Abstract

This research aims to examine the role of public relations management in increasing public loyalty in the school environment through a literature review. The results of the analysis show that public relations plays a strategic role as a liaison between schools and the public by focusing on information transparency, use of social media, increasing community participation, crisis management, and creating a positive image. This strategy has been proven to be able to increase public trust and support for schools, which is the main foundation for building loyalty. However, there are several challenges, such as low public relations professionalism, limited resources, and suboptimal use of technology. This literature study recommends increasing the capacity of public relations through training, optimizing digital media, and supporting school management to increase the effectiveness of the role of public relations.

Abstract

Moist tropical forests are vital but threatened ecosystems. Traditional forest management often ignores local communities, which leads to conflict and environmental damage. This research proposes an integrated approach that includes community participation and conflict resolution to improve conservation and prosperity. This study offers practical recommendations for more sustainable and equitable forest management, emphasizing the urgent need for innovative strategies to protect these critical environments. This type of research is qualitative with library study data collection techniques. Based on the study, it is known that innovation in Community Relations Management for humid tropical forest areas requires a holistic and integrated approach that includes careful planning and active community participation. By embracing inclusive engagement strategies, integrating traditional knowledge, leveraging technology to overcome logistical barriers, investing in local capacity, and facilitating multi-stakeholder collaboration, Community Relations efforts can be significantly enhanced. This comprehensive approach not only addresses the region's unique challenges, but also fosters trust, respect, and effective communication between external organizations and local communities, ultimately supporting sustainable development and conservation goals.

Abstract

This research proves the effectiveness of community relations management in humid tropical forests, with a focus on planning, implementation and evaluation processes. This research identifies key challenges and assesses the impact of current practices on ecology and community well-being. This study provides recommendations to improve management strategies, promote sustainable forest conservation, and improve outcomes for local communities. This type of research is qualitative with library study data collection techniques. Based on research, it is known that the effectiveness of Community Relations management in humid tropical forest areas depends on a comprehensive approach that includes careful planning and ongoing evaluation. By combining community-based strategies, capacity building, and a harmonious blend of traditional and modern communication methods, Community Relations efforts can resonate deeply with local communities while addressing environmental and social challenges. Collaborative partnerships between multiple stakeholders, coupled with a commitment to transparency, accountability and long-term engagement, are critical in fostering trust and ensuring Public Relations campaigns are sustainable and impactful. Sustainability evaluation not only ensures the adaptability and relevance of these efforts, but also strengthens the alignment of these efforts with the needs of communities and the evolving ecosystems they seek to support, thereby making Community Relations management an important tool for sustainable development in critical areas This.

Abstract

This study aims to identify quality strategies in building mutually beneficial relationships between schools and school canteens. The research method used is a case study with qualitative analysis. The results of the study indicate that effective quality strategies in building mutually beneficial relationships between schools and school canteens include: Effective communication: Schools and school canteens must have effective communication to understand each other's needs and expectations. Good cooperation: Schools and school canteens must have good cooperation to achieve common goals. Quality control: Schools must supervise the quality of food and drinks sold in school canteens. Healthy menu development: School canteens must provide healthy and nutritious menus for students.

Abstract

The management of education funds in Indonesia is an important aspect in improving the quality of education that is equitable and quality. This paper discusses the efficiency and accountability in the management of education funds by emphasizing the application of strategic management in education policies. Through a qualitative approach, an analysis is conducted on the education fund policies implemented by the government, such as the School Operational Assistance Fund (BOS) and the Smart Indonesia Program (PIP), and how these two policies contribute to the equality and improvement of education quality. This paper also explains the challenges faced in fund management, such as the uneven distribution of funds and the lack of transparency in some regions. Recommendations for improving the efficiency and accountability of education fund management include a better monitoring system, fund manager training, and higher transparency in the use of education funds. It is hoped that with the implementation of these recommendations, the management of education funds in Indonesia can be more optimal and have a positive impact on improving the quality of education as a whole.
