Abstract

Keyakinan akan keesaan Allah swt. merupakan inti ajaran Islam yang menjadi landasan utama bagi kehidupan umat Muslim. Tulisan ini mengeksplorasi pemahaman mendalam tentang sifat, nama, dan perbuatan Allah, serta membuktikan keesaan-Nya melalui pendekatan teologis, rasional, dan kontekstual. Pendekatan ini mencakup pandangan empat ulama besar (Al-Ghazali, Ibnu Taimiyah, Fakhruddin Ar-Razi, dan Imam Asy-Syafi’i) tentang sifat dan nama Allah, serta relevansi konsep sifat wajib, mustahil, dan jaiz dalam membangun pemahaman yang kokoh terhadap keesaan-Nya. Selain membahas konsep sifat Allah, penelitian ini juga menyoroti pentingnya Asmaul Husna sebagai refleksi keindahan dan kesempurnaan Allah yang dapat meningkatkan kualitas ibadah dan moralitas umat Muslim. Dalam konteks modern, pembuktian keesaan Allah menjadi urgensi untuk menghadapi tantangan materialisme dan sekularisme. Melalui analisis ayat-ayat Al-Qur'an, seperti Surah Ar-Rahman ayat 26-27, tulisan ini menegaskan kekekalan Allah sebagai Dzat Yang Maha Esa, Kekal, dan Berkuasa atas segala sesuatu. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan memberikan kontribusi dalam memperkuat akidah umat Islam dan menawarkan pendekatan yang relevan untuk generasi milenial dalam memahami sifat, nama, dan perbuatan Allah sesuai tantangan zaman.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality and price on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction as an intervening variable in Grabbike online transportation (for management students, Makassar State University). The sample used was 100 Grabbike customers who had been selected based on predetermined criteria. The data analysis technique was carried out by questionnaire, observation and literature study. The data analysis technique used in this study uses SmartPLS version 3. Based on the results of the study, it shows that the service quality variable has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. Service quality variables have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. The price variable has a positive but insignificant effect on customer loyalty. The price variable has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. The customer satisfaction variable has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. Service quality variables have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction. The price variable has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction.
