Abstract

Hubungan pernikahan jarak jauh merupakan suatu hal yang terpaksa harus dijalani karena beberapa sebab, salah satunya adalah karena tuntutan pekerjaan, hal ini tentunya akan mempengaruhi kepuasan pernikahan sehingga sangat diperlukan komitmen, agar dapat tercapainya kepuasan dalam pernikahan yang dijalani. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan komitmen pernikahan dengan kepuasan pernikahan istri pasangan domisili jarak jauh. Desain penelitian yang digunakan ialah kuantitatif korelasional. Populasi penelitian berjumlah 83 keluarga yang menjalani pernikahan jarak jauh. Sampel diambil dengan menggunakan teknik non probability sampling, jenis purposive sampling, dengan kriteria yang ditentukan yaitu wanita yang memiliki suami, usia pernikahan 6 Bulan- 10 Tahun, serta menjalani hubungan pernikahan domisili jarak jauh dalam rentang waktu bisa bertemu dengan pasangan 6 Bulan- 1 Tahun. Berdomisili di Kecamatan Salimpaung, Kabupaten Tanah Datar, adapun sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 37 Orang. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan angket model skala likert. Data diolah menggunakan teknik analisis statistik deskriptif, dan untuk menguji hubungan dan dianalisis Pearson Product Moment. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Komitmen Pernikahan Istri yang Menjalani Pernikahan Domisili Jarak Jauh di Kecamatan Salimpaung, Kabupaten Tanah Datar dengan skor rata-rata 86,3%. 59,5% kebanyakan memiliki komitmen yang sangat tinggi (2) Kepuasan Pernikahan Istri Domisili Jarak Jauh di Kecamatan Salimpaung, Kabupaten Tanah Datar dengan skor rata-rata 67,3%. 56,8% kebanyakan memiliki kepuasan yang sedang. (3) terdapat hubungan positif signifikansi antara komitmen pernikahan dengan kepuasan pernikahan istri pasangan domisili jarak jauh dengan nilai koefisien korelasi 0,586 dan nilai signifikansi 0,000. Artinya semakin tinggi tingkat komitmen pernikahan maka semakin tinggi tingkat kepuasan pernikahan, begitupun sebaliknya semakin rendah tingkat komitmen pernikahan maka semakin rendah pula tingkat kepuasan pernikahan.

Abstract

The study aims to investigate and analyze the relationship between empowerment patterns and personality development with group dynamics. Conducted in Entikong District, a border area in West Kalimantan, the study utilized primary data from 100 respondents selected through simple random sampling. Data collection involved questionnaires and documentation, with data analysis performed using SEM through SmartPLS. The study’s findings include: (1) Personality development significantly affects group dynamics, with a coefficient of 0.355, t-statistic of 4.613 <1.96, and p-value of 0.000 <0.05; (2) Empowerment patterns significantly affect group dynamics, with a coefficient of 0.382, t-statistic of 4.096> 1.96, and p-value of 0.000 <0.05; (3) Empowerment patterns have no significant effect on personality development, with a coefficient of 0.140, t-statistic of 1.221 < 1.96, and p-value of 0.223 > 0.05; and (4) Personality development does not mediate the effect of empowerment patterns on group dynamics, indicated by a coefficient of 0.050, t-statistic of 1.149 < 1.96, and p-value of 0.251 > 0.05.

Abstract

The Urgency of Agricultural Extension Competence in Empowering Pepper Farming Groups on the Border of West Kalimantan. The aim of the research is to describe the urgency of the competency of agricultural instructors in the context of empowering pepper farmer groups on the West Kalimantan border. The type of research is descriptive qualitative. Research data is primary and secondary data. Validate data by triangulating sources and methods. The data analysis technique uses interactive analysis. The results of the research conclude: (1) The target of the extension program is to increase the empowerment of pepper farmer groups, so that pepper farmers receive various information about pepper cultivation so that their production increases and at the same time their income increases; (2) Agricultural extension programs can be successful if they are based on the principles of community empowerment which include: Integrated Development, Human Rights, Sustainability, Empowerment, Self- Reliance, Organic Development, The Integrity of Process, Co-operation, and Participation; (3) The competence of extension workers has a very important contribution in determining the success of the extension program or empowerment of pepper farmers, because the competence of extension workers will increase the competence of farmers in the aspects of knowledge, skills and active participation in managing farmer groups.

Abstract

Long-distance married couples tend to experience anxiety, stress, unhappiness, delayed problem resolution, difficulty finding time together, and feelings of helplessness without their partner. However, previous psycho-educational interventions have not utilized JP-]symbolic modeling techniques and have not specifically focused on long-distance marriages. This study aims to examine the effectiveness of psycho-education using symbolic modeling techniques in enhancing the subjective well-being of long-distance married couples. An experimental matching control study design was used with 16 participants, divided into 8 in the experimental group and 8 in the control group. The subjective well-being scale was used as the instrument for data collection. Data analysis was conducted using the Wilcoxon signed Rank Test and the Mann-Whitney U Test. The results of the study show that psycho-education using symbolic modeling techniques is effective in enhancing the subjective well-being of long-distance married couples. Psycho-educational interventions with symbolic modeling can be used to help long-distance married couples achieve wellbeing, making their marriages more meaningful.

Abstract

This service aims to improve parents' competence in using bibliotherapy based on electronic publication (E-Pub) to increase the confidence of children who are victims of bullying. The service was conducted in Kecamatan 2 x 11 Sungai Asam Enam Lingkung, Padang Pariaman Regency, West Sumatra Province, Indonesia. Data collection methods with adapted instruments. The service sample involved 23 mothers with sampling through purposive sampling technique, with the criteria of having teenage children. The approach method applied in achieving the objectives of this service is carried out through a community-based approach (bottom up). Data were collected through pretest and posttest to measure parents' knowledge related to bibliotherapy and children's self-confidence. Data analysis was conducted using the Wilcoxon rank test to compare pretest and posttest results to see the effect of bibliotherapy assistance on parental competence. The approach used is bottom-up, which involves active community participation through the steps of focus group discussion, meeting community defined needs, training and demonstration practice, brainstorming and shared benefits, small group discussion and finally whole group. The results of the service showed a significant increase in parents' knowledge regarding the use of E-Pub as a therapeutic tool, which has a positive impact on increasing the confidence of children who are victims of bullying.
