Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of emotional intelligence, learning behavior and learning styles on the level of understanding of accounting at Dharma Andalas University, Faculty of Economics, Bachelor of Accounting Department. This research used 121 respondents. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire. Determining the sample in this research used a purposive sampling technique, namely by taking samples using certain criteria. The data processing technique used was multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions). The results of this research show that Emotional Intelligence has a significant positive effect on the Level of Accounting Understanding, Learning Behavior has a significant positive effect on the Level of Accounting Understanding and Learning Style has a positive effect on Accounting Understanding.

Abstract

Public accounting is seen as one of the most secure professions for now. This study isaims to test and analyze empirically the assessment of financial rewards, professionaltraining, work environment and sosial value on the interests of students in Batam Citychoose career as a public accountant. The method use for the sampling in this study ispurposive sampling method with 1.087 accounting students in Batam City as thepopulation of this research and used 100 accounting students in Batam City as the sampleobtained from the Slovin formula. The sample has been used in this research isacccounting student that on their 5th abd 7th semester. This research collects the data fromquestionnaire and using a Likert scale to measure the questions than tested using anSPSS application to test. This research uses multiple regression analysis. This researchprove that financial reward, professional training and work environment have an influencepositive and significant influence accounting students becoming public accountants. Whilethe social value is negative significant influence career accounting students becomingpublic accountants.

Abstract

This article explores the application of Islamic counseling for early childhood education (PAUD) through Islamic mindfulness methods as a strategy to establish a spiritual foundation in the modern era. Islamic counseling plays a crucial role in integrating religious values into the educational process, while Islamic mindfulness techniques assist children in developing self-awareness and emotional regulation. Utilizing a qualitative approach with library research, this study examines the benefits and challenges associated with implementing these two methodologies. The findings reveal that the combination of Islamic counseling and mindfulness significantly enhances children's character and spirituality, fostering a positive relationship between parents and children. Furthermore, this integrated approach is anticipated to contribute meaningfully to the development of a generation equipped with strong Islamic values, capable of navigating the complexities of the digital age. By emphasizing the importance of spiritual education in early childhood, this research underscores the need for educators and parents to collaborate in nurturing children's moral and ethical development. Abstract

This study aims to examine and formulate an adaptive learning framework in Islamic-based character education integrated with child-friendly school leadership. The primary focus lies on how Islamic values—including aqidah, sharia, and akhlakul karimah—are internalized through a learning approach that is responsive to the individual needs of students, and managed in a leadership climate that supports child protection and participation. This study employs a qualitative approach, utilizing a case study method at the madrasah. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and documentation studies. The results of the study show four main findings: (1) the foundation of Islamic values ​​as the moral framework of the institution; (2) an adaptive learning approach that adapts to students’ learning styles and backgrounds; (3) child-friendly leadership practices that foster a sense of security and active involvement of students; and (4) a holistic evaluation that assesses academic and character development in an integrative manner. This study recommends the development of an Islamic character-based adaptive learning model, supported by a participatory and inclusive leadership culture, within the school environment.

Abstract

A comprehensive guidance and counselling service manager is included in the curriculum. Independence is a skill that BK teachers must possess. This study aims to determine the Implementation of Comprehensive Guidance and counselling services in the Independent Curriculum in Pontianak City High Schools in 2024. The method used is descriptive with a Subick survey research form. This is a Pontianak City High School that has implemented the Independent Curriculum. The research instruments used are interview guides and questionnaires. The results of the study contain a description of comprehensive guidance and counselling services in the implementation of the independent curriculum, where the implementation of guidance and counselling services in Pontianak City High Schools has been running well, although some need to be improved. The rules regarding the suitability of service programs, the programming of development activities, and the distribution of the number of BK teachers according to the number of students indicate room for improvement in evaluating original programs and compiling service programs, BK, by the Independent Curriculum. Abstract

In this study to understand and evaluate the extent to which the influence of product quality on customer satisfaction. Based on the results of the study through a simple Resresi Analysis test, it can be seen that product quality has a significant value of 0.001 <0.05, then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. Calculations through the t test state that there is an influence on consumer satisfaction on the Mas Agus minced meatball product in Padang Pariaman. It is recommended to continue to maintain the quality of the Mas Agus minced meatball product in Padang Pariaman which is already good, by continuing to prioritize product quality to achieve maximum customer satisfaction as expected.

Abstract

With the increasing trend of contemporary drinks in various age groups, especially young people, it shows the great business opportunities in this business. However, several factors such as price and location variables must be considered for the sustainability of the business in this field. This study aims to determine the effect of price and location on consumer purchasing decisions on Teh Nora beverage products located in Sicincin, West Sumatra Province. In this study, the researcher chose a quantitative method. The population used was Teh Nora consumers with a sample of 40 people determined based on the purposive sampling technique. The data used came from primary data collected through questionnaires. And for data analysis, this study used multiple linear regression tests using SPSS version 30.0. The results of the study showed that price (X1) with a sig. <0.001 partially (alone) had a significant effect on purchasing decisions (Y), as well as location (X2) with a sig. <0.001 also partially (alone) had a significant effect on purchasing decisions (Y). While simultaneously both price (X1) and location (X2) also had a significant effect on purchasing decisions (Y) with a sig. <0.001.

Abstract

The instant gratification situation makes students experience career problems, where they want a career that is work-life balanced with their current character and life. The purpose of this research is to see the profile of balancing self-leadership in career planning of students of SMP Negeri Teluk Keramat District and Career Counseling Model based on balancing self-leadership in career planning of students of SMP Negeri Teluk Keramat District. The method used in this research is the ADDIE R&D model.  Based on the above opinion, it can be concluded that students have expectations of the career choices that will be taken, so balancing self-leadership is needed in career planning so that the desired work-life balance can be achieved The results of this study are the achievement of the skill aspects to be achieved in the implementation of this model where students understand themselves so that they can explore the potential that exists within themselves, as well as knowing the obstacles and challenges in the process of achieving a career, and can design a future career after seeing and discussing job opportunities with their friends, so it can be concluded that this model can be used properly as one of the supporting books in career services based on balancing self- leadership in career planning.   The implication of this research is to develop students' self-leadership in the field of careers at school as one of the steps in career planning which will have an effective influence on career decision making

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan (1) untuk mengetahui apakah tingkat Pendidikan dan self-efficacy berpengaruh terhadap kompetensi pedagogik guru SMP Negeri di Kecamatan Banwa. Penelitian ini mengambil total sampel 68 orang guru Aparatur Sipil Negara di 6 sekolah. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif, sedangkan metode analisis statistik yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan tingkat Pendidikan berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial terhadap kompetensi pedagogik guru SMP Negeri di kecamatan Banawa. Sedangkan untuk self-efficacy juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kompetensi pedagogik guru SMP Negeri di kecamatan Banawa. Hasil ini dapat dilihat dari nilai uji t yaitu untuk tingkat Pendidikan 0.00 dan self-efficacy 0.01, kedua nilai tersebut berada dibawah taraf signifikansi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebesar 0.05. Sedangkan untuk pengaruh simultan kedua variabel independen dalam penelitian ini (tingkat Pendidikan dan self-efficacy) dilihat dari nilai uji F. Uji F yang didapatkan adalah sebesar 0.00, nilai inipun masih kurang atau dibawah dari taraf signifikansi yang digunakan dalan penelitian ini 0.05, sehingga disimpulkan bahwa tingkat Pendidikan dan self-efficacy berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap kompetensi pedagogik guru SMP Negeri di kecamatan Banawa. This research aims (1) to find out whether the level of education and self-efficacy influence the pedagogical competence of State Middle School teachers in Banwa District. This research took a total sample of 68 State Civil Service teachers in 6 schools. The approach used in this research is a quantitative approach, while the statistical analysis method used is multiple linear-regression. The results of the research show that the level of education has a partially significant effect on the pedagogical competence of State Middle School teachers in Banawa sub-district. Meanwhile, self-efficacy also has a significant effect on the pedagogical competence of State Middle School teachers in Banawa sub-district. This result can be seen from the t test value, namely for education level 0.00 and self-efficacy 0.01, both values ??are below the significance level used in this research of 0.05. Meanwhile, the simultaneous influence of the two independent variables in this research (level of education and self-efficacy) can be seen from the F test value. The F test obtained is 0.00, this value is still less or below the significance level used in this research of 0.05, so it can be concluded that the level of education and self-efficacy simultaneously influence the pedagogical competence of State Middle School teachers in Banawa sub-district.
