Abstract

Latar belakang. Pelayanan perawatan memegang peranan penting dalam meningkatkan mutu pelayanan Kesehatan. Dalam hal ini perawat menjadi pihak yang berfokus pada pemberiaan asuhan keperawatan baik individu keluarga dan masyarakat. Kinerja keperawatan diukur berdasarkan hasil pencapain pelaksanaan standar kinerja dalam pelayanan keperawatan. Keyakinan diri (Self Efficacy) dan pengontrolan diri (Locus Of Control) dianggap sebagai faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi kinerja perawat dalam bekerja . kinerja yang optimal dapat dicapai ketika perawat memiliki keterampilan dan motivasi yang memadahi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh Self Efficacy dan Locus Of Control terhadap kinerja perawat di rumah sakit bhayangkara makassar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan Cross Sectional study. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh perawat di Rumah Sakit Bhayangkara Makassar dengan sampel yang ditentukan dengan rumus slovin yaitu 161 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu Simple Random Sampling. Pengumpulan data melalui penyebaran kuesioner dan data sekunder. Analisis data menggunakan analisis univariat, bivariat dengan uji Chi-square dan multivariat dengan uji regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian dan kesimpulan menunjukan bahwa Self Efficacy berpengaruh terhadap kinerja perawat dengan nilai signifikan (0,012 < 0,05). Locus Of Control berpengaruh terhadap kinerja perawat dengan nilai signifikansi (0,002 < 0,05). Dan Self Efficacy dan Locus Of Control terdapat pengaruh secara simultan terhadap kinerja perawat dengan nilai Fhitung 16,550 > Ftabel 3,05. Saran kepada perawat Rumah Sakit Bhayangkara Makassar untuk tetap mempertahankan Self Efficacy dan Locus Of Control nya dalam proses pemberian pelayanan kepada pasien sehingga pasien puas dan loyal untuk berobat di Rumah Sakit Bhayangkara Makassar

Abstract

The patient registration process is the initial step in the creation of medical records at every healthcare facility. At this stage, the patient's personal identification data and the purpose of their visit to the hospital are recorded. This community service topic was chosen because many patients and their families still do not fully understand the outpatient registration procedures at hospitals. The method used in this community service activity is the production of an educational video that will be disseminated through the hospital. The results of this activity indicate an improvement in understanding of the outpatient services process, starting from registration to receiving medical care. This activity is highly important, considering that patients and their families require fast and accurate services. Therefore, education or socialization regarding the registration process is essential. With the presence of this educational and socialization video, it is expected that patients will find it easier to complete the registration process and access medical services.

Abstract

Effective information technology (IT) services are essential in supporting hospital operations, particularly in ensuring the timely and accurate resolution of technical issues. However, a lack of clear guidance on IT service procedures often hinders staff understanding and response efficiency. This study aimed to design and develop an educational medium in the form of a flowchart to illustrate the IT service procedures at Ibnu Sina Hospital YW–UMI Makassar. The methods used by A descriptive qualitative approach was employed using a Problem-Based Learning (PBL) method. Data collection techniques included semi-structured interviews, field observations, and document analysis. The Results are the developed educational medium, in the form of a flowchart, systematically illustrated the IT service workflow through several stages: interviews with the IT unit, field observations and document review, drafting the service flow, validation with stakeholders, visual design using graphic software, and presentation and dissemination to users. The flowchart effectively improved staff understanding, accelerated service response, and reduced procedural errors. The flowchart served as a practical and user-friendly educational medium that enhanced the clarity and efficiency of IT services. Its implementation is expected to contribute to faster problem resolution and support improved healthcare service quality within the hospital.

Abstract

Law In the Republic of Indonesia Number 44 of 2009 every hospital must record and report on all hospital administration activities in the form of a Hospital Management Information System (HMIS). The successful use of HIMS was assessed using the HOT-Fit method at Hospital TK. II 14.05.01 Pelamonia Makassar has an integrated HIMS but not all units yet because there are still units whose recording and reporting are still manual. This study aims to analyze the effect of Human Organization Technology on HMIS net benefits at Hospital Pelamonia Makassar. This research uses an analytical survey with a cross-sectional study approach and accidental sampling techniques. A total of 448 respondents and a sample of 211 respondents. Data analysis using Microsoft Excel 2007 and WarpPLS 7.0. The results showed that there was no effect of system use (p=0.292), user satisfaction (p=0.150), or structure (p=0.242) on net benefits. Meanwhile, there are influences from the environment (p=0.010), system quality (p=0.001), information quality (p=0.006), and service quality (p<0.001) on the net benefit of HMIS at Pelamonia Makassar Hospital. So it can be concluded that of the seven variables studied, only four variables have an effect, namely environment variables, system quality, information quality, and service quality.

Inachieving the goals of hospitals throughout Makassar City, various parties are needed to participate directly orindirectly, one of the related parties is the finance department. The low quality of financial reports can becaused by an understanding of accounting from the preparers of the financial statements themselves and the notoptimal implementation of accounting information systems. To optimize the quality of financial reports forregional public hospitals, information technology tools are currently used, namely accounting informationsystems. This study aims to determine the effect of accounting understanding and application of accountinginformation systems on the quality of financial reports in hospitals throughout Makassar City.This type ofresearch is quantitative research with a cross sectional study design. This research was conducted on a sampleof 43 respondents from hospitals in Makassar City. The research data was taken through a questionnaire thathad been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis techniques used univariate and multivariate analysiswith multiple linear regression tests with the help of the SPSS 22 application. The results of testing thehypothesis using the T test show that accounting understanding (sig=0.001), application of accountinginformation systems (sig=0.006), has a partial effect on the quality of financial statements. Then through the Ftest, understanding of accounting and application of accounting information systems has a simultaneous effect(sig = 0.000) on the quality of financial reports. It is suggested to the Makassar City Hospitals to improveaccounting understanding and application of accounting information systems in order to improve the quality offinancial reports.Keywords:Accounting information systems,Financial reports, Hospital,Understanding of accountingABSTRAKRumah Sakit Umum Daerah harus mampu memberikan pelayanan seluas-luasnya dan terbaik kepadamasyarakat. Rendahnya kualitas laporankeuangan dapat disebabkan oleh pemahaman akuntansi dari penyusun laporan keuangan itu sendiri dan belumditerapkannya secara optimal sistem informasi akuntansi Untuk mengoptimalkan kualitas laporan keuanganrumah sakit umum daerah, saat ini digunakan alat bantu teknologi informasi yaitu sistem informasi akuntansi.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemahaman akuntansi dan penerapan sistem informasiakuntansi terhadap kualitas laporan keuangan di rsud se-Kota Makassar.Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan adalahpenelitian kuantitatif dengan desain cross sectional study. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada sampel 43 respondenpegawai RSUD se-Kota Makassar. Data penelitian diambil melalui kuesioner yang telah di uji validitas danrealibilitas. Teknik analisa data menggunakan analisis univariat dan multivariate dengan uji regresi linearberganda dengan bantuan aplikasi SPSS 22.Hasil penelitian dari pengujian hipotesis menggunakan Uji Tmenunjukkan bahwa pehamanan akuntansi (sig=0,001), penerapan system informasi akuntansi (sig=0,006),terdapat pengaruh secara parsial terhadap kualitas laporan keuangan. Kemudian melalui Uji F, pemahamanakuntansi dan penerapan system informasi akuntansi terdapat pengaruh secara simultan (sig=0,000) terhadapkualitas laporan keuangan. Disarankan kepada pihak RSUD se-Kota Makassar untuk meningkatkan pemahamanakuntansi dan penerapan system informasi akuntansi agar dapat meningkatkan kualitas laporan keuangan.
