Abstract

The purpose of this literature research is to help future authors in determining human resource management research. The research article Determining Green Human Resource Management: Green Training Analysis, Green Performance Appraisal, Green Compensation, and Green Recruitment is a scientific literature article within the scope of human resource management. The approach used in this literature review research is descriptive qualitative. The data collection technique is to use literature studies or review relevant previous articles. The data used in this descriptive qualitative approach comes from previous research that is relevant to this research and comes from academic online media such as Thomson Reuters Journals, Springer, Taylor & Francis, Scopus Emerald, Elsevier, Sage, Web of Science, Sinta Journals, DOAJ, EBSCO, Google Scholar and digital reference books. In previous studies, 1 relevant previous article was used to review each independent variable. The results of this literature review article are: 1) Green Training affects Green HRM; 2) Green Performance Appraisal affects Green HRM; 3) Green Compensation affects Green HRM; and 4) Green Recruitment affects Green HRM.

Abstract

The purpose of this literature research is expected to build hypotheses regarding the influence between variables which can later be used for further research in the scope of human resource management. The literature review research article on the concept and application of green human resources is a scientific literature article within the scope of human resource management science. The approach used in this literature review research is descriptive qualitative. The data collection technique is to use literature studies or review relevant previous articles. The data used in this descriptive qualitative approach comes from previous research relevant to this research and sourced from academic online media such as Thomson Reuters Journals, Springer, Taylor & Francis, Scopus Emerald, Elsevier, Sage, Web of Science, Sinta Journals, DOAJ, EBSCO, Google Scholar and digital reference books. In previous studies, 1 relevant previous article was used to review each independent variable. The results of this literature review article are: 1) Green recruitment plays a role in the application of green human resources; 2) Green training contributes to the implementation of green human resources; and 3) Green compensation contributes to the implementation of green human resources.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan membangun hipotesis mengenai pengaruh antar variabel dalam konsep manajemen sumber daya manusia hijau sebagai dasar bagi penelitian selanjutnya. Kajian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa studi literatur terhadap artikel-artikel relevan. Sumber data mencakup jurnal dan buku referensi digital dari platform akademik seperti Thomson Reuters, Springer, Taylor & Francis, Scopus, Emerald, Elsevier, Sage, Web of Science, Jurnal Sinta, DOAJ, EBSCO, dan Google Scholar. Fokus utama kajian mencakup empat elemen utama dalam manajemen sumber daya manusia hijau, yaitu pelatihan hijau, rekrutmen hijau, manajemen kinerja hijau, dan kompensasi hijau. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa keempat elemen tersebut masing-masing memiliki pengaruh terhadap penerapan manajemen sumber daya manusia hijau. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi dasar teoretis dalam pengembangan kajian lebih lanjut terkait praktik-praktik manajemen sumber daya manusia yang berorientasi pada keberlanjutan lingkungan.
