Abstract

Dusun Watu VII RT 8 Argomulyo, Sedayu, Bantul geographical area is suitable for empon-empon farming. Empon-empon is the raw material for making jamu (herbal medicine). Most of the population of Dusun Watu also has competency in making herbal medicine and is involved in the herbal medicine production business, either as groups or individually. One of them is the Jamu Mulya Sari Abadigroup. Production of herbal medicine before the COVID-19 pandemic, which was absorbed by the asset market when nominalized, reached 15 million rupiahs. This number has decreased drastically to around 5-6 million Rupiah, during the COVID-19 pandemic. The numbers have started to increase post-COVID-19 pandemic, but are not yet significant and still far from pre-COVID-19numbers. The absence of online marketing and business financial management became the basis for the community service team to provide training and mentoring in managing MSME scale business finances and developing marketing strategies through digital marketing. The training and mentoringare aimed at increasing the capacity of the JamuMulya Sari Abadi herbal medicine group so that it is expected to be able to manage its business optimally, as well as the products could reach a wider market. In this way, it is expected to increase revenue, and for the future impact, the Jamu Mulya Sari Abadi business could grow and be sustainable.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh disiplin kerja, konflik kerja, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu seluruh tenaga kerja di PT. Alif’s Bakery and Cookies di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan analisis dengan regresi linear berganda. Responden pada penelitian ini berjumlah 65 responden yaitu karyawan di PT. Alif’s Bakery and Cookies di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan hasil kuesioner yang sudah diuji validitas dan realibilitas bahwa semua pertanyaan valid dan reliabel. Pada uji asumsi klasik yaitu uji normalitas data kurang berdistribusi normal. Selain itu, pada uji asumsi klasik tidak ditermukan multikolinearitas dan tidak ada gejala heteroskedasitas. Selanjutnya pada uji t dan uji F diketahui bahwa disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja, konflik kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja, lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja, dan secara bersama-sama disiplin, konflik, dan lingkungan kerja tidak berpengaruh.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh stres kerja, motivasi kerja, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap performa pegawai di More Vapor Yogyakarta. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif melalui penyebaran kuesioner. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh dimana semua populasi dalam penelitian ini dijadikan sampel berjumlah 60 responden. Alat analisis data yang digunakan dalam uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, dan pengujian hipotesis menggunakan SPSS 25. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan stres kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap performa kerja, motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap performa kerja, lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap performa kerja, stress kerja, motivasi kerja, dan lingkungan kerja secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap performa kerja karyawan More Vapor.

Abstract

Purposive random sampling was used to obtain 97 samples for the study. The research findings show that: 1. Price has no visible impact on the desire to repurchase Selsun shampoo products on the Shopee e-commerce platform; 2. Product Variety has no visible impact on the desire to repurchase Selsun shampoo products on the Shopee e-commerce platform; 3. Customer Experience significantly increases the desire to repurchase Selsun shampoo products on the Shopee e-commerce platform; and 4. Price, Product Variety, and Customer Experience significantly increase the desire to repurchase Selsun shampoo products on the Shopee e-commerce platform. Price, Product Variety, and Customer Experience together influence the desire to repurchase Selsun shampoo products on the Shopee e-commerce platform.

Abstract

Folk tales that embody local wisdom hold rich cultural and traditional value. However, they are often less appealing to Generation Z. Having grown up in the digital era and being exposed to global culture, Generation Z tends to be more drawn to modern and international content. They spend a significant amount of time in the digital world, particularly on social media. Therefore, social media can serve as an effective strategy for introducing folk tales and local wisdom to Generation Z. This study focuses on designing illustrated stories that both entertain and educate Generation Z about folk tales and local wisdom through a Carousel format on the Instagram platform. Data for this study were collected through observation, interviews, documentation, and literature review. The design methodology employed is Design Thinking, which involves five key stages: empathize, define, ideate, prototype, and test. The outcome of this study is the illustrated story "Ompung Silamponga," presented in portrait format with a size of 1080 x 1350 pixels and consisting of 10 slides. This work successfully conveys folk tales in an educational manner through the visual medium of a Carousel. By leveraging New Media, local wisdom stories can be presented in a more engaging, relevant, and relatable way for Generation Z, enabling them to better appreciate and preserve valuable local wisdom.

Abstract

Subjek penelitian ini adalah 593 mahasiswa Program Kelas Karyawan Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Mercu Buana, Yogyakarta. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji pengaruh beban kerja, stres, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap tingkat turnover. Sampel penelitian diambil dengan metode perhitungan Solvin dengan margin of error 10%. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda, validitas, reliabilitas, uji hipotesis, asumsi tradisional, dan koefisien determinasi. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa semua variabel independen, beban kerja, stres, dan lingkungan, memiliki pengaruh terhadap target turnover, meskipun tidak signifikan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of live streaming, online customer reviews, and viral marketing on purchasing decisions of Purbasari products by Generation Z on the e-commerce platforms: TikTok Shop and Shopee. The rapid development of information and communication technology, Generation Z are very connected to technology tend to search for information and make transactions online. The research method used is quantitative with primary data collection through questionnaires distributed to 100 respondents. The results of the analysis show that live broadcasts and viral marketing have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions, while online customer reviews show a positive but insignificant influence. This study provides insight for business practitioners in optimizing digital marketing strategies, especially in utilizing live streaming and viral marketing features to increase interaction with consumers. The results of this study are expected to be a reference for further research in the field of digital marketing and consumer behavior.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas produk, harga terhadap minat pembelian ulang Hasil Hutan Kayu (HHK) dengan keputusan pembelian melalui E-commerce toko perhutani sebagai variabel intervening pada Kesatuan Bisnis Mandiri (KBM) Perum Perhutani Divisi Regional Jawa Tengah. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif (kuesioner) dan kualitatif (wawancara), sampel yang digunakan adalah 86 responden dengan karakteristik konsumen yang melakukan kegiatan pembelian kayu pada platfrom toko perhutani, alat analisis data yang digunakan dalam uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, pengujian hipotesis menggunakan program Smart (PLS) versi 3.20 dengan berbasis pendekatan Variance Based Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan metode purposive random sampling. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan kualitas produk terhadap minat pembelian ulang dan keputusan pembelian tidak berpengaruh signifikan. Sedangkan harga terhadap minat pembelian ulang dan keputusan pembelian berpengaruh positif dan signifikan. Dalam hal variabel intervening kualitas produk tidak berpengaruh terhadap minat pembelian ulang melalui keputusan pembelian sehingga tidak dapat memediasi lebih variabel tersebut, sedangkan harga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat pembelian ulang melalui keputusan pembelian sehingga variabel keputusan pembelian dapat memediasi variabel tersebut Keywords: Kualitas Produk, Harga, Keputusan Pembelian, Minat Pembelian Ulang

Abstract

This study aims to determine and test the influence of Compensation (X1), Work Motivation (X2), and Workload (X3) on Employee Performance (Y), with the object of research being employees in the Department of Human Resources and General Affairs of PT Madu Baru. The research design used is quantitative with sampling techniques using non-probability sampling methods with saturated sampling techniques. Data collection was carried out through a questionnaire distributed offline to 77 respondents. Validity was tested using factor analysis, reliability was tested using Alpha Cronbach calculations, and data normality was tested using the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression using SPSS software. The results showed that compensation had a negative effect on employee performance, work motivation had a positive effect on employee performance, workload had a positive effect on employee performance, and overall compensation, work motivation, and workload had a simultaneous effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi, beban kerja, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Girinaga Bintang Utama, sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang produksi triplek. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei melalui kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada 90 responden yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan regresi linear berganda melalui bantuan SPSS versi 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel kompensasi, beban kerja, dan lingkungan kerja masing-masing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Selain itu, ketiga variabel tersebut juga secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan kompensasi yang adil, pembagian beban kerja yang proporsional, serta lingkungan kerja yang kondusif memiliki peran penting dalam meningkatkan produktivitas dan kinerja karyawan.
