Abstract

This study is aimed to conduct a review about the implementation of Adaptive-Co-Management in Ciletuh-Palabuhanratu UNESCO Global Geopark (CPUGG) in the context of revalidation. The method used in this research is the descriptive qualitative method. The data was collected by conducting observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis uses Adaptive Co-Management (ACM) with the following elements: (1) Communication and collaboration. (2) Social learning. (3) Shared rights, responsibilities, and decision-making. (4) Building Adaptive Capacity and Resilience. The results of the study show that the governance of CPUGG with the Pentahelix concept from the aspect of collaboration and communication shows that there is already a division of tasks and responsibilities so that they synergize with each other in regional development. However, by looking at the needs of the region in achieving sustainable tourism, it still requires other elements so that the CPUGG goal of becoming a sustainable area and becoming world-class tourism must add elements of tourists and environmental practitioners.

Abstract

This research examines the influence of promotions and tourist attractions on tourist satisfaction and the subsequent impact on tourist loyalty after the COVID-19 pandemic. Questionnaire using a Likert scale is the research instrument, the respondents are visitors to the Nglanggeran tourist destination. The analysis technique is path analysis which is applied using SmartPLS 3.3.2. This research examines the influence of promotions and tourist attractions partially on tourist satisfaction and tourist loyalty; as well as the influence of promotions and tourist attractions on tourist loyalty through simultaneous tourist satisfaction. The research results show that partially promotions and tourist attractions have an effect on tourist satisfaction, partially promotions have an effect on tourist loyalty but tourist attractions have no effect on tourist loyalty, promotions and tourist attractions through tourist satisfaction simultaneously have an effect on tourist loyalty. Increasing tourist attractions will provide opportunities to increase tourist satisfaction and tourist loyalty.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan oleh Akademi Manajemen Administrasi Yogyakarta dengan mengangkat tema "Motivasi Pelatihan Hidup Bahagia Bagi Lansia" di Pelayanan Sosial Tresna Werdha Bantul, Yogyakarta. Tujuan utama kegiatan ini adalah memberikan dukungan psikologis dan emosional kepada lansia yang berisiko mengalami kesepian, depresi, dan kehilangan makna hidup akibat keterbatasan dukungan sosial dan keluarga. Kegiatan ini dilakukan melalui metode ceramah interaktif dan diskusi, dengan fokus pada penguatan semangat hidup, peningkatan rasa percaya diri, serta pengembangan keterampilan untuk mencapai kebahagiaan dan kepuasan hidup. Evaluasi pelaksanaan menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan ini berhasil meningkatkan interaksi sosial, rasa dihargai, dan partisipasi aktif para lansia dalam aktivitas komunitas. Dampak positif lainnya adalah meningkatnya kesadaran masyarakat dan pihak terkait akan pentingnya perhatian terhadap kesejahteraan emosional lansia. Kegiatan ini juga memperkuat implementasi Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi, khususnya pada aspek pengabdian kepada masyarakat oleh para dosen AMA Yogyakarta.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the implementation of a safety management system (SMS) by Apron Movement Control personnel on airside safety at Yogyakarta International Airport. This study used a quantitative research method, selecting a population of 34 AMC employees. Data analysis techniques used validity tests, reliability tests, and simple regression analysis. Hypothesis testing used a t-test and the level of relationship between variables was determined using R-test. The t-test results obtained a calculated t-value > t-table (6.664 > 2.0369), indicating that SMS implementation significantly influences airside safety. Based on the results, the regression equation Airside Safety (Y) = 12.718 + 0.598 SMS Implementation (X) indicates that SMS implementation influences airside safety. The coefficient of determination test yielded an R-square value of 0.580. This means that the SMS implementation variable influences airside safety at Yogyakarta International Airport by 58.0%, while the remaining 42.0% is influenced by other causal factors originating from outside this regression method.
