Abstract

PJOK plays an important role in movement activities for students at school. In the learning process, there are learning methods that can be used, one of which is the peer teaching method. PJOK material in junior high school has big ball games, one of which is basketball. This study aims to find out whether the application of peer teaching learning methods can improve basketball shooting free throw learning outcomes. This study used an experimental method with a randomized control group pre-test post-test design. The instruments used in this study are knowledge and skill tests. The study sample used cluster random sampling with class VIII A as the experimental class and VIII E as the control class with a total of 64 students. The results showed that the use ofpeer teachinglearning methods can improve the learning outcomes of shooting free throw basketball grade VIII at SMP.The value of increasinglearning outcomes in the medium category, namely knowledge increased by54.51% and skills by 42.40%.

Abstract

Learning models have a role in facilitating the process of transferring knowledge carried out by teachers to students. This study applies the direct instruction learning model with the aim of improving dribble skills in basketball learning. This research uses a quantitative approach with a pseudo-experimental method. The sampling technique used was cluster random sampling involving 115 students at junior high school level 1. The results showed that the direct instruction learning model was effectively applied to basketball dribble learning. The increase in the experimental group occurred by 48.90% for the skill variable, and 25.30% for the assessment variable. These results indicate that the direct instruction learning model is better than the conventional learning model. On the other hand, the direct instruction learning model has the possibility of ineffectiveness if applied to other learning and other levels of education.

Abstract

Multimedia memiliki peran untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar sepakbola yang meliputi aspek pengetahuan maupun keterampilan. Penting bagi dosen untuk menerapkannya agar pembelajaran menjadi lebih variasi dan bermakna sehingga tidak menimbulkan kejenuhan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh multimedia pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar sepakbola. Metode penelitian yang digunakan oleh penulis yaitu kuantitatif dalam bentuk eksperimen semu dengan desain penelitian menggunakan one group pretest-posttest. Sampel ini sebanyak 87 mahasiswa dengan penelitian dilakukan selama 4 pertemuan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu instrumen tes hasil belajar pengetahuan dan keterampilan. Teknik analisis yang digunakan yaitu uji t dengan taraf signifikan < 0,05. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dengan pemanfaatan multimedia mampu memudahkan mahasiswa dalam menerima materi, waktu belajar menjadi fleksibel, tidak terbatas ruang dan akses yang cepat. Oleh karena itu, dapat simpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan multimedia pembelajaran dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar sepak bola mahasiswa FIKK Unesa. Diharapakan dosen dalam melaksanakan perkuliahan hendaknya menggunakan multimedia pembelajaran agar mahasiswa lebih semangat dan senang sehingga menimbulkan hasil belajar yang diharapkan.
