Abstract

Pencatatan dan pembukuan transaksi tidak hanya dilakukan oleh perusahaan berskala besar, tetapi juga perlu diterapkan pada usaha berskala kecil seperti UMKM yang ingin berkembang, di tambah dengan aturan yang dikeluarkan oleh pemerintah tentang regulasi pentingnya laporan keuangan pada UMKM dengan dikeluarkannya Standar Akuntansi Keuangan (SAK). Kegiatan pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pelatihan pembuatan catatan dan pembukuan transaksi keuangan. Kegiatan ini menerapkan kegiatan sosialisasi langsung kepada pemilik UKM Anyaman Rotan dan Bambu Maroanging. Mulai dari memberikan pemahamahan pentingnya membuat pencatatan dan pembukuan transaksi keuangan sampai pada pengaplikasian pembuatan catatan dan pembukuan transaksi keuangan menggunakan aplikasi SIAPIK. Hasil dari kegiatan ini yaitu memberikan pemahaman terhadap pemilik UKM tentang pentingnya membuat catatan dan pembukuan transaksi serta membuat catatan dan pembukuanya. Penggunaan teknologi diharapkan memberikan kemudahan bagi pemilik UKM untuk melakukan pencatatan dan pembukuan transaksi keuangan.

Abstract

Dividend policy is one of the most important decisions in a company's financial management, as it is directly related to the interests of shareholders and the continuity of the company's operations. This research is quantitative. It focuses on analyzing the influence of company size, profitability, and solvency on dividend policy in manufacturing companies in Indonesia. The data in this study are secondary data obtained from reports published by the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The population used in this study consists of manufacturing companies observed during the period from 2020 to 2024. The data analysis technique in this study uses Multiple Linear Regression Analysis with SPSS. The results of this study indicate that company size, profitability, and solvency have a partial and simultaneous significant effect on dividend policy in manufacturing companies in Indonesia. This suggests that a single factor does not determine dividend policy, but rather the result of a comprehensive consideration of a company's capacity (represented by company size), profit-generating ability (profitability), and the soundness of its capital structure (solvency).

Abstract

Applying teacher leadership in the learning process is crucial in the classroom since it can greatly increase student learning achievement. To become a professional teacher, you must have professional education ethics in carrying out the educational process both at school, at home and in the community. The ongoing education process must adhere to the ethics, morals and etiquette that develop in society so that the education process can run in accordance with national education goals. The purpose of this writing is to describe teacher leadership and professional ethics. In this writing the method used is the literature study method. The conclusion of this research is that learning leadership and professional ethics can improve teacher teaching performance. Effective quality education must formulate and articulate learning objectives, guide development, improvement and learning processes, evaluate teacher performance and develop it, and develop learning programs that can meet needs.

Abstract

This community service program aimed to improve the knowledge and skills of the Housewives Group in Minasa Baji Village, Maros Regency, in managing home gardens through sustainable urban farming. The program was implemented through counseling and field practice methods, which consisted of three stages: program socialization, training and field practice on vegetable cultivation in home gardens and the production of organic fertilizer from household waste, and program evaluation. The evaluation results were analyzed quantitatively and interpreted using the N-Gain method. The results of this community service activity showed an increase of 54.1% in the partners’ knowledge and skills in utilizing home garden areas for cultivating vegetables to meet family needs. In addition, the activity involved the active participation of housewives in processing communal household waste into organic fertilizer that can be used by the partner group or surrounding residents.
