The culture Digital Natives Generations (DNG) are important considerations for lecturers in designing their courses because they are a generation that is very familiar with the technology. The DNG will feel pressured if the learning process is similar to that of the previous generation. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to examine the effect of cultural values in the classroom that may lead to the academic stress of DNG. The research uses quantitative research methods. The instruments of cultural values in the classroom refer to Hofstede's cultural dimension, while Academic Stress (AS) refers to Gadzella’s Student-Life Stress Inventory, with 152 respondents representing students at Sebelas Maret University Indonesia. Data analysis was performed using simple regression analysis with the aid of MINITAB. The results show that there are significant influence of cultural values in the classroom Power Distance (PD), collectivism individualism (CI), feminism masculinity (FM), uncertainty avoidance (UAI), and long-term orientation (LTO) on AS (p < 0.05). The results of the study could be utilized to determine the cultural values in the classroom that could be incorporated into the design of learning models so as to minimize the AS of DNG at higher education.

Records management has a significant impact on the smooth running of administration. Inaccuracy in records management can cause detrimental problems for the organization. Archives management at PT Jamkrindo is still experiencing several problems. Several transaction files and credit guarantee files have piled up so that many files are lost and hidden. Many archives have not been managed well in work units. Archives still appear to be mixed between archives that are still needed (active archives) and archives that are no longer needed (inactive archives). The purpose of this activity is to find out the extent of the effectiveness of the Filing System: Benefits of the Numerical Filing System (Number System) in PT Jamkrindo Solo Branch Transaction Documents. This research uses observation, literature study and design methods. The results of the activity show that based on a literature study conducted regarding archive management, a filing system was found that could be implemented by PT Jamkrindo Solo Branch, namely by implementing a filing system based on chronological filing system and numbers (numerical filing system.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan kecerdasan emosional dan self-esteem dengan prestasi belajar jurnal penyesuaian pada siswa SMK. Terdapat dua variabel dalam penelitian ini yaitu variabel bebas berupa kecerdasan emosional dan self-esteem dan variabel terikat berupa prestasi belajar jurnal penyesuaian. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif korelasional. Responden penelitian ini adalah siswa Program Keahlian Akuntansi dan Keuangan Lembaga di salah satu SMK di Karanganyar sebanyak 84 siswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah model korelasi. Hasil penelitian ini adalah (1) terdapat hubungan positif antara kecerdasan emosional dengan prestasi belajar jurnal penyesuaian pada siswa SMK. Hal ini ditunjukkan pada nilai sig. sebesar 0,010 (p-value < 0,05) dan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,278; (2) terdapat hubungan positif antara self-esteem dengan prestasi belajar jurnal penyesuaian pada siswa SMK. Hal ini ditunjukkan pada nilai sig. sebesar 0,003 (p-value < 0,05) dan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,325; (3) terdapat hubungan positif antara kecerdasan emosional dan self-esteem dengan prestasi belajar jurnal penyesuaian pada siswa SMK. Hal ini ditunjukkan pada nilai signifikansi menunjukkan 0,002 (p-value < 0,05) dan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,371; (4) pengaruh kecerdasan emosional dan self-esteem dengan prestasi belajar jurnal penyesuaian sebesar 13,9%.Kata kunci: kecerdasan emosional, self-esteem, prestasi belajar

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh antara learning agility terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa program keahlian akuntansi pada SMK Negeri di karanganyar. Variabel bebas (X) dalam penelitian ini yaitu learning agility dan variabel terikat (Y) yaitu kesiapan kerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif korelasional. Responden penelitian ini adalah siswa Program Keahlian Akuntansi dan Keuangan Lembaga pada SMK Negeri di Karanganyar sebanyak 137 siswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan random sampling. Data dikumpulkan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner. Uji prasyarat menggunakan uji normalitas One Sample Kolmogorov Smirnov dan uji linearitas deviation from linearity pada taraf 0,05. Uji hipotesis yang digunakan adalah uji t atau t-test. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian secara parsial (uji t) diketahui bahwa nilai signifikansi variabel learning agility (X) sebesar 0,001 < 0,05 dengan nilai koefisien determinasi yang sebesar 0,649 atau 64,9% besarnya kontribusi yang diberikan variabel learning agility terhadap variabel kesiapan kerja. Dari hasil uji t dari setiap indikator dalam learning agility (people agility, result agility, mental agility, dan change agility) menunjukan bahwa setiap indikator berpengaruh terhadap kesiapan kerja. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa learning agility berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kesiapan kerja.Kata kunci: Kesiapan Kerja, Learning Agility, Akuntansi

As an effort to restore the quality of learning during the pandemic, the Government issued the Merdeka Curriculum. One of the main characteristics of the independent curriculum is Project Based Learning (PjBL) for the development of soft skills and character according to the Pancasila student profile. Because this independent curriculum is still new, many teachers are not ready to implement PjBL properly. This Community Service activity aims to improve the readiness of teachers, members of the Accounting MGMP in the city of Surakarta, in implementing Project Based Learning (PjBL) in Vocational High Schools (SMK). The implementation of activities uses the Training and Assistance method whose planning is based on existing problems and during the process reflection and evaluation are carried out. This activity can increase teacher awareness of the importance of PjBL in the implementation of the Independent Curriculum; increase teacher understanding in planning PjBL; motivating teachers to implement PjBL in their teaching, so that the students having Pancasila Student Profile and Work Culture. The recommendation given is that training and mentoring should be carried out on an ongoing basis, teachers are given examples of good practices for implementing PjBL, so that it can make it easier for teachers to plan and implement PjBL properly.

This study aims to examine: (1) the relationship between internship experience and the job readiness of Accounting Education students; (2) the relationship between students' career planning and the job readiness of Accounting Education students; (3) the relationship between internship experience and career planning with the job readiness of Accounting Education students. The population of this study consists of 143 students and sample of 105 students was selected using the Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling technique. This study employs a descriptive quantitative method. Data on internship experience, career planning, and student job readiness were obtained through questionnaires. The prerequisite tests used were linearity test, normality test, and multicollinearity test. The data analysis techniques used were simple correlation, multiple correlation, and coefficient of determination. The results of the study indicate that (1) there is a relationship between internship experience and the job readiness of Accounting Education students; (2) there is a relationship between students' career planning and the job readiness of Accounting Education students; (3) there is a relationship between internship experience and career planning with the job readiness of Accounting Education students. Therefore, it can be concluded that there is a relationship between internship experience and career planning with students' job readiness.

This research aims to test the differences in the critical thinking abilities of students taught using problem-based learning with the help of Quizizz compared to students taught using problem-based learning in trading company accounting subjects. The population of this research was class XI Accounting and Finance at State Vocational Schools, 72 students using the Purposive Sampling technique. This research uses a quasi-experimental research approach. Student critical thinking data was obtained through a pretest and a posttest. The prerequisite tests used are the normality test and the homogeneity test. The data analysis techniques used are the independent t-test, paired sample t-test, and n-gain test. The results of the research show that there is an effect of the problem-based learning model with the help of Quizizz on students' critical thinking abilities at state vocational schools. Thus, it can be concluded that there is an effect of the problem-based learning model with the help of Quizizz on students' critical thinking abilities at state vocational schools. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh persepsi siswa tentang kompetensi kepribadian guru terhadap motivasi belajar siswa akuntansi dan keuangan lembaga. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif kausalitas. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X – XI Akuntansi dan Keuangan Lembaga SMK Negeri di Surakarta. Sampel yang diambil dari populasi untuk digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 104 siswa menggunakan teknik proportionate stratified random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner yang digunakan pada variabel persepsi siswa tentang kompetensi kepribadian guru dan variabel motivasi belajar siswa. Keabsahan instrumen kuesioner penelitian dilakukan melalui uji validitas isi dan validitas konstruk dengan menggunakan rumus correlation product moment. Uji reliabilitas instrumen kuesioner penelitian menggunakan pengujian internal consistency dengan teknik rumus Cronbach’s Alpha. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif, analisis regresi linier sederhana, uji t, dan uji koefisiensi determinasi. Hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh persepsi siswa tentang kompetensi kepribadian guru terhadap motivasi belajar siswa akuntansi dan keuangan lembaga. Hal tersebut ditunjukkan dari perolehan nilai signifikasi uji t sebesar 0.000 (Sig < 0,05).

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji secara empiris apakah keterampilan pedagogis, keterampilan belajar mandiri, pembelajaran kolaboratif, dan pembelajaran dengan bantuan teman sejawat merupakan faktor yang signifikan dalam memengaruhi keterlibatan siswa. Penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif desain survei, dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XII IPS di SMA Negeri 1 Karanganyar. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sejumlah 104 siswa dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis faktor konfirmatori dengan menggunakan software SPSS Amos Version 26.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan (1) Keterampilan pedagogis berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap keterlibatan siswa dengan nilai p-value < 0,05 dan nilai estimate loading factor 1,000; (2) Keterampilan belajar mandiri berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap keterlibatan siswa dengan nilai p-value < 0,05 dan nilai estimate loading factor 0,900; (3) Pembelajaran kolaboratif berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap keterlibatan siswa dengan nilai p-value < 0,05 dan nilai estimate loading factor 0,980; (4) Pembelajaran dengan bantuan teman sejawat berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap keterlibatan siswa dengan nilai p-value < 0,05 dan nilai estimate loading factor 0,944; Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa keempat faktor tersebut harus dipertimbangkan bagi guru yang membelajarkan menggunakan Problem Based Learninguntuk meningkatkan keterlibatan siswa.
