Abstract

TikTok is a social media platform supported with music features, filters, and various other creative features. Recently TikTok added a new feature that allows users to use the TikTok Live or live streaming feature. Live TikTok enables creators and users to communicate directly. TikTok Live also allows viewers to receive TikTok coins as a commission for activities that have been carried out, such as collecting coins during live streams organized by TikTokers or viewers. The organizer can also set the number of spectators who receive coins as they wish, so that not all spectators who press the treasure chest icon will receive coins. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to find out how the law of competition in Islam is against the activity of mulung koin on TikTok live streaming. This research is field research using a qualitative approach. The data collection method in this study uses observation and documentation methods. Data analysis was carried out using the theory proposed by Miles, Huberman, and Saldana, using techniques such as data condensation, data display, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study show that live streaming of the TikTok application according to Islamic sharia is included in the ju'alah/competition contract. Judging from the terms and conditions of the ju'alah contract, this mulung koin activity has been fulfilled. However, the organizer of the mulung koin should explain the harmony and conditions of the ju'alah contract that the salary or wages in the contract are not divided equally among each scavenger so as not to cause doubts.

Abstract

This research is based on the rampant use of Artificial Intelligence in learning in this digital era. There is no exception in learning Arabic. Various Artificial Intelligence can be used to perform certain tasks. Among them is ChatGPT. This study aims to test the accuracy of ChatGPT in analyzing Arabic Qowa’id from one of the texts in the book Qira’at ar-Rasyidah. This research is a literature study with a qualitative descriptive method. The techniques used in collecting data are documentation and content analysis. The results of this study show that there is an accuracy between the results of Qowa’id detection by ChatGPT and the Qowa’id Theory proposed by experts. Of all the words that have been analyzed, 99% show suitability. However, as an Artificial Intelligence, of course, mistakes are still found even if it is only 1%. So from this research, it is hoped that readers can understand that ChatGPT can indeed be used in learning Arabic, one of which is to identify Qowa’id, However, a deeper correction is still needed. In addition, the researcher invited academics to conduct similar research to explore the potential use of other Artificial Intelligence that can be used in learning.

Abstract

This qualitative descriptive study aims to describe the steps, advantages, and obstacles in implementing the sorogan method in learning nahwu using the yellow book in class XB of Madrasah Aliyah Al-Hikam Jombang. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation, then analyzed using the Miles, Huberman, and Saldana models which include data condensation, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of the sorogan method involves three stages: preparation (preparation of lesson plans by teachers), implementation (learning with the sorogan method), and evaluation (teachers ask about the material and rules that have been taught). The advantages of this method include establishing closeness between teachers and students, teachers can monitor the development of student understanding directly, more personal guidance and direction, and increasing student independence and enthusiasm for learning. However, the main obstacle is time efficiency, where the individual sorogan process takes a long time, causing students waiting for their turn to feel bored and the class becomes less conducive. To overcome this, teachers give additional assignments to students waiting for their turn to keep the classroom atmosphere conducive. The sorogan method, with modifications, remains relevant for in-depth nahwu learning. ABSTRAKPenelitian deskriptif kualitatif ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan langkah-langkah, kelebihan, dan kendala penerapan metode sorogan dalam pembelajaran nahwu menggunakan kitab kuning di kelas XB Madrasah Aliyah Al-Hikam Jombang. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan model Miles, Huberman, dan Saldana yang meliputi kondensasi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan metode sorogan melibatkan tiga tahap: persiapan (penyusunan RPP oleh guru), pelaksanaan (pembelajaran dengan metode sorogan), dan evaluasi (guru menanyakan materi dan kaidah yang telah diajarkan). Kelebihan metode ini meliputi terjalinnya kedekatan antara guru dan siswa, guru dapat memantau perkembangan pemahaman siswa secara langsung, bimbingan dan arahan yang lebih personal, serta peningkatan kemandirian dan semangat belajar siswa. Namun, kendala utama adalah efisiensi waktu, di mana proses sorogan yang individual memakan waktu lama, menyebabkan siswa yang menunggu giliran merasa bosan dan kelas menjadi kurang kondusif. Untuk mengatasi hal ini, guru memberikan tugas tambahan kepada siswa yang menunggu giliran untuk menjaga suasana kelas tetap kondusif. Metode sorogan, dengan modifikasi, tetap relevan untuk pembelajaran nahwu yang mendalam.

Abstract

The Padlet application is an online platform that can be used as a medium for teaching reading skills to enhance student interaction and facilitate collaboration between students and teachers. This study aims to analyze the use of the Padlet application through Smart Board media in teaching students’ reading skills. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research. The subjects of the study were eighth-grade students at MTs Al-Hikam Jombang. Data and sources were obtained from the Arabic language teacher and the eighth-grade students of MTs Al-Hikam. Data collection techniques included interviews, observations, and documentation. Data analysis was conducted using the theory proposed by Miles, Huberman, and Saldana, employing techniques such as data condensation, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that when viewed from the TPACK framework, the integration of technology (Padlet and Smart Board), pedagogy (collaborative teaching of reading skill), and content (reading skills in Arabic) 1) supports the creation of a holistic learning environment, and 2) the Padlet and Smart Board technologies provide opportunities for teachers to develop more interactive teaching methods tailored to students' needs, allowing students to participate more actively and collaborate in understanding the reading texts. This study recommends the use of similar technologies in teaching other language skills.
