Abstract

Independent evaluation is required through an internal quality control system through internal quality audit activities. This study evaluated the achievement of learning management standards, inhibiting factors, and recommendations for improving education quality standards at Palembang Polytechnic. This type of qualitative research uses observation methods, structured interviews, and literature studies. The research instrument is the author directly involved in the research. The informants in this study were determined using a purposive technique: three research informants. The study’s results obtained data on implementing internal quality audits on learning management standards that have not been implemented. An effective internal quality management model is needed as a platform or application that supports collecting, storing, and managing data and information on website-based internal quality management system services to support fast, precise, and efficient internal quality management system integration.

Abstract

PAUD Bintang Harapan is an early childhood education located in Talang Batu Village, Rambang Kapak Tengah District, Prabumulih City, South Sumatra Province. Currently, PAUD Bintang Harapan in storing academic data is still in the form of archives, both student attendance, report card filling and tuition payment reports, so it is difficult to search for data. Therefore, the author tries to create a website-based academic information system using PHP and MySQL and UML assistance in designing the system created. This design uses the Extreme programming method, so it can be concluded that this system is feasible if the academic information system is implemented at PAUD Bintang Harapan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effectiveness of public services at the Pomolulu Village Office, Balaesang Tanjung District, Donggala Regency. Using the theory of Sondang P. Siagian (2017:10) where there are 3 aspects, namely the Time Factor, the Accuracy Factor, and the Service Delivery Factor. The basis of the research uses a Qualitative Research Method, and the Type of Research is a descriptive approach. Using qualitative data analysis. Informants in this study numbered 5 people and data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews and documentation. Overall, the effectiveness of public services at the Pomolulu Village Office has been running quite well, especially in the aspects of accuracy and service style. However, the aspect of time discipline still needs attention so that the quality of public services can be more optimal. Overall, the effectiveness of public services at the Pomolulu Village Office has been running quite well, especially in the aspects of accuracy and service style. The punctuality of the apparatus is still not optimal because there are still employees who arrive late and go home not according to the predetermined work schedule. Therefore, the work discipline of the apparatus still needs to be improved so that services can run optimally.
