Abstract

This study aims to develop animated video-based teaching materials for the subject of Islamic Cultural History (SKI) for grade V at MI Tarbiyatul Athfal Sera Tengah Bluto Sumenep using Research and Development with the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). This study was conducted to overcome the limitations of conventional teaching materials that are less interesting and interactive. The trial involved 7 grade V students and validation was carried out by teaching material experts and language experts to ensure the quality and clarity of the material. The validation results by language experts showed an average value of 4 out of 4, while the teaching material experts provided several revisions before the teaching materials were declared valid. Data analysis through pre-test and post-test as well as questionnaires showed a significant increase in student understanding after using animated video-based teaching materials. As many as 90% of students found it easier to understand the material, and teachers stated that this teaching material was very helpful in learning. The revisions made included adding visual illustrations, improving voice narration, and optimizing video duration. The final product shows very good criteria with an average score of 3.5 out of 4 in terms of material clarity, animation quality, and student engagement.

Abstract

There are two types of communication that we need to know, including individual communication and group communication which are packaged in two versions, namely verbal and non-verbal. Communication between individuals is communication that involves 2 people in conveying information or messages that are carried out verbally and non-verbally or can be said to be delivered directly (face to face), while communication between groups is communication carried out by 2 or more people verbally or non-verbally which takes place in groups that have the same goals, the same interactions and can get to know each other in placing a group. Verbal communication is a type of communication that is delivered in writing, both in terms of ideas, thoughts, decisions that are summarized in writing, listening and also reading. While the type of non-verbal communication is a type of communication that is presented without words, writing, listening or reading, the process of conveying non-verbal information through eye contact, facial expressions, body, proximity, proverbs, touch and how to dress. The method used is (library research). Literature study is a series of activities related to data collection and libraries, reading, recording and processing research materials. The results of this paper are: analyzing verbal and non-verbal communication to find out about clear, simple and easy-to-understand conversations that are all summarized and arranged in textbooks and journals to be used as guidelines in compiling and writing this work.

Abstract

The nature of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) research includes an in-depth understanding of the methods and approaches used to explore various aspects of religious education. PAI research aims to identify, analyze, and provide solutions to issues related to the teaching and learning process, curriculum, and the impact of education on student character development. This study aims to explore the nature of the Islamic Religious Education research method, by using a literature review, this study is expected to be able to provide a detailed explanation by referring to several strong and accountable literatures. The results of this study indicate that the Islamic Religious Education research method is a scientific way to obtain data or information from the Qur'an, al-Hadith and the opinions of scholars and Islamic education experts as they are and not as they should be with certain goals and uses. The characteristics of scientific research include: Having a Purpose, Systematic, Empirical, Objectivity, Critical, Generalizability, and Replicability, while the types of PAI research methods are generally divided into 5 types, namely; Qualitative Method, Quantitative Method, Survey Method, Expos Facto Method, and Descriptive Method

Abstract

Grade VIII students at MTs Al-Ghafur have low comprehension skills. After being analysed, the cause is because the teaching materials used are not in accordance with the needs of students. The purpose of this study is to develop ICT-based PAI teaching materials according to the needs of students so that there is an increase in their interest in learning and increase their understanding.  The teaching materials to be developed in this study are based on learning videos on the Jurisprudence material of the Grant chapter. This type of research uses the Riseacrh and Development (R&D) approach. This research and development procedure uses the ADDIE model. Data collection techniques use qualitative descriptive validation which will ultimately describe the results of teaching materials. Data collected through instruments during the trial were analysed using statistics. The results of this study indicate that teaching materials with this learning video are very feasible to use. Judging from the results of validation conducted by experts 87.5% and from the results of student responses 96.67%. So the learning video developed in class VIII is effective for increasing student interest in learning so that it encourages increased student understanding. It can be concluded that learning video teaching materials can be used according to student needs.

Abstract

Pesantren as a traditional Islamic educational institution in Madura has an important role in shaping the character of the local community. The focus of this study is to examine in depth the history of the birth of pesantren in Madura and its relationship to the reformation from perdikan to pesantren. By using the library study method, this study is expected to explore the transformation of pesantren in Madura as a response to social change. The results of the study indicate that the Islamization Process in Madura can be said to be an effort to preach that began between the 7th century and the 15th century, basically questions such as when, who, and how the beginning of pesantren in Madura are not easy to answer. However, in general, there are two paths that can be seen in the process of Islamization and the beginning of pesantren in Madura, namely the royal path and the path of the da'i or sunan. The role of perdikan in the development of pesantren in the early days was to free land used for religion, holy places, and services provided by the king. The function of this pesantren is exempt from state taxes. Because the land used is for religious interests as well as having the right to regulate its regional autonomy. Perdikan land has a significant influence on the development of Islamic boarding schools in Madura. By utilizing land optimally, Islamic boarding schools can not only improve the quality of education provided, but also contribute to strengthening the community and economic independence of the surrounding community.

Abstract

There are clear differences between quantitative and qualitative research. Therefore, it is important for novice researchers to understand the components of quantitative research.  Many consider this research very difficult because it involves numbers in it. The purpose of this study is to explain the components of quantitative research to make it easier for novice researchers. The method in this study uses a conceptual approach with descriptive analysis. Problems in quantitative research are clear and not temporary. The classification of problems is a) descriptive problems, b) comparative problems c) associative problems. The variable that causes other variables is called the independent variable (X). The variable that is the result of causing other variables is called the independent variable (Y). The population is all subjects involved in the generalisation of the object. While the sample is part of the population. Taking it with sampling techniques. The theory of quantitative contains basic concepts relevant to problems and variables. The goal is to formulate hypotheses and instruments. Quantitative hypothesis is a temporary research conjecture. The form is Ha indicates the presence and H0 indicates the absence. Data from quantitative is statistical analysis.

Abstract

This research aims to examine various methods that are often used in qualitative research. Qualitative data has the advantage of providing an in-depth understanding of the experiences, views and social context or individuals being studied. The method used in this research is library research where researchers obtain data from supporting literature and then analyze and describe it to make it easier to understand. The results of this research show that there are three qualitative data collection methods that are often used. The three methods are observation, interviews and documentation. Observation is used to observe existing phenomena and record the findings. Interviews are used to collect data by asking several questions to informants. And documentation is carried out to obtain data by utilizing written documents, archives, images, videos, and so on. These three collection methods have their respective advantages and disadvantages. It is hoped that this study can serve as a guide for researchers in choosing appropriate qualitative data collection methods to obtain a thorough and accurate understanding of the topic being researched.
