Abstract

The purpose of this study is to provide empirical evidence the mediating effect of supply chain management (SCM) on the relationship between enterprise resources planning (ERP) and firm performance. The empirical analysis in this study is based on primary data obtained from a survey of 100 manufacturing companies with 78 respondents, or response rate of 39.00%. This research was conducted by the method of approach to structural equation modeling (SEM) with testing tools using partial least squares (PLS). Overall, these findings indicate that the supply chain management partially mediates the effect of ERP on firm performance. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of enterprise resources planning resulted in improved performance of the company in the long run, and supply chain management helps companies achieve performance improvement company in the future.

Abstract

The rapid advancement of internet technology without education on how to use it leads to internet addiction and a tendency to use the internet for harmful or even futile purposes, although there are also many positive sides. Therefore, we carry out this activity to guide students at SMK Yuppentek 5 Tangerang so that they use the internet in a useful direction, such as looking for learning information, as a place to work, or even as a place to start a business. From the method of implementing the activities that we do, namely by being carried out directly or face-to-face, the students of SMK Yuppentek 5 Tangerang are very enthusiastic and active in listening to the material given. Through this community service activity, students can understand how to maximize internet use in a positive direction and minimize negative use so that they can create smart and productive students for the future.

Abstract

The objectives of this study focus on the implementation of ERP and its impact on business and management controllers, and more specifically, it is necessary to present a new wave of information systems and to identify their impact on the relationship of management controllers with the entire management system within the company. The survey results were analyzed using Partial Least Squares - Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). PLS-SEM provides an estimate of the relationship between variables and constructions (measurement models) and between constructions (structural models). The system quality of the ERP affects the satisfaction of the management controller, then the quality of the ERP information also affects the satisfaction of the management controller. Furthermore, the user utility of the ERP system also directly affects the satisfaction of management controllers. Then, communication does not affect the satisfaction of the management controller because the better the system, the less intense communication will be. In conclusion, ERP convincingly transforms accounting practices within the company, by encouraging the formalization of operations, automation, and securing the recording of operations. ERP makes it possible to apply an event-driven accounting approach to practice. Data collection is ERP's main contribution to management controllers and leads to harmonization and improvement of budget information.Keywords: ERP, management controllers, communication and information systems

Abstract

Pada tahun 2022, Indonesia telah mencapai 191 juta pengguna media social, dan data ini telah meningkat 12,35% dibandingkan tahun sebelumnya yang hanya sekitar 170 juta. Namun tanpa data seperti ini pun mungkin dari kita semua sudah menyadari bahwa peran media sosial sangat dibutuhkan di era yang serba digital ini. Hal ini dapat dilihat sejak dua tahun lalu dimana seluruh dunia telah ditimpa musibah Covid-19 yang mengharuskan kita semua untuk berdiam diri di rumah masing-masing dan beraktivitas atau berkomunikasi hanya dengan menggunakan media sosial. Dari hal inilah media sosial menjadi sering digunakan untuk keperluan bersosialisasi, mendapatkan informasi, dan mencari sarana hiburan. Hasrat manusia untuk membangun komunikasi melalui media sosial dengan cara yang personal dan privat selalu ada (Trepte & Reinecke, 2011). Dengan adanya media sosial, para pengguna mendapatkan kepuasaan dari proses pengungkapan diri yang mereka lakukan terhadap publik yang mereka pilih sebagai kontak yang terhubung dalam jejaring sosial mereka. Pada waktu yang bersamaan, seiring dengan pengungkapan diri yang mereka lakukan dalam media sosial, maka semakin besar pula risiko atas pelanggaran privasi. Alan Westin menyatakan bahwa privasi adalah cara yang orang lakukan untuk melindungi diri mereka dengan jalan membatasi akses orang lain kepada diri mereka untuk sementara (Margulis, 2011). Dengan kata lain, persoalan privasi adalah persoalan proteksi dan kontrol seseorang atas diri mereka.Dengan adanya sosialisasi privasi dalam bersosial media yang dihadiri oleh siswa/i SMK ini diharapkan akan menambah pemahaman para peserta mengenai apa yang tidak diperkenankan untuk disebarkan ke khalayak umum sebagai seorang pengguna media sosial yang bijak sehingga dapat memahami bahwa privasi dalam bersosial media merupakan hal penting yang harus diperhatikan dan meminimalisir dampak negatif dari bersosial media.

Abstract

AbstractThis article examines the values of tolerance based on the Qur'an as an effort to counter the narrative of religious radicalism in contemporary Indonesian Islam.. But lately, religious phenomena that tend to be extremist and radical have dominated the Indonesian world, thus tearing apart the tolerant, peaceful, inclusive social relations that have been embedded in this country. Through qualitative research using a literature approach, the findings of this article show that first, the construction of tolerance based on the Qur’an is realized in three forms, namely: there is no compulsion in Islam or religion. Second, tolerance occupies an important and strategic position in the context of harmony and the maintenance of national unity and the integrity of the state, especially in religious life. Third, the impact of the construction of tolerance based on the Qur'an as an effort to counteract the narrative of radicalism for harmony, including the realization of tolerant knowledge, attitudes and behavior and the community can find common ground (kalimatun sawa) in mediating all differences and problems in religious, national and state life so that create a life of peace and harmony. Keyword: tolerance, counter narrative, Qur’an, religious radicalism, contemporary Indonesian Islam AbstrakArtikel ini mengkaji nilai-nilai toleransi berbasis Alquran sebagai upaya menangkal narasi radikalisme agama di Islam Indonesia kontemporer. Namun belakangan ini, fenomena keberagamaan yang cenderung ekstremis dan radikal mendominasi jagat Indonesia sehingga mengoyak kemapanan relasi sosial yang toleran, damai, inklusif yang selama ini embedded di negeri ini. Melalui penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan kepustakaan, temuan artikel ini menunjukkan bahwa pertama, konstruksi toleransi berbasis Alquran terwujud dalam tiga bentuk, yaitu: tidak ada paksaan dalam agama Islam atau beragama. Kedua, toleransi menempati posisi yang penting dan strategis dalam konteks kerukunan dan terjaganya persatuan bangsa dan keutuhan negara, terutama dalam kehidupan keberagamaan. Ketiga, dampak konstruksi toleransi berbasis Alquran sebagai upaya menangkal narasi radikalisme bagi kerukunan antar sesama adalah terwujudnya pengetahuan, sikap dan perilaku yang toleran dan masyarakat dapat menemukan titik temu (kalimatun sawa) dalam menengahi segala perbedaan dan problematika kehidupan beragama, berbangsa dan bernegara sehingga tercipta hidup rukun dan damai.Kata kunci: toleransi, konter narasi, radikalisme agama, Islam Indonesia kontempor

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the magnitude of the partial and simultaneous influence of work motivation on employee performance at the Central Sulawesi Province Regional Development Planning Agency. This type of research is explanatory or explanatory research. The technique for determining the number of samples was using the Slovin formula, and the number of samples used was 115 respondents, and the technique for determining the sample in this research was through the Purposive Sampling technique. For data collection techniques through observation, library research (Library Research), and field studies (Field Research). Data analysis was carried out through validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests, multicollinearity tests, descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing. The research results show that partially work motivation through the dimensions of need for achievement, need for affiliation, and need for power have a significant effect on the performance of Bappeda employees of Central Sulawesi Province. where the resulting coefficient for the need for achievement dimension is 1.163, the need for affiliation is 0.654, and the need for power is 0.843. Apart from that, simultaneously work motivation through the dimensions of need for achievement, need for affiliation, and need for power also have a significant influence on the performance of Central Sulawesi Province Bappeda employees, where the results of the determinant coefficient analysis (R2) show that work motivation has an influence of 86.12%, while the remaining 13.88% is influenced by other factors, of course this result shows that the influence of work motivation on the performance of Central Sulawesi Province Bappeda employees is at a very strong level of influence.

Abstract

The objective of the research was to promote a new model of designing activities in the lesson plan of English teachers. The model was derived from the phases of the Multiliteracy pedagogical Framework. It was qualitative research with documentation techniques for collecting data. The source of data was the document of lesson plans made by teachers of English. The data was statements on teaching-learning activities in the lesson plans. The author identified the lesson plan of teachers from Al Islam senior high school in Krian, Sidoarjo. The activities statements were categorized using the four phases and cognitive process of the Multiliteracy Framework; Situated Practice (Experiencing), Overt Instruction (Conceptualizing), Critical Framing (Analysis), and Transformed Practice (Applying) promoted by Cope and Kalantzis with New London Group in 1996. The result showed that the teachers just included two phases; Situated Practice (Experiencing) and Overt Instruction (Conceptualizing), no Overt Instruction (Conceptualizing), Critical Framing (Analysis), and Transformed Practice (Applying) yet in their teaching-learning activities. The teachers should change the old phases in their lesson plan with the four phases of the framework to guide them in applying multiliteracy in English language teaching. The next researcher could focus on teachers’ knowledge or belief about the multiliteracy framework to assure the implementation

Abstract

Kebijakan Integral Penanggulangan Kejahatan adalah sebuah upaya yang menerapkan pendekatan komprehensif dan holistik untuk mengatasi masalah kejahatan di masyarakat. Kebijakan ini mencakup penguatan dan integrasi berbagai aspek penanggulangan kejahatan seperti pencegahan, penindakan, serta rehabilitasi dengan tujuan menciptakan lingkungan yang aman dan nyaman bagi seluruh warga. Melalui kerjasama dan koordinasi antara pemerintah, lembaga penegak hukum, dan masyarakat, efektivitas penanggulangan kejahatan diharapkan meningkat. Pendekatan ini juga melibatkan pencegahan melalui pendidikan, sosialisasi, serta pembangunan infrastruktur yang mendukung keamanan dan ketertiban. Pelaksanaan kebijakan ini melibatkan strategi, program, dan kegiatan terintegrasi seperti peningkatan patroli keamanan, kesadaran masyarakat tentang kejahatan, serta bantuan dan rehabilitasi bagi pelaku kejahatan. Dengan demikian, diharapkan terbentuk lingkungan yang aman, sejahtera, dan bebas dari kejahatan. Kata kunci: Pendekatan Komprehensif, Kerjasama Multisektoral, Rehabilitasi Kejahatan

Abstract

Socialization of Microcontroller Use in Medical Support Equipment for Electromedical Students undertaken by the Muhammadiyah Aceh School of Health Sciences. The project aims to enhance the understanding and skills of students in using microcontrollers for medical devices, thereby improving healthcare support in the community. Through a series of webinars, the initiative addressed critical issues related to the utilization of microcontrollers in the design and maintenance of medical equipment. The target audience included electromedical students from various campuses in Sumatra, emphasizing the integration of theoretical knowledge with practical applications. The results indicated significant improvements in participants' knowledge and skills, highlighting the importance of such programs in fostering technological advancements in the healthcare sector. This initiative not only contributes to the educational development of students but also plays a crucial role in enhancing healthcare service delivery.

Abstract

Keyakinan akan keesaan Allah swt. merupakan inti ajaran Islam yang menjadi landasan utama bagi kehidupan umat Muslim. Tulisan ini mengeksplorasi pemahaman mendalam tentang sifat, nama, dan perbuatan Allah, serta membuktikan keesaan-Nya melalui pendekatan teologis, rasional, dan kontekstual. Pendekatan ini mencakup pandangan empat ulama besar (Al-Ghazali, Ibnu Taimiyah, Fakhruddin Ar-Razi, dan Imam Asy-Syafi’i) tentang sifat dan nama Allah, serta relevansi konsep sifat wajib, mustahil, dan jaiz dalam membangun pemahaman yang kokoh terhadap keesaan-Nya. Selain membahas konsep sifat Allah, penelitian ini juga menyoroti pentingnya Asmaul Husna sebagai refleksi keindahan dan kesempurnaan Allah yang dapat meningkatkan kualitas ibadah dan moralitas umat Muslim. Dalam konteks modern, pembuktian keesaan Allah menjadi urgensi untuk menghadapi tantangan materialisme dan sekularisme. Melalui analisis ayat-ayat Al-Qur'an, seperti Surah Ar-Rahman ayat 26-27, tulisan ini menegaskan kekekalan Allah sebagai Dzat Yang Maha Esa, Kekal, dan Berkuasa atas segala sesuatu. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan memberikan kontribusi dalam memperkuat akidah umat Islam dan menawarkan pendekatan yang relevan untuk generasi milenial dalam memahami sifat, nama, dan perbuatan Allah sesuai tantangan zaman.
