Abstract

Active learning plays a vital role in learning because it can affect student learning outcomes. However, teachers still use conventional learning methods or teacher-centered learning. This study aimed to analyze the increase in student activity, student response, and student learning outcomes using the Think Pair Share (TPS) learning method. This type of research is a pre-experimental design with a one-group pretest-posttest design. The sample in this study was 35 students. Data collection methods used observation, tests, and questionnaires with instruments including student activity observation sheets, pre-test, and post-test questions, and student response questionnaire sheets. Data were analyzed using a quantitative descriptive method. Based on the research results, the results of student learning activities showed a percentage of 78% at meeting 1 increased to 84.64% at meeting 2. The TPS learning method received very good responses from students. A percentage of 81.56% indicated this. Student learning outcomes in the pre-test by 31% increased to 100% in the post-test results. Applying the TPS learning method could increase student activity, response, and learning outcomes in vocational fashion subjects.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji keterampilan kolaborasi mahasiswa rumpun pendidikan ekonomi di salah Universitas Sebelas Maret (UNS) serta mengkaji perbedaan keterampilan kolaborasi berdasarkan program studi dan jenis kelaminnya. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian jenis kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh mahasiswa rumpun pendidikan ekonomi angkatan 2020 – 2023 yang terdiri dari program studi Pendidikan Akuntansi, Pendidikan Ekonomi, dan Pendidikan Administrasi Perkantoran sebanyak 1.127 mahasiswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah proportionate stratified random sampling, dengan total sampel sebanyak 295 mahasiswa. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen non tes berupa angket untuk mengukur keterampilan kolaborasi mahasiswa. Analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan statistik deskriptif, One Way Anova, dan Independent Sample T-test. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa secara keseluruhan keterampilan kolaborasi mahasiswa rumpun pendidikan ekonomi UNS berada pada kategori sangat tinggi. Indikator yang memiliki capaian tertinggi adalah indikator menunjukan sikap saling menghargai dan indikator yang memiliki capaian terendah adalah indikator bekerja secara produktif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan pada tingkat signifikansi 5% untuk keterampilan kolaborasi mahasiswa rumpun pendidikan ekonomi UNS baik berdasarkan program studi maupun jenis kelaminnya.

Abstract

The rapid technological advancements have significantly impacted various aspects of life, including the field of Education. Among the changes that have occurred is the replacement of conventional methods previously used with computer technology as a learning medium. An example of this transformation is the utilization of a CNC simulator, which enables students to visualize models and concepts in a tangible form. A CNC simulator is a computer program that functions as a simulator, displaying three-dimensional images and equipped with operational buttons similar to an actual CNC machine. The CNC simulator is capable of simulating the setup and operation of a CNC machine, which is the process of automating and controlling the movement of manufacturing machines using digital technology. In practical CNC learning, the use of digital tools such as simulators can provide engaging, flexible, and effective experiences, especially in enhancing learning outcomes. Therefore the objective of this paper is to reevaluate the significance of incorporating Android-based 2A CNC simulator learning media in enhancing student achievement in the productive CNC subject. The method used in this study is literature review which encompasses theories, findings, and research articles conducted by previous scholars in the field.

Abstract

Community Service Activities for Basic Accounting Learning Innovation with a Business Coaching Method Approach involves business coaching practices for teachers of accounting and finance professional programs, to show ways that learning models can be applied with fun methods, a comfortable atmosphere, and encouraging students to be active and responsive to the material presented by the teacher. The partner in this activity is the MGMP of Accounting Teachers in Boyolali Regency, Central Java. The solution provided is business coaching for teachers of MGMP Accounting Teachers in Boyolali Regency. The objectives of this activity are to improve accounting teachers' understanding of accounting products, to improve teachers' ability to design accounting products, to use computers for designing accounting products, to use spreadsheets as a tool, and to encourage teachers to collaborate with workplace partners in assessing accounting product needs. The benefits of this activity include increased teacher competence in accounting and finance subjects. Implementing the service is through five stages: conducting pre-tests, training in business coaching methods, mentoring, monitoring and evaluation, and reporting. This activity increases the competence of subject teachers in accounting and finance programs in developing various learning methods for accounting subjects by the requirements of the Merdeka Curriculum, so it is hoped that students can better understand accounting practices in the business world.

Abstract

: Independence of disabilities is a necessity. This paper is a deskriptive research of vocational life skills learning to improve entrepreneurial skills in SMALB for the deaf. Data collection was conducted through interviews with teachers and distributing questionnaires to students of SMALB Data was collected through observations and interviews with 20 students at SMALB Santi Rama and Pangudi Luhur Jakarta. The results of the observation showed that students preferred Information and Communication Technology (ICT) subjects and had a high interest in working in that field. The obstacle faced was that the abilities possessed by students were not always the same as the design that had been made. The solution to overcome these obstacles is to develop learning methods that are adjusted to the abilities of each student and to hold programs to improve the abilities and skills of teachers. Follow-up in the implementation of the learning program is to involve students in entrepreneurial activities, training or certified internships in the business world and industry (DUDI) and actively participate in various competitions both at home and abroad.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi persepsi mahasiswa pendidikan akuntansi terkait pemicu kecurangan akademik dan sejauh mana praktik kecurangan akademik mahasiswa pendidikan akuntansi. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian survey dengan pendekatan kuantitatif untuk mengeksplorasi bentuk dan pemicu kecurangan akademik yang biasanya dilakukan mahasiswa selama proses pembelajaran. Data dalam penelitian ini dikumpulkan melalui angket dengan melibatkan 104 mahasiswa pendidikan akuntansi di Surakarta sebagai responden. Analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa masih terlibat dalam berbagai bentuk kecurangan seperti cheating, plagiarism, fabrication, dan facilitation. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa kecurangan yang dilakukan mahasiswa disebabkan berbagai pemicu seperti, pressure, opportunity, rationalization, capability, dan arrogance. Penelitian ini menjadi dasar penelitian selanjutnya bagi praktisi pendidikan dalam mendesain pembelajaran yang mempertimbangkan dimensi pressure, opportunity, rationalization, capability, dan arrogance untuk meminimalisir terjadinya kecurangan.

Abstract

This research aims to develop and validate a Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS)-based assessment instrument for Chemistry learning at MAN 2 Kota Madiun. The study adopts a Research and Development (R&D) approach using the Borg and Gall model, which involves stages of needs analysis, product design, expert validation, limited trials, wider implementation, and revision. The assessment instrument was designed to align with the core competencies and learning objectives of chemistry subjects while emphasizing problem-solving, analysis, and evaluation skills. Validation was carried out by experts in education, measurement, and chemistry, followed by trials with students to test reliability, validity, practicality, and effectiveness. The results showed that the developed HOTS-based assessment instrument met very valid criteria in terms of content, construct, and language. The instrument demonstrated high reliability and was considered practical by both teachers and students. Furthermore, its implementation indicated positive impacts on students’ engagement and their ability to think critically and analytically in solving chemistry problems. In conclusion, the HOTS-based assessment instrument for Chemistry is proven to be valid, reliable, practical, and effective in measuring higher order thinking skills. This study highlights the potential of integrating HOTS-oriented evaluation tools into classroom practice to foster critical and creative thinking among students, thereby supporting the improvement of learning quality in line with 21st-century educational goals.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membandingkan Perbedaan Pengaruh antara Latihan Shooting Bola Diam dan Bola Bergerak Terhadap Akurasi Shooting Sepakbola. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen. Pemilihan metode eksperimen dianggap sebagai pendekatan yang tepat karena metode ini melibatkan serangkaian uji coba yang meliputi tes awal, sesi latihan, dan diakhiri dengan tes akhir untuk mengevaluasi hasilnya. Pengumpulan data yang diperlukan untuk penelitian ini dilakukan di lapangan sepak bola UPTD SPNF SKB SALATIGA yang berlokasi di Jl. Soekarno Hatta, Cebongan, Kecamatan Argomulyo, Kota Salatiga, Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan selama 6 minggu pada bulan Februari – Maret 2024, yaitu pada hari Selasa, Rabu dan Jumat. Durasi pelatihan setiap pertemuan adalah 90 menit, dengan jadwal pukul 15.30-17.00 pada hari Selasa dan Rabu, serta pukul 14.30-16.00 pada hari Jumat. Jumlah pertemuan mencapai 16 kali, tidak termasuk tes awal dan akhir. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan analisis variansi dua jalan, diperoleh Fhitung = 5.412 dengan signifikansi sebeesar 0.000. Hasil perhitungan ini kemudian dikonsultasikan dengan tabel F dengan Dk pembilang = 1 dan Dkpenyebut = 36, dan taraf signifikansi 0,05 diperoleh F tabel = 4,113, karena F hitung > F tabel atau 5.412 > 4,113, atau sig 0.00  < 0,05, maka hipotesi nol atau H0 ditolak yang berbunyi : “tidak Ada Ada perbedaan pengaruh antara latihan shooting bola diam dan bola bergerak terhadap akurasi shooting sepakbola” ditolak dan Ha yang berbunyi : “Ada perbedaan pengaruh antara latihan shooting bola diam dan bola bergerak terhadap akurasi shooting sepakbola” diterima. Kesimpulan penelitian ini terdapat perbedaan pengaruh yang signifikan antara model latihan bola stasioner dan metode latihan bola bergerak terhadap hasil akurasi menembak pada permainan sepak bola usia 11-13 tahun. Hasil akurasi menembak pemain yang menggunakan metode latihan bola stasioner lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan hasil latihan bola bergerak.
