Abstract

The low quality of education is one of the many national issues in education today. This issue is caused by various factors, one of which is a factor of school leadership. The headmaster as one of the human resources have an important role in the school. the effectiveness of decision-making and policy will determine how the behavior of school leadership. Based on the results of data processing and analysis concluded that (1) there is a significant relationship between the behavior of school leadership and job satisfaction; (2) there is a relationship between organizational climate and job satisfaction; (3) together there is a relationship between the behavior of school leadership and organizational climate and job satisfaction. Based on the results of the study, presented suggestions to the principal in order to improve its ability to plan tasks and assign work procedures but it also can establish good relationships, being warm and appreciate and trust of its members. The school principal is also expected to create a school climate that is as good as their communication, planning, work procedures, and achieving good results.Keywords: leadership behavior, organizational climate, job satisfaction, teacher

Abstract

The problem in this research is that there are some students who are known to have smoked in MTs Al-Azhar. The purpose of this study was to determine differences in the level of smoking behavior before and after students treated. The method used is experimental method with type pre-experimental design in the form of One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The method of solving the problem is to provide information services using audiovisual media on the sample after the pre-test. The population is the entire class VIII MTs Al-Azhar and the sample is one class of 30 students. The sampling technique in this research is purposive sampling. Data analysis techniques used in this study are descriptive statistics and inferential statistics Wilcoxon test with the help of SPSS application version 22. Based on the results of descriptive analysis obtained pretest results of 37% and posttest of 32%. Then based on Wilcoxon test statistical analysis results with the help of SPSS 22 applications obtained Zhitung of -3.817 with 5% significance level of 0.05 and Asymp.Sig = 0,000. Because Asymp.Sig = 0.000 <0.05, Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected so it can be concluded that there is a significant difference of smoking behavior of grade VIII students of MTs Al Azhar Alalak Sub-district, Barito Kuala District in the year 2017/2018 between before and after given information service using audiovisual media. Keywords: Information Services; Audiovisual Media; Smoking Behavior

Abstract

This research was carried out based on the phenomenon that occurred in MAN 1 Banjarmasin lack of discipline in these students quite happened in school, students who were late coming to school, dressed not according to the rules, often did not go to school and this is often complained by subject teachers and teachers other teacher. In this case it is necessary to involve teachers in guidance and counseling in dealing with students who are less disciplined. The formulation of the problem in this study is how to improve student discipline and whether the teacher's guidance and counseling strategies will be used in improving student discipline. The objectives to be achieved in this study want to know the teacher's guidance and counseling strategies and what strategies will be used. This research was conducted by interviewing all the guidance and counseling teachers in MAN 1 Banjarmasin as informants. The method used was qualitative method. The conclusion was that the guidance and counseling teacher had a strategy in improving student discipline because the guidance and counseling teacher or commonly called counselor had responsibility full in improving student discipline. Guidance and counseling teachers choose individual counseling strategies because specifically personal counseling between a counselor and students. In this individual counseling it is expected that the counselee can change attitudes, self-decisions so that students can better adapt themselves and the surrounding community. Abstract

The task of teacher guidance and counseling in schools is to deal with problems related to physical and psychological that occur in students in school, especially student behavior including student learning motivation. The purpose of the study is to determine the level of student motivation by using role playing methods , and to find out what factors can increase student learning motivation. The research method used is descriptive with a case study of an event presented in the form of role playing. The results of the study showed that in the first stage there was no learning motivation for group members. Stage 2 there are still some who are still joking in role playing. Stage 3 has got positive results, only some of the group members have not followed the guidance properly. Stage 4 has got positive results because all group members followed the guidance well, all students were active and enthusiastic following the last guidance given. Through this stage 4 guidance service, the group members' learning motivation has been seen. The conclusion of this study is that there is an increase in student learning motivation through 4 stages by using role playing techniques . Suggestions from this study are that teachers pay more attention to students whose motivation is less in terms of learning in school and for students to be more enthusiastic to learn.

Abstract

Analisis kebutuhan merupakan hal utama dan pertama bagi konselor sekolah untuk menganalisis kebutuh yang dihendaki peserta didik. Namun pada tataran pelaksanaannya konselor kurang efesien dalam memanfaatkan teknologi, dimana kebanyak konselor sekolah masih menganalisis kebutuhan peserta didik secara manual (offline). Padahal teknologi bagi kita merupakan pengetahuan terhadap penggunaan alat dan kerajinan, dan bagaimana hal tersebut mempengaruhi kemampuan untuk mengontrol dan beradaptasi dengan lingkungan alamnya. Maka oleh sebab itu tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah mengembangkan sebuah analisis kebutuhan terhadap layanan bimbingan kelompok berbasis teknologi informasi. Metodelogi penelitian yang digunakan peneliti yakni penelitian dan pengembangan (research and development). Dalam pengembangan model ini instrument pengumpul data yang digunakan peneliti yakni; (1) angket, (2) lembar validasi ahli. Hasil penelitian yakni : (a) tersusunya model hipotetik analisis kebutuhan layanan bimbingan kelompok berbasis teknologi informasi hasil revisi dari masukan para ahli yang telah ditetapkan peneliti kriterianya; (b) kekurangan dari model hipotetik ini ialah peneliti hanya menggunakan 5 tahapan pengembangan yakni : (1) studi pendahuluan. (2) perencanaan, (3) pengembangan hipotetik, (4) penelaahan model hipotetik, (5) revisi model hipotetik, sehingga belum dapat dilihat efektifitas model yang dikembangkan peneliti._______________________________________________________________ Needs analysis is the main and first thing for school counselors to analyze the needs of students. But at the level of implementation the counselor is less efficient in utilizing technology, where most school counselors still analyze the needs of students manually (offline). Though technology for us is knowledge of the use of tools and crafts, and how it affects the ability to control and adapt to their natural environment. So the purpose of this study is therefore to develop a needs analysis of information technology-based group guidance services. The research methodology used by researchers is research and development. In developing this model data collection instruments used by researchers are; (1) questionnaire, (2) expert validation sheet. The results of the study are: (a) the establishment of a hypothetical model of the analysis of the need for revised information technology-based group guidance services from the input of experts who have been determined by the researchers; (b) the shortcomings of this hypothetical model are that researchers only use 5 stages of development namely: (1) preliminary study (2) planning, (3) hypothetical development, (4) hypothetical model review, (5) hypothetical model revision, so that the effectiveness of the model developed by the researcher cannot be seen.

Abstract

Penelitian yang akan dilaksanakan dengan tujuan pengembangan pribadi konselor yang dimana dalam hal ini menjadi fokus utama peneliti dalam melakukan penelitian. Pada tataran pengembangannnya ini nantinya peneliti mengkaji terlebih dahulu tentang nilai-nilai yang terkandung dalam Islam karangan Syech Muhammad Arysad Al-Banjari. Selanjutnya nilai-nilai tersebut diimplementasi dalam pengembangan pribadi konselor. Dipilihnya Islam disini karena peneliti memandang subyek dalam layanan bimbingan dan konseling mayoritas islam khususnya di daerah Kalimantan Selatan. Kemudian dari pada itu pula minimnya kepercayaan public akan kinerja konselor diakibatkan oleh kurangnya kualitas pribadi dari seorang konselor menjadikan peneliti tertarik untuk mengembangkan sebuah model pribadi konselor yang relegius keislaman. Desain penelitian yang digunakan peneliti mengacu pada desain research and develompmentc (R and D) yang dikembangkan oleh Borg and Gall, dimana peneliti dalam mengembangkan pribadi konselor berbasis Islam mengadopsi sepuluh tahapan pengembangan menurut Borg and Gall yang dimodifikasi menjadi lima tahapan, hal ini dilakukan dengan alasan disesuiakan dengan kebutuhan penelitian. lima tahapan tersebut adalah sebagai berikut : (1) studi pendahuluan. (2) perencanaan, (3) pengembangan hipotetik, (4) penelaahan model hipotetik, (5) revisi. Hasil dari penelitian ini yakni tersusunya konsep pengembangan pribadi konselor berbasis islam pada tahapan teruji 1 (akademisi dan praktisi bidang bimbingan dan konseling).

Abstract

This article aims to examine the concept of evidence-based practice in counseling. In the last few decades, service-related professions, such as counseling, are finding new evidence-based practice trends (EBPs). The purpose of using EBP in counseling is to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of mental health services resulting in accountability to the public. The EBP decision-making process in counseling can be through five main stages: developing questions; collecting research results; reviewing evidences critically; select and implement eviden; and monitor progress of changes to clients. Implementation of this phase is a long process and requires the clinical expertise of the counselor in elaborating the collected research results, and the client's needs based on their characteristics, culture, and preferences. To this end, this article recommends the need for special training for counselors to implement evidence-based practice in counseling.

Abstract

Dalam lembaga pemasyarakatan, narapidana termasuk narapidana wanita yang melakukan tindak pidana menghadapi sejumlah permasalahan yang sangat berpengaruh terhadap psikologis mereka. Kehidupan yang dijalani seorang narapidana selama berada di penjara, membuat dirinya menghadapi berbagai masalah psikologis antara lain kehilangan keluarga, kehilangan kontrol diri, kehilangan model, dan kehilangan dukungan. Konsep diri yang positif adalah modal dalam berinteraksi di kehidupanbermasyarakat. Konsep diri positif membuat individu mampu menerima perbedaan antarpribadi dan mengatasi konflik secara konstruktif (Rogers dalam Batista, 2012). Konsep diri yang negatif membawa individu pada perasaan minder, harga diri yang rendah dan memunculkan perilaku yang tidak mendukung interaksi hubungan interpersonal.West dan Turner (2008) mengemukakan definisi konsep diri sebagai halyang ingin ditampilkan individu pada individu lain. Peserta dengan jumlah 30 orang (Peserta Warga Binaan) yang mengikuti pelatihan, umumnya mendapatkan kenaikan skor dari sebelumnya dalam kategori sedang dan meningkat menjadi masuk dalam kategori tinggi, pada skala Self Concept dan pada aspek atau pengukuran Self Acceptance, bisa di lihat dari semua peserta sebanyak 30 orang (Peserta Warga Binaan) yang mengikuti pelatihan, sebelumnya mendapatkan kategori rendah untuk penerimaan diri mereka, setelah mendapatkan pelatiihan mereka lebih bisa menerima keadaan dan menyesuaiakan diri dengan lingkungan selama menjadi Warga Binaan di Lapas Kelas II A Martapura.

Abstract

Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini ialah, masih adanya kecerdasan interpersonal siswa di Mts Al-Azhar yang tergolong kurang, beberapa ciri yang menunjukkan bahwa siswa tersebut kurang dalam kecerdasan interpersonalnya ialah seperti, belum mampu mengambil keputusan dalam menyelesaikan masalah, kurang bisa menghargai orang lain, dll. Tujuan penelitian ini ialah, untuk mengetahui kecerdasan interpersonal siswa antara sebelum dan sesudah diberikan perlakuan, serta apakah layanan bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik permainan dapat meningkatkan kecerdasan interpersonal siswa kelas VIII di Mts Al-Azhar Kecamatan Alalak Kabupaten Barito Kuala tahun 2017/2018. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode eksperimen. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu penelitian pre-eksperimental design, dengan menggunakan rancangan one group pretes and post-test. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 8 siswa kelas VIII Mts Al-Azhar Kecamatan Alalak Kabupaten Barito Kuala yang masih kurang dalam kecerdasan interpersonalnya. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan ialah uji wilcoxon signed ranks test. Dari hasil analisis statistik menggunakan uji Wilcoxon Signed Rank diperoleh hasil Zhitung sebesar -2.521 dengan taraf signifikansi 5% yaitu 0,05 dan Asymp.Sig = .012. Karena nilai Asymp.Sig = .012 < 0.05, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa layanan bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik permainan dapat meningkatkan kecerdasan interpersonal siswa.
