Abstract

The BK work program in schools is shown in physical form, namely the BK module which contains service plans according to student needs. The efforts made to carry out this role, guidance and counseling teachers are required to make a service implementation plan. The problem faced by guidance and counseling teachers in the current independent curriculum, is that their skills in compiling guidance and counseling modules are not yet optimal according to the context of the Pancasila student profile and the achievements of the independent curriculum. Therefore, assistance is needed for guidance and counseling teachers at junior high school and equivalent levels to prepare guidance and counseling modules. The subjects who attended the service activities consisted of 50 public and private middle school guidance and counseling teachers. This activity collaborates with the Mempawah Regency Guidance and Counseling Teachers' Conference (MGBK), located at 2 Junior High Schools Mempawah. The methods used identification, discussion and practicum in creating guidance and counseling service modules, evaluation and reflection. The results of implementing community service are providing skills in creating independent curriculum guidance and counseling service modules based on needs analysis according to development phases and creating service achievements based on Pancasila student profile indicators. Abstract

Layanan bimbingan dan konseling diharapkan mampu untuk menyesuaikan dengan kurikulum merdeka. Bimbingan dan Konseling sebagai bagian dari unsur yang ada disekolah diharapkan mampu untuk mendukung implementasi kurikulum merdeka atau merdeka belajar. Focus penelitian ini tentang orientasi karir siswa terhadap cita-cita di era digital native. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yakni kualitatif bentuk studi survey. Subjek Penelitian guru BK yang dipilih secara purposive dan siswa kelas 1 B berjumlah 18 orang. Temuan dari studi survey di SD Negeri 19 Pontianak Tenggara tentang orientasi cita-cita siswa di era digital native. cita cita Youtuber berjumlah 3 orang cita-cita Polisi berjumlah 2 orang, cita cita sebagai Guru berjumlah 4 orang, cita cita sebagai Selebgram berjumlah 4 orang, cita cita sebagai TNI berjumlah 2 orang, cita cita sebagai Chef berjumlah 1 orang. Tujuan dari survey ini adalah untuk mengetahui orientasi siswa terhadap cita-cita di era digital native. Hasil dari studi survey ini menjadi rujukan guru Bimbingan dan Konseling, untuk melaksanakan layanan orientasi karir sesuai minat di era digital. saran dari temuan ini Guru BK bersama wali kelas atau guru mapel merencanakan, melaksanakan, dan mengevaluasi layanan secara kolaboratif dalam rangka memenuhi dimensi dan elemen profil pelajar Pancasila

Abstract

The instant gratification situation makes students experience career problems, where they want a career that is work-life balanced with their current character and life. The purpose of this research is to see the profile of balancing self-leadership in career planning of students of SMP Negeri Teluk Keramat District and Career Counseling Model based on balancing self-leadership in career planning of students of SMP Negeri Teluk Keramat District. The method used in this research is the ADDIE R&D model.  Based on the above opinion, it can be concluded that students have expectations of the career choices that will be taken, so balancing self-leadership is needed in career planning so that the desired work-life balance can be achieved The results of this study are the achievement of the skill aspects to be achieved in the implementation of this model where students understand themselves so that they can explore the potential that exists within themselves, as well as knowing the obstacles and challenges in the process of achieving a career, and can design a future career after seeing and discussing job opportunities with their friends, so it can be concluded that this model can be used properly as one of the supporting books in career services based on balancing self- leadership in career planning.   The implication of this research is to develop students' self-leadership in the field of careers at school as one of the steps in career planning which will have an effective influence on career decision making
