Abstract

In the broader logistics industry, there are several trends and challenges that might impact the performance of PT. MyGlobal Logistik Internasional. In an increasingly complex era of globalization, logistics companies face significant challenges in maintaining competitive performance. This study aims to determine the direct and indirect effects of strategic collaboration and Information sharing on logistics performance, mediated by Logistics capability at PT. MyGlobal Logistik Internasional. The method used in this research is a descriptive quantitative method with a survey approach. The population includes all service users at PT. MyGlobal Logistik Internasional, consisting of leaders, supervisors, and operational staff. The sampling technique employed is purposive sampling with a total of 90 respondents. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire that had been tested for reliability and validity. This study uses path analysis SEM with the Smart Partial Least Square (PLS) software version 3.2.9. The research results show that strategic collaboration has a positive and significant impact on Logistics capability. Information sharing has a positive and significant impact on Logistics capability. Strategic collaboration has a positive and significant impact on logistics performance. Information sharing has a positive and significant impact on logistics performance. Logistics capability at PT. MyGlobal Logistik Internasional has a positive and significant impact on logistics performance.

Abstract

Research This done For know influence partial and simultaneous from performance nurses , facilities , and quality service to satisfaction patient . Research This is study quantitative descriptive , for describe influence between variable X to Y, which is done against 101 patients take care Road in the House Bandung Adventist Hospital , data inside study This collected use questionnaires that have been tested for validity and reliability, which are then processed use SPSS application , and presented in form table . Found that performance nurse No own influence significant to satisfaction patient with mark significant 0.249, while facilities and quality service own influence significant with mark respectively 0.006 and 0.000. In simultaneous performance nurses , facilities and quality service own influence significant with value 0.000 with 67.9% of satisfaction patient explained by the variables discussed in study this . Satisfaction patient influenced by performance nurses , facilities , and quality service in a way together , because That important for House Sick For Keep going maintain and improve it .

Abstract

Finding out how digital marketing affects the marketing effectiveness of micro, small, and medium-sized firms (MSMEs) in East Java, Indonesia, is the aim of this study. Data from 351 SMEs were gathered using the structural equation model (SEM) to evaluate the research hypothesis. According to the study's results, digital marketing considerably improves MSMEs' marketing efficiency. It was also discovered that digital marketing acts as a link between the marketing performance and capabilities of MSMEs. For MSMEs in East Java and other parts of Indonesia, as well as for policymakers and academics interested in promoting the growth and development of the MSME sector, these findings have significant ramifications.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the factors that influence ship operations, namely maintenance management, docking management, spare parts logistics management, crew management, and QHSE management at PT Kartika Samudra Adijaya. This study uses a quantitative research method with a cross-sectional approach. Data were collected using questionnaires distributed online to 35 ship crew members at PT Kartika Samudra Adijaya. The data analysis method in this study uses partial least squares (PLS) with the assistance of the SmartPls application version 3.0. The results show that maintenance management, docking management, spare parts logistics management, crew management, and QHSE management have a positive and significant effect on ship operations at PT Kartika Samudra Adijaya. The contribution of these five variables is 71.9%, while the remainder is influenced by other variables outside this study.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of safety introduction and crew competence on ship operational performance and the role of passenger safety as a mediating variable on ships operating at Tanjung Perak Port. This study uses a quantitative approach with the SEM-PLS analysis model. This study involved 150 respondents of crew members operating at Tanjung Perak Port. Data collection in this study used questionnaires and field observations. The results of the study indicate that safety introduction has been proven to have an effect on Shipping Safety and operational performance. Thus, it can be implied to the management of ships operating at Tanjung Perak Port to make policies to improve safety introduction in their operations. The results of the study indicate that crew competence affects Shipping Safety and the company's operational performance. Through these results, the policy of ships operating at Tanjung Perak Port should use policies to improve crew competence through training, certification and so on which can ultimately guarantee Shipping Safety and improve performance for the company. The results of the study indicate that Shipping Safety can perfectly mediate the influence between variables in this study. Therefore, the policy implications that can be implemented by ships operating at Tanjung Perak Port are to always pay attention and increase vigilance to ensure shipping safety and ensure shipping safety, one of which is through efforts in safety introduction procedures and increasing the competence of the ship's crew, which can ultimately improve the company's performance.
