Abstract

The main objective of this program is to provide provision and guidance that operates in the social and environmental fields with the main focus on the development of young people. Community Service was carried out on October 15 2024 in Sono Hamlet, Kretek District, Bantul Regency. This Community Service ran smoothly and was attended by 11 young people out of 15 invited people. The material presented is related to the concept of student gardens, namely Tri Nga "Understanding, Ngrasa, and Nglakoni" which is certainly relevant to the needs of young people, most of whom face problems related to consistency and discipline in participating in social activities in the community. During the activity, the young people were very enthusiastic in participating in the coaching activity until the end. The young people hope that this community service activity will be carried out regularly. The coaching results show that young women are more disciplined than young people in participating in activities.

Abstract

UMKM MJ Coffee Shop di Bantul bertumbuh pesat sejak 2018, namun menghadapi tantangan rotasi karyawan, fluktuasi pendapatan, dan persaingan menu. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi kesenjangan manajerial serta merancang strategi pemberdayaan terpadu. Metode observasi partisipatif, wawancara mendalam, dan analisis dokumen diterapkan selama Januari–Maret 2025. Hasilnya, ditemukan kekuatan pada atmosfer kedai dan loyalitas pelanggan, sedangkan kelemahan mencakup pencatatan keuangan manual, rekrutmen informal, dan pasokan bahan baku tidak stabil. Rekomendasi meliputi digitalisasi pembukuan, SOP perekrutan berbasis kompetensi, dan kemitraan pemasok lokal. Implementasi awal menunjukkan peningkatan akurasi laporan keuangan dan waktu penyajian 15 %. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya pendekatan manajemen terpadu bagi UMKM kuliner.

Abstract

This study was conducted at UMKM Massempo Bakery with the aim of identifying and minimizing waste in its production process. Waste occurring during production can negatively impact efficiency and effectiveness, making improvements essential. The methods used in this research are Value Stream Mapping (VSM) and 5S. VSM was applied to map the value stream in the production process and identify existing wastes. The research findings revealed several types of waste, including defect, waiting, and motion. To minimize these wastes, improvements were made through the implementation of the 5S methodology, which includes Seiri (Sorting), Seiton (Set in Order), Seiso (Shining), Seiketsu (Standardizing), and Shitsuke (Sustaining). The implementation of 5S resulted in a more organized workspace, cleaner production areas, and a more efficient workflow, ultimately helping to reduce defects, shorten production times, and eliminate unnecessary motion.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of influencer marketing, live shopping, and fear of missing out (FOMO) on purchase decisions for Skintific products through TikTok Shop among students of the Faculty of Economics at Universitas Indo Global Mandiri. The research employed a quantitative, survey-based approach. Data were collected from respondents who had experience purchasing Skintific products via the TikTok Shop and were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The findings reveal that influencer marketing, live shopping, and fear of missing out each have a positive and significant effect on purchase decisions. These results indicate that digital marketing strategies supported by psychological consumer factors play a significant role in shaping purchasing behavior on social commerce platforms. This study also demonstrates that interactive shopping experiences and social influence can increase consumer interest and encourage purchasing decisions. The novelty of this research lies in integrating influencer marketing, live shopping, and fear of missing out within the TikTok Shop context, particularly among university students as digital consumers in emerging online marketplaces.
