The purpose of this research is to determine the role of company size and growth to business risk of logistics companies registered in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) period 2013 - 2017. The main problem of the study was the increasing business risk of logistics companies. This research used quantitative method, descriptive and inferential statistics with path analysis. There were 18 companies with five-year observation period taken with a purposive sampling technique that resulted to 90 samples. The result shows that the size of the company could not increase the risk of logistics companies’ business registered in IDX, however, the size could increase company’s growth. The size of the company has implication to the increased risk of logistics companies registered in the IDX.

Low cost car does not mean having low quality. This is the assumption that the producers or sellers of especially energy-saving car want to push away. This research on the desire and expectation of every car producer and dealer in Indonesia who try to be perceived as having the best quality in the eyes of their consumers and on the increase of consumer buying intention is carried out using a qualitative method as well as the concept of perceived service quality—which shows the difference between bibliographic study and the actual condition.

Every airline is always competing in providing the best service for passengers. They compete to prevent delays and maintain punctuality, as well as regulate flight frequency. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of flight frequency on flight delays and its impact on the on time performance of PT. Garuda Indonesia. The data used are secondary data for 35 months (35 data) and processed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) PLS analysis. The results of the analysis and discussion show that flight frequency has a significant positive effect on flight delay, while flight delay has a significant negative effect on on time performance and flight frequency also has a significant negative effect on on time performance, as an indirect effect of flight frequency on on time performance through flight delay. To maintain on time performance, airlines must be able to reduce flight delays.

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh kewajaran harga dan inovasi pelayanan terhadap niat beli yang dimediasi kepuasan pelanggan pada PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (KAI) di Stasiun Gambir selama Pandemi COVID-19. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey dengan daftar pertanyaan melalui google form. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan probability sampling, dengan jumlah sampel 182 responden. Analisis data menggunakan SEM PLS (Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kewajaran harga dan inovasi pelayanan memiliki hubungan yang signifikan positif terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, demikian juga kewajaran harga, inovasi pelayanan dan kepuasan pelanggan berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap niat beli. Inovasi pelayanan berpengaruh terbesar terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dan kepuasan pelanggan mampu memediasi niat beli, sehingga PT. KAI harus terus melakukan Inovasi Pelayanan untuk mendapatkan kepuasan pelanggan dan meningkatkan niat beli pelanggan.

The purpose of the study is to determine the contribution of SIMLALA service governance and the quality of electronic services to the satisfaction of shipping companies. Some of the main problems were the limited number of SIMLALA service operators, the lack of satisfaction of shipping companies with the quality of SIMLALA electronic services of the Directorate of Sea Traffic and Transportation, and the inadequate governance of marine traffic services of the Directorate. This study used path analysis with 133 samples of shipping companies taken randomly. The findings of this study are the Directorate of Sea Traffic and Transportation issues an accelerative policy to support the improvement of the quality of SIMLALA electronic services. The Directorate also issues specific policies to manage the governance of sea traffic services. The Directorate should try to improve and enhance the quality of SIMLALA electronic services to make a greater contribution for the shipping companies.

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship and influence between Social Media Advertising and Event Marketing on Brand Awareness and its impact on Tenue de Attire's Purchase Intention products. The population in this study were people who followed the official Tenue de Attire account on Instagram. This study uses Path Analysis to measure the relationship and the influence of independent variables with dependent variables. In this study, data was obtained by collecting questionnaires to the population through Direct Messages. The results obtained in this study are, Social Media Advertising and Event Marketing have a significant influence on Brand Awareness and its impact on Tenue de Attire's Purchase Intention products.

Kinerja operasional crew kapal saat melakukan pelayaran dapat disebabkan karena adanya sikap, penerapan ISM Code serta kompetensi kerja yang dimiliki oleh crew tersebut dalam setiap melakukan pekerjanya sehingga berjalan dengan efektif dan efisien. Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT Temas Shipping Jakarta sebagai salah satu perusahaan pelayaran yang memiliki banyak crew kapal yang sedang berlayar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan jumlah sampel penelitian yang diambil sebanyak 88 sampel (Anak Buah Kapal) berdasarkan perhitungan rumus slovin demi mengurangi bias dalam penelitian. Data dihimpun melalui instrument dalam bentuk lembar pernyataan dengan model skala likert yang telah diuji coba menggunakan aplikasi statistic SPSS Versi 25. Penelitian menggunakan teknis analisis regresi linear, korelasi sederhana, parsial maupun simultan dan analisis jalur. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian adalah untuk menganalisis sikap crew, penerapan manajemen keselamatan kapal (ISM Code) terhadap kompetensi kerja , kinerja operasional crew kapal di perusahaan. Dan hasil penelitian mendapatkan bahwa peningkatan kinerja operasional crew kapal dalam melakukan pelayaran dapat dipengaruhi oleh sikap crew secara tidak langsung melalui kompetensi kerja yang dimilikinya sebesar 0,462. Selain itu dalam meningkatkan kinerja operasional dapat dipengaruhi oleh penerapan manajemen keselamatan kapal secara tidak langsung melalui kompetensi kerja sebesar 0,687. Hal tersebut mengindikasikan perlu adanya peningkatan akan sikap kerja yang dimiliki oleh para crew kapal dalam setiap melakukan pekerjaanya dalam pelayaran serta peningkatan pemahaman dan implementasi dari ISM Code sebagai peraturan keselamatan kapal saat melakukan pelayaran agar pelayaran yang dilakukan dapat berjalan denga efektif dan efisien

The purpose of this study is to identify the number of incidents of marine pollution caused by the disposal of dirty oil waste from commercial ships docked and berthed at the pier as a result of marine pollution. This study will also investigate whether they have an impact on the disruption of shipping safety and the marine environment. The method of data analysis is Structural Equation Modelling with Smart PLS version as its tool. The population in this study was 131 officers in the field of guarding, patrolling, and investigating. A sample of 99 respondents was obtained using the Slovin formula. The results show that the supervision of marine pollution has a positive effect on the performance of the harbormaster. Marine pollution supervision can improve the harbourmaster’s performance and positively impact shipping safety. Marine pollution supervision should be maintained, improved, and consistent, and make modern system breakthroughs so that the safety of marine transportation will be fulfilled and guaranteed.

Finding out how digital marketing affects the marketing effectiveness of micro, small, and medium-sized firms (MSMEs) in East Java, Indonesia, is the aim of this study. Data from 351 SMEs were gathered using the structural equation model (SEM) to evaluate the research hypothesis. According to the study's results, digital marketing considerably improves MSMEs' marketing efficiency. It was also discovered that digital marketing acts as a link between the marketing performance and capabilities of MSMEs. For MSMEs in East Java and other parts of Indonesia, as well as for policymakers and academics interested in promoting the growth and development of the MSME sector, these findings have significant ramifications.
