Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kesiapan dan minat mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Akuntansi FKIP Universitas Sebelas Maret (UNS) dalam pelaksanaan program Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM). Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus, melibatkan wawancara mendalam untuk memahami perspektif mahasiswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan variasi signifikan dalam kesiapan mahasiswa, di mana banyak yang merasa kurang mendapatkan informasi memadai tentang MBKM. Informasi yang terbatas dan tidak terstruktur dari program studi serta kurangnya bimbingan dan penyuluhan mempengaruhi kesiapan akademik mereka. Dari segi minat, mahasiswa menunjukkan variasi yang luas, dipengaruhi oleh pemahaman tentang program, manfaat yang diperoleh, dan pengalaman pribadi. Minat rendah disebabkan oleh penempatan yang tidak sesuai, seperti di SD daripada di SMA atau SMK yang lebih relevan, serta beban tugas kuliah dan kekhawatiran tentang gangguan waktu kuliah. Penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa peningkatan kesiapan dan minat mahasiswa dalam program MBKM memerlukan informasi yang lebih lengkap dan terstruktur, perbaikan fasilitas pendukung, serta bimbingan dan penyuluhan yang memadai dari Program Studi Pendidikan Akuntansi UNS. Dukungan yang lebih baik akan meningkatkan kesiapan dan motivasi mahasiswa, mendukung tujuan utama program ini dalam memberikan pengalaman belajar holistik dan relevan dengan kebutuhan dunia kerja.

Abstract

Community Service Activities for Basic Accounting Learning Innovation with a Business Coaching Method Approach involves business coaching practices for teachers of accounting and finance professional programs, to show ways that learning models can be applied with fun methods, a comfortable atmosphere, and encouraging students to be active and responsive to the material presented by the teacher. The partner in this activity is the MGMP of Accounting Teachers in Boyolali Regency, Central Java. The solution provided is business coaching for teachers of MGMP Accounting Teachers in Boyolali Regency. The objectives of this activity are to improve accounting teachers' understanding of accounting products, to improve teachers' ability to design accounting products, to use computers for designing accounting products, to use spreadsheets as a tool, and to encourage teachers to collaborate with workplace partners in assessing accounting product needs. The benefits of this activity include increased teacher competence in accounting and finance subjects. Implementing the service is through five stages: conducting pre-tests, training in business coaching methods, mentoring, monitoring and evaluation, and reporting. This activity increases the competence of subject teachers in accounting and finance programs in developing various learning methods for accounting subjects by the requirements of the Merdeka Curriculum, so it is hoped that students can better understand accounting practices in the business world.

Abstract

Teaching factory model learning is applied to create vocational education graduates who are competent and ready to work in facing the competitive labor market. The purpose of evaluating the implementation of the teaching factory is to determine the suitability of the implementation of the teaching factory with the guidelines for the implementation of the teaching factory. In addition, knowing the obstacles and solutions in their implementation according to the understanding of the teaching factory manager in the school. Using a qualitative approach with a case study on the Stigma Resto Teaching Factory by conducting interviews with PIC, Waka for Public Relations, and Waka for Curriculum. The interview was conducted to obtain information in the form of the main components of the teaching factory, namely the Block Schedule, Goods/Services Products, and Jobsheets. The information obtained shows that the implementation of the teaching factory is carried out according to the understanding and ability of managers who try to adopt the concept of the teaching factory model but are not fully in accordance with the Teaching Factory Implementation Guidelines of the Directorate of Vocational Development.
