Abstract

The research was conducted regarding the close relationship between a student, namely the teacher, and his students. In the teaching and learning process, it is necessary to approach students so that they are willing to listen to the aims and objectives conveyed by the teacher. The approach process used is not easy, a teacher must master the students he is teaching and how the teacher can channel the positive impacts that will occur. In this approach, communication is very necessary. For this reason, a teacher’s interpersonal communication must be able to bring students to a critical mindset, a way of communicating with other people, and being able to master the lesson. With open communication between teachers and students, students will feel cared for and can be open about things that are considered important to discuss. In terms of approach, communiacation is very important and is even the main factor in an approach. Good communication can create a good relationship with the perpetrator. Communication aims to build relationships between teachers and students, building a sense of trust, mutual openness, and so on. Interpersonal relationships in interactive learning have an important role in increasing students enthusiasm for learning. Therefore, interpersonal relationships in interactive learning are very important to encourage students learning abilities to achieve maximum learning goals

Abstract

This research aims to determine the performance of UKS services that run effectively and provide UKS assistance to produce healthy students. The UKS service aims to provide a place of treatment and recovery for sick people at this school. This research was conducted on UKS coordinator supervisors and Al-Ulum Integrated Islamic Middle School students. The research method used was observing the UKS room's condition, the UKS's needs, and all the facilities in the UKS room. The interview method was carried out with the UKS coordinator, regarding his supervision, assistance, and services. The results of this research indicate that the UKS is permanent and is currently undergoing renovation. This UKS also collaborates with the Community Health Center to improve assistance and supervision of UKS work in services. Al-Ulum Middle School has two UKS consisting of special rooms for men and women. Then, in this room, there are four rooms, and each room is guarded by three people who take turns on duty every day. There are four medical equipment available in each room, and medical equipment (P3K). Al-Ulum UKS supervision and services are by school UKS standards.

Abstract

The role of Darul Falah Islamic Boarding School's policy in instilling an attitude of tasamuh (tolerance) among students amidst the challenges of the digital era is the subject of this research. In addition to offering many conveniences, the digital era has also become a tool for spreading exclusive ideologies, hoaxes, and hatred that threaten tolerance. As an Islamic educational institution, Islamic boarding schools have a responsibility to protect their students. This research collected data through in-depth interviews with Islamic boarding school leaders, ustadz, and students, as well as observation activities and analysis of policy documents (qanun). A qualitative approach, case study method, was used. The results of the study show that Darul Falah Islamic Boarding School implements three levels of policy: (1) Curricular Policy that focuses on the study of moderate yellow books (fiqh muqaranah and tasawuf) as the theological basis of tasamuh; (2) Student Policy that encourages discussion and interaction (such as bahtsul masail) with strict sanctions for bullying; and (3) Digital Adaptive Policy that establishes strict regulations on the use of gadgets and the "Ngaji Cyber-Akhlaq" program.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji peran metode studi Islam dalam membentuk masyarakat yang berlandaskan pada nilai-nilai Islam. Metode studi Islam mencakup pendekatan normatif, historis, filosofis, dan sosiologis yang digunakan untuk memahami ajaran Islam secara komprehensif. Melalui pendekatan kualitatif dengan studi pustaka, penelitian ini mengungkap bagaimana penerapan metode studi Islam dapat memperkuat fondasi moral, sosial, dan spiritual masyarakat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode studi Islam yang diterapkan secara tepat tidak hanya memperdalam pemahaman terhadap ajaran Islam, tetapi juga mampu membentuk karakter individu dan kolektif masyarakat yang berakhlak, adil, dan harmonis. Dengan demikian, studi Islam memiliki kontribusi strategis dalam membangun masyarakat yang tidak hanya religius secara ritual, tetapi juga substantif dalam mewujudkan nilai-nilai Islam dalam kehidupan sehari-hari.
