Abstract

Trends in Arabic language course program management continue to evolve in response to the increasingly dynamic learning demands of the globalization era. Amidst technological advancements and pedagogical transformations, course program management faces the challenge of remaining relevant and effective in addressing learners' needs. This study aims to analyze trends in Arabic language course management research through a systematic literature review. The main focus of the research includes three aspects: the main trends in Arabic language course management research, the strategies often used, and the relevance of these trends to future program development. Based on the analysis of 15 publications consisting of 13 journal articles, 1 master's thesis, and 1 undergraduate thesis, it was found that research trends concentrated on organizing, planning, implementing, evaluating programs, and using modern technology. Most of the studies used a descriptive qualitative approach to in-depth explore the internal dynamics of course institutions. The results show that frequently used management strategies include top-down approaches in organizing, integrated program planning, utilization of technology, innovative learning methods such as Mustaqili and Quality Function Deployment (QFD), and collaboration-based management. Moreover, the relevance of these trends to the future development of course programs confirms the importance of strategic planning, continuous evaluation, technology adoption, and visionary leadership to face global challenges. This research contributes to developing Arabic language course management theory and practice by offering strategic guidelines that educational institutions can implement.

Abstract

Entrepreneurship education is a process of creating a product that has uniqueness or benefits by optimizing the resources used. Nowadays, the implementation of entrepreneurial values has been carried out by pesantren, which not only focuses on the social and educational pillars. On one hand, as an effort for pesantren individuals to continuously adapt to the challenges of the times related to education and entrepreneurship, optimal utilization and application of Islamic Human Resource Management (HRM) is required. Currently, pesantren face challenges such as the lack of integration between educational and entrepreneurial curricula, the suboptimal role of pesantren leadership, and the limited use of appropriate technology. This research aims to examine strategies to enhance the role of entrepreneurship education in pesantren. The study employs a qualitative approach, collecting data through interviews with 12 pesantren leaders and direct observations at pesantren in the Sukabumi and Cianjur regions. The data analysis technique used is the SWOT Matrix, analyzed thematically to develop appropriate strategic patterns. The results indicate that with the right strategy, pesantren can become a role model in the development of Islamic economic and financial sectors as well as the implementation of Islamic HRM. This aligns with the goals of education, which are to shape individuals who are not only intelligent but also independent, productive, and possess social and spiritual sensitivity, ultimately supporting the economic independence of pesantren and contributing to society

Abstract

This study aims to describe the administrative management and the performance of administrative staff at SMK TI Labbaika Samarinda. The main focus of the research encompasses three aspects: the process of formulating the school's vision and mission, the development of professionalism among educators and educational staff, and the implementation of improvements based on evaluations. The study employs a descriptive qualitative approach with data collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The findings indicate that the process of formulating the school's vision and mission is carried out in a participatory manner, involving the principal, teachers, the school committee, and educational staff. The vision and mission are widely disseminated through print and electronic media. The development of staff professionalism is conducted continuously through internal training such as In-House Training (IHT), particularly at the beginning of the academic year and during curriculum updates. The implementation of program improvements based on evaluations is conducted regularly through monthly meetings involving all educators and educational staff. These evaluations serve as the basis for decision-making and the continuous improvement of the school's work programs. The study concludes that school management at SMK TI Labbaika has been carried out systematically and adaptively, emphasizing the importance of collaboration, professionalism, and continuous evaluation as key pillars in improving the quality of education.
