Abstract

Mewujudkan kampung wisata merupakan cita-cita yang menantang. Banyak yang perlu disiapkan, dilakukan, dan dikembangkan. Motivasi dan keterlibatan semua pihak mutlak diperlukan. Pengenalan potensi, personal branding kampung wisata, pengelolaan secara terintegrasi, dan promosi secara online dan offline mutlak perlu dilakukan. Berbagai usaha pengembangan diri dengan belajar dari mitra bisnis merupakan langkah yang perlu dilakukan. Namun semuanya perlu ditopang oleh semangat pantang menyerah utuk menempuh perjalanan panjang yang berkesinambungan. Pelatihan mengenai motivasi perlu dilakukan. Selain itu, keterampilan digital marketing juga perlu selalu dikembangkan. Pengurus bersama warga kampung wisata tidak boleh bosan memposting kampung wisata dengan berbagai aktivitas dan paket wisata yang ditawarkan. Hasil kegiatan ini adalah semakin meningkatnya minat dan motivasi warga untuk mengembangkan Kampung Wisata Sawah Durimanis dan semakin banyak warga yang bersedia melakukan pemasaran di media sosial mereka

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of organizational commitment and employee engagement on turnover intention, both directly and indirectly, among millennial workers in the hospitality industry. The independent variables in this study are organizational commitment and employee engagement. Turnover intention as the dependent variable and job satisfaction as the mediating variable. A sample of 300 respondents was taken purposively from millennial generation workers in the hospitality industry, especially hotels. Data was collected using a questionnaire distributed online via social media by sharing a google form link with target respondents. After the data was collected, the Hayes macro model regression analysis was carried out using the SPSS process to carry out hypothesis testing. After testing, the results showed that organizational commitment and job satisfaction had no effect on turnover intention, while employee engagement had a direct effect on turnover intention. Apart from testing turnover intention, testing was also carried out on the job satisfaction variable as a dependent variable. The results prove that organizational commitment and employee engagement have a positive effect on job satisfaction. However, job satisfaction is proven not to mediate the influence of organizational commitment and employee engagement on turnover intention of millennial workers in the hospitality industry.

Abstract

Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) yang dilakukan bertujuan untuk menerapkan kerangka kerja metodologis hibrida dengan menggabungkan Analisis SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) untuk diagnosis strategis dengan pendekatan Design Thinking untuk inovasi sosial dalam program pemberdayaan UMKM pengrajin bambu di Indonesia. Pengabdian ini menggunakan metodologi studi kasus kualitatif tunggal dengan pendekatan participatory action research (penelitian tindakan partisipatif), penelitian ini berfokus pada UMKM Pengrajin Bambu Cebongan di Padukuhan Sendari, Sleman, Yogyakarta. Pengumpulan data primer dilakukan melalui wawancara semi-terstruktur, observasi partisipatif langsung selama lokakarya, dan analisis diagnostik formal (SWOT). Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat dengan mitra kelompok usaha pengelola Pengrajin bambu sendari cebongan mendapat sambutan cukup baik terbukti penggrajin dan pedagang cukup antusias untuk mengikuti berbagai pertemuan dan sosialisasi pengabdi. Ini menunjukkan adanya semangat untuk semakin maju dan menglobal kedepannya. Kedepannya perlu di lanjutkan untuk lebih memahamkan kepada pengrajin khususnya tentang teknis penggunaan media sosial sebagai media yang cukup handal untuk pemasaran digital saat ini. Perlu terus ditingkatkan pemahaman digitalisasi worshop ini sehingga akan mampu menglobal dan akhirnya pengajin bambu sendari Cebongan ini di masa mendatang dapat dan mampu ekspor ke pasar internasional secara rutin.

Abstract

Batik Kebon Indah is the name of a batik business managed by some villagers in Kebon village, Bayat sub-district, Klaten Regency, Central Java. This batik business is managed by one of the village residents involving 15 batik craftsmen. Soiciopreuner's main products are handmade batik and printed batik in cloth form. During and after the Covid 19 pandemic, sales of Kebon Indah batik stopped, because the main consumers were foreign tourists who came directly to the production location to see the batik making process. Another problem that occurs is that Sociopreneur members are mothers/women who rarely use social media which can actually be used to promote their products anywhere. For this reason, the service team provides training which objective of this community service is to train the members of Sociopreuner Batik Kebon Indah to make use of social media platforms to promote their products. The results of the training show the enthusiasm of the training participants, it is proven that several training participants have started to promote their products regularly through social media: Instagram, Facebook and TikTok. The followers and viewers visiting the training participants' social media increased. By increasing the number of followers and viewers on the platform, it is hoped that it can increase product sales and increase guest visits to the batik product show room.
