Abstract

Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi peran pemerintah dalam memperkuat kelembagaan ekonomi pedesaan diKabupaten Gianyar, Bali, terutama melalui implementasi program Tenaga Kerja Mandiri (TKM) selamapandemi COVID-19. Menggunakan kerangka New Institutionalism in Economic Sociology (NIES),penelitian kualitatif ini menganalisis interaksi antara kebijakan formal pemerintah dengan kelembagaansosial-ekonomi lokal. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi langsung dan wawancara mendalam denganpejabat pemerintah, pimpinan desa, dan peserta program TKM. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwaprogram TKM berkontribusi secara signifikan dalam mengurangi pengangguran dan menciptakan wirausahabaru di daerah pedesaan, terutama melalui pelatihan berbasis kompetensi dan dukungan finansial. Namun,penelitian ini menyoroti perlunya integrasi yang lebih baik antara kebijakan nasional dan realitas lokal, sertamenyarankan adanya kolaborasi dengan sektor swasta dan pelatihan literasi digital untuk meningkatkankeberlanjutan usaha di pedesaan. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan tentang bagaimana intervensipemerintah dapat memperkuat kelembagaan lokal dan mengatasi kerentanan ekonomi di wilayah pedesaan.

Abstract

Farmers often face challenges in accessing capital, technology, and markets, which hinder their welfare improvement, thus requiring farmer empowerment. Agricultural cooperatives, such as Koperasi Eptilu in Garut Regency, are expected to serve as business partnership institutions capable of implementing farmer empowerment. This study aims to analyze the role of Koperasi Eptilu in addressing these issues, particularly in empowering small farmers. The method used is a case study with a descriptive qualitative approach, involving in-depth interviews with cooperative managers and partner farmers. The results of the study show that this cooperative has successfully reduced farmers' dependence on middlemen, increased farmers' bargaining power in the market, and provided price guarantees and broader market access. Koperasi Eptilu also plays a role in risk management, such as price fluctuations and extreme weather. Koperasi Eptilu has successfully empowered small farmers with a sustainable and collaborative approach, strengthening the local economy and supporting food security.

Abstract

Transformation learning has a crucial role for both educators, support staff, learners and other related parties in creating a participatory and inclusive education environment. Educational environment that is participatory and inclusive. This research examines the role of leadership role of the principal in realizing the school as a sustainable learning community in SMA Negeri 1 Ciampea, Bogor Regency. learning community at SMA Negeri 1 Ciampea, Bogor Regency. This research uses a qualitative approach, where data is collected through observation, in-depth interviews, as well as literature studies on journals and related research. The research period lasted from August to October 2024. Research findings show that school principals have a central role in adapting educational changes, such as the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum and the development of extracurricular programs. changes in education, such as the implementation of Merdeka Curriculum and the development of extracurricular programs to support students' talents and interests. to support students' talents and interests. In addition, literacy programs, religious religious activities and character education contribute to creating an inclusive and participatory school culture. This research also reveals the challenges in transformation of learning, including the use of technology in the utilization of technology in the teaching process and improving the quality of educators.

Abstract

The Women's Farming Group (KWT) "Langgeng" in Godog Village, Polokarto, Sukoharjo Regency, remains predominantly involved in on-farm activities such as planting vegetables in home gardens, and has not yet maximized their off-farm potential. Although they recognize the potential of processing garden produce, they lack the knowledge to create marketable products and reach a wider market. The proposed solution is training to enhance their skills in processing and marketing agricultural products. The approach used is a problem-solving approach that includes problem identification, resource mobilization, program planning, community mobilization, and evaluation. The activities include (1) fostering an entrepreneurial spirit, (2) training in processing garden produce by making spinach sticks, (3) product packaging training, and (4) online marketing training. The results show an increased interest in entrepreneurship, improved skills in processing agricultural products, and the ability to use online platforms for marketing. This training optimizes the role of women farmers by supporting their skills in agricultural product management and online marketing.

Abstract

Jajar legowo is a rice planting technique that has been proven to increase rice productivity, but its adoption among farmers is still low. The diffusion of innovation theory and the theory of planned behavior are considered instrumental in explaining the behavior of innovation adoption. The purpose of this research is to analyze the phenomenon of farmers' innovation adoption behavior in the field by integrating these two theories. The research methodology employed is a qualitative approach through a literature review from reputable sources and interviews with farmers. The results of this study indicate that the integration of the Diffusion of Innovation and Theory of Planned Behavior provides deeper insights into the behavior of agricultural innovation adoption. Farmers' adoption behavior is influenced by innovation characteristics and subjective norms supported by external forces and self-efficacy. Farmers' perceptions of the Jajar Legowo system, which increases yields and reduces production costs, have a strong influence on their adoption intentions. Social norms, especially the influence of extension workers and farmer groups, play a significant role in shaping adoption intentions. Additionally, perceived behavioral control and farmers' self-efficacy in implementing this system are key determinants in successful adoption.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze how the Instagram account @drg.mirza, as a form of citizen journalism, constructs the representation of sexual violence through a multimodal approach. This study provides an in-depth understanding of digital communication strategies in advocating for social issues. Employing a qualitative method with a multimodal analysis approach, data was collected through screen captures and screen recordings of Instagram Story posts. The data analysis was based on the framework of Systemic Functional Linguistics (SFL) by Halliday & Matthiessen for the verbal aspects, and multimodality theory by Kress & Van Leeuwen for the visual aspects, reinforced by Danesi's emoji theory. The results indicate that the sexual violence narrative is built through the strategic integration of verbal and visual elements. The account combines an informative declarative mood with an action-mobilizing imperative mood and uses a dynamic gaze and other visual elements to create emotional proximity and encourage audience participation. Theoretically, this study contributes to the understanding of the adaptation of linguistic and multimodality theories in digital communication.
