex problems that can occur. Inappropriate facility layout can affect excessive physical activity, so that the activities carried out are not optimal. Ergonomic facility layout design directs the arrangement of physical facilities (machines and equipment) to obtain the fastest production process by minimizing physical activity. The precast concrete manufacturing industry in Cilegon City has an area of ​​623.65 m2, which consists of worker facilities, physical facilities (machines and equipment) and structural position facilities. Environmental conditions that are less flexible and poor placement between facilities (far from the reach of their duties) greatly affect workers' physical activity. This, intends to propose a facility layout design with an ergonomic approach using several CORELAP (Computerized Relation Layout Planning) and ARC (Activity Relation Chart) methods. The conclusions from this processing and analysis are based on proximity codes A, E, I U and O. Keywords: Ergonomic, Fisiologi
