Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melakukan analisis terhadap perencanaan karier mahasiswa baru program studi Pendidikan Jasmani Kesehatan dan Rekreasi (PJKR) terhadap kesesuaian profil lulusan. Penulis mengimplementasikan rangkaian penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif melalui pendekatan survei dengan angket secara online melalui google form. Subjek penelitian adalah 132 mahasiswa baru semester dua prodi PJKR FIK UNY baik putra maupun putri dengan rentang usia 18-20 tahun yang ditentukan melalui teknik purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian yang dibagi kedalam empat aspek menunjukkan jika Aspek pengetahuan rata-rata sebanyak 120 (90,6%) mahasiswa baru menyatakan telah merencanakan karier profesinya, mengetahui profil lulusan, cocok dengan profil lulusan, dan yakin akan mencapai karier pada salah satu profil lulusan. Aspek motivasi rata-rata sebanyak 126 (95,2%) mahasiswa baru merasa nyaman kuliah di Prodi PJKR, penuh motivasi, lingkungan internal dan eksternal mendukung kelancaran studi, serta tidak merasa salah jurusan atau salah bidang keahlian. Aspek aktualisasi rata-rata sebanyak 110 (83,9%) mahasiswa baru tidak memiliki masalah internal dan eksternal yang dapat menghambat studi, akan memilih salah satu pilihan pekerjaan dari profil lulusan, dan tidak memiliki keinginan memilih bekerja tidak sesuai dengan profil lulusan. Aspek perencanaan rata-rata sebanyak 99 (75,35%) mahasiswa baru mempunyai rencana dan keinginan melanjutkan studi, lingkungan internal dan eksternal mendukung melanjutkan studi, serta memiliki rencana sumber biaya yang akan di gunakan untuk menempuh studi lanjut. Abstract: The purpose of this study was to analyze the career planning of new students of the Health and Recreation Physical Education (PJKR) study program on the suitability of graduate profiles. The author implemented a series of quantitative descriptive research through a survey approach with an online questionnaire through google form. The subjects of the study were 132 new students in the second semester of PJKR FIK UNY study program, both boys and girls, with an age range of 18-20 years determined through purposive sampling techniques. The results of the study were divided into four aspects show if the average knowledge aspect of 120 (90.6%) new students stated that they had planned their professional careers, knew the graduate profile, matched the graduate profile, and were confident that they would achieve a career in one of the graduate profiles. The average motivation aspect of 126 (95.2%) new students feels comfortable studying in PJKR Study Program, full of motivation, internal and external environment supports smooth study, and does not feel wrong majors or wrong areas of expertise. The average actualization aspect of 110 (83.9%) new students does not have internal and external problems that can hinder their studies, will choose one of the job options from the graduate profile, and does not have the desire to choose work not in accordance with the graduate profile. The average planning aspect of 99 (75.35%) new students has a plan and desire to continue their studies, the internal and external environment supports continuing their studies, and has a plan for funding sources that will be used to pursue further studies.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui makna dari pendidikan jasmani bagi guru pendidikan jasmani di sekolah seni SMKI (Sekolah Menengah Karawitan Indonesia) dan SMSR (Sekolah Menengah Seni Rupa) di daerah Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif yang didukung dengan pendekatan fenomenologis. Partisipan yang turut andil dalam penelitian ini tiga orang guru pendidikan jasmani yang mengajar di SMKI dan SMSR Yogyakarta. Instrumen dalam penelitian adalah peneliti sendiri dengan dibantu oleh protokol wawancara. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan ialah mengelola data, membaca dan mencatat ide yang muncul, mengklasifikasikan kode ke dalam tema, mengembangkan interpretasi, serta mempresentasikan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ditemukan pemaknaan yang berbeda berdasarkan pemaknaan dalam lingkup kategori Pendidikan Jasmani, Perubahan Kurikulum, Konsep Kurikulum Merdeka, Kesulitan atau Hambatan, dan Metode Pembelajaran. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa hal ini berpengaruh pada munculnya treatment khusus yang diterapkan masing-masing guru Pendidikan Jasmani di sekolah yang berlatarbelakang seni yaitu pada SMKI dan SMSR Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini memiliki dampak luas bagi guru, sekolah, siswa, pengambil kebijakan, dan akademisi. Selain membantu meningkatkan kualitas pengajaran pendidikan jasmani, penelitian ini juga berkontribusi dalam evaluasi dan pengembangan kebijakan pendidikan di Indonesia, khususnya dalam konteks Kurikulum Merdeka di sekolah seni seperti SMKI dan SMSR Yogyakarta.This study aims to determine the meaning of physical education for physical education teachers at SMKI (Sekolah Menengah Karawitan Indonesia) and SMSR (Sekolah Menengah Seni Rupa) art schools in Yogyakarta area. This research is a descriptive qualitative study supported by a phenomenological approach. The participants who took part in this study were three physical education teachers who taught at SMKI and SMSR Yogyakarta. The instrument in the study was the researcher himself with the help of an interview protocol. The data analysis techniques used were managing data, reading and recording emerging ideas, classifying codes into themes, developing interpretations, and presenting data. The results showed that different interpretations were found based on interpretations within the scope of the categories of Physical Education, Curriculum Change, Independent Curriculum Concept, Difficulties or Obstacles, and Learning Methods. Thus, it can be concluded that this has an effect on the emergence of special treatments applied by each Physical Education teacher in schools with an arts background, namely at SMKI and SMSR Yogyakarta. This research has broad implications for teachers, schools, students, policy makers, and academics. In addition to helping improve the quality of physical education teaching, this research also contributes to the evaluation and development of education policy in Indonesia, especially in the context of the Merdeka Curriculum in art schools such as SMKI and SMSR Yogyakarta.
